I have done a lot of tire purchases and installations at this business. They are generally on their game, they have a quick turnaround on orders, and are reasonable in regard to their prices. This business has earned my return business consistently and I recommend them highly!

They are the best tire shop I've ever been too. Always a pleasure working with them. They can get any tire, they get them in quick (it's always been next day for us) and they mount the tires in minutes. Unbeatable prices, unbeatable service.

I cannot say enough good things about Western. Ask for Wes when you go by. He and his efficient crew provide very fast service, they have more than fair prices. I've used his tire services and bought tires there often. I always go to Wes for my tire needs. He's very polite, easy going and he'll get what you need done in a very quick manner. When you hear someone say "people like that are rare nowadays", that statement sums up Wes and his business. Those folks are an example of hard working folks and honest all the way. Thank you, Wes!

Went in on a Friday to get new tires but they didn t have them in stock, I wasn t sure what to get but the guy up front ordered me the perfect tires that look great on my Jeep and they got them in on a Monday. At a price that could not be beat! They close at 5 but still got me in when I got there considering I didn t get out of work till 330 and live in Morenci. They were all pretty much cool to deal with. Thank you guys and I ll be back to buy my spare soon.

I am thankful to have this business down the road from my Dad s home. I woke up one day to a very flat tire. I called them & within 15 min, a very personable gentleman was here, to take flat tire off, take it to their shop, repair it, & get it back to me in a very reasonable amount time, and very reasonable charge. Thank you again!I recommend this company to any one.

Great service, great prices! I bought a set of drive tires from them, bought a few used tires for my trailer from them and they just got done with a service call I called them out too. 1 1/2 hours from the time my tire went flat to the time I got back on the road. And the call was all the way on the east side of safford.

They were very friendly and extremely helpful. I just needed to have a tire patched, they did it very quickly and were very friendly. I love the people out here in Pima. Thank y'all for fixing the tire so fast!

Very fast service. We just rolled up when we had a low tire and asked for a flat repair. Theylooked it over, and correctly identified that our tire had exposed belts and should be replaced. They had a used tire ready to go, and had us back on the road in no time. Flat repair is $20 if I recall correctly, but based on their recommendation, we went with a $60 used tire instead. Highly recommended.

This guy is awesome and his crew does it right. If he doesn't have what you need in stock, he can get it there next day. I highly recommend this tire shop. He's my go to.

When the price is right, and the service is quick and kind.... is there a thing else to say. Ordered 4 car tires yesterday and went in today at noon. By 1220pm they finished mounting and balancing the tires and I had paid, got another quote and was on my way. WOW! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I highly recommend this place for tires. From the moment I called every person I talked to was kind and helpful. They found me quality tires at an affordable price. I appreciate them being patient with me since I know nothing about tires. I will be a returning costumer.

I've only ever had my tires checked or aired up here. They are quick and know what they're doing. I work and drive near construction zones so I pick up nails every once in a while and these guys are great at getting them out of there and fixing the problem. Prices are reasonable. They do more than fix flats, I just haven't experienced those services yet.

This is the home town tire shop that you want. The owner, although young, is honest, friendly, helpful, caring and fair. You will get the kind of personal service you can't find at big tire store chains, and you can't beat his prices.

Fantastic service! We saw that we had a nail in the tire while we were getting gas and dropped by without an appointment and we got a patch. It was very fast and the people who helped us were incredibly nice!

Got a decent deal on some tires from Western Fleet. They were ordered and mounted super quick, so props on that. HOWEVER, on the way home to Safford my wife noticed a little bit of wobble in the new tires and told me about it when she got home. I took the car for a ride and instantly knew the tires were not balanced correctly. The next day we called down to Western fleet to see when they would be able to check the balance on the tires and we let them know of the problem we were having. The guy who answered the phone was very adamant about the tires being balanced properly and refused to accept even the slightest posibility that they may have been balanced incorrectly, but he told us to bring it in when we could so he could check the balance. My wife took the car back in a week later and he asked her where the wobbling was coming from and she told them that she didn't really know which side the wobbling was coming from but thoughg like the majority of it was coming from the front passenger side. So they pulled the front right tire and checked the balance on it and sure enough the balance was off. They mounted the tire back on to the car and told us that should fix the problem. On the way home again the wobbling was still there but was not nearly as bad. We didn't have the time to take the car back in anytime soon for a 3rd time so we just delt with it for about 3 weeks since the speeds in town are only 35mph. At that speed there really wasn't any shaking. 3 weeks later we took a trip to Tucson and when we got on the freeway at speeds of about 75 miles per hour the shaking was horrendous. We called back down to the tire shop and asked if they would be able to check the balance on all the tires that they put on for us because we knew the balance was off on all the other tires. The guy who answered the phone once again was very reluctant to acknowledge the balance on the tires could be off . So instead of dealing with them for a 3rd time we took our car in to Harleston's tire shop where they re-checked all the balance on the tires. The tire Tech there told us that the balance on all 3 other tires were way off. He said they were really bad.. We also had to pay 50$ for them to get balanced right at Harlsons. So moral of the story is, you can get a good deal on tires from Western Fleet but just pray they get balanced properly or you won't get much of a deal when you have to get their work fixed somewhere else!
