These guys are awesome! They got me in super quick and were very competitively priced and I knew that they were taking care of me and not trying to sell me things I didn t need. I will definitely be coming back for all of my automotive needs.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Not impressed. My first visit I was told there was a leak that was too hard to determine but the oil change was done anyway. I would think resolving the leak would supersede the oil change but what do I know. Then I was told they would need to wash the undercarriage to find the leak. They charged me for the washing and then told me to come back so they could see more clearly. I am busy - my time is valuable. Horrible customer service, I was made to feel like his schedule was far more important than mine and that I was sitting around.So there s no way to properly diagnose a leak without this back and forth? Seems like either this place doesn t have the proper tools or lacks the skills to properly service cars. Or I was being charged for my ignorance. If so that s pretty unethical. I wouldn t go here. A mechanic should be able to diagnose your cars issues without having to return 3 times.

Toyota dealership was going to charge me over $1,100 for repairs that were not needed! I am thankful to have found Xpress Automotive for their honesty and integrity. Will be servicing my car here from now on. Support small business!

This is my place of choice for my vehicles to receive its maintenance. Great customer service with Wassek running the front office. Wassek really cares for his customers, and provides good information with vehicle issues. Recently, I had my brakes and rotors replaced and the pricing was very reasonable. The experience is awesome. If you are not taking your car to Xpress Automotive, you may be doing your car a disservice. Get the proper service for your car, take it to Xpress Automative.

I've been coming to Xpress ever since moving to the Ahwatukee area. The owner, Wassek, is extremely friendly and transparent about prices. There's usually little to no wait for appointments. Overall, a fantastic value for the high level of service provided here.This business clearly takes pride in what they do and they treat their customers well. I always feel valued here. Top notch experience and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for servicing.

I have been going here for over 5 years. Wasik is honest, prompt and reliable. He has never tried to upsell me. He keeps me informed throughout diagnosis. He does not do anything without talking to me first. He has serviced 4 of my cars since I started going there and have upmost trust and confidence that he will provide only what I need at a fair price.

We heard and read so many positive feedbacks that we decided to join their group of happy customers! We are so glad we did, Wassek El-rabaa, owner personally welcomed us to his shop. He gave us an estimate of 50% cheaper than we were quoted and told us that we didn't need all the things our Hyundai dealership had listed. Trust is the most important fiber in any relationship. We trust Xpress Automotive from this point on!The shop includes a very nice waiting room with TV, kiddy corner, coffee station and water dispenser.

Called when 5 minutes down the road. They squeezed me in quickly for an oil change. Told me my air filter was good until next time. Great service.

Terribly rude employees. I parked here and took a work call before going to ask about pricing, And an employee came out while I was on the call and began writing down my license plate and threatening To have my car towed not realizing that I was an incoming customer. Explains why the tire shop next to them has so much more business

overcharge so bad - I had an issue with my alternator in my 2007 Lexus is250 and that part should get replaced. price of a brand new alternator was $150 on internet and the quote I got from this shop for part and labor was &1500. I found another shop in phoenix and replace the alternator (part + labor) for $300. do your due diligence before trusting any auto repair. one hour part replacement job should not be quoted for more than $1300. it`s insane.

Just visited again with owner Wassek about my 2010 VW beetle. A warning light was on again :-(. Turns out my tires were low; he immediately helped by getting them up where they needed to be. Consistently outstanding service by this guy and his team. Thank you!!

I'm so happy I found this auto shop. The first time I brought my car for an oil change, the owner identified an issue, which was remedied later by the dealership. The next time I visited, I asked for a tire rotation. Again, the shop stated that they would do the rotation if needed. They basically acknowledged that they wouldn't do the work if it wasn't necessary. Refreshing. Overall, friendly service, transparent and honest work, and timely appointments. Highly recommend!

I've been using Xpress Automotive as my main mechanic for about a year now, having roughly $5000 in repairs done between both of my cars. It's a family-owned business and their service is some of the best I've ever received. they work quickly without sacrificing any quality. Wassek and his team provide outstanding customer service, every visit feels like I'm handing my car off to a family member. They are all very helpful and honest.Their prices are a little on the high side, but still very reasonable. That being said, you definitely get the quality of service you pay for.Overall I highly recommend Xpress Automotive

Had a wonderful experience with just a simple oil change. The owner, Wassek, greeted us warmly. It s no surprise he has a background in hospitality as that genuine authentic caring was evident throughout the entire experience. There was no up-selling and he let us know that the vehicle needed new tires soon. We love supporting local businesses. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

As usual, I wait until the last minute to get things done. Including waiting until the oil light comes on in my car! I called to schedule an appointment and much to my surprise, I was asked to come in ASAP that day! Once I arrived, the owner greeted me and took down all the necessary info about my car. Within no time at all he called me to let me know my car was finished! I highly recommend this business, not just because of the speed of service, but the friendly, professional way in which I was treated. My wife and I have been working with Wassek at Xpress Automotive for years. He is always super friendly, efficient, and offers very reasonable pricing. When I had to have my car towed to Xpress overnight he called me the next morning before they had opened to get to work on my repair. Xpress Automotive is a true family business that understands the importance of quality service. They scheduled me right away and fixed the issue with my car. No inflated prices or services that weren't needed. Also, I had my own work to do while I was waiting for my vehicle, so the owner cleared a space on the counter so I could sit and get my work done! My tire went flat on the 202. Pulled into Xpress Automotive. I was heading to California in 3 hours. They put on 2 new front tires and got me on my way, in time! They went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this business!

Wonderful experience here at Xpress!Ended up being that customer coming in an hour before close due to another shop having "computer system issues" for the third time in a month. I saw Xpress and saw they offered everything. So I stopped in.The owner Wasik greeted me, quickly quoted me and pulled my truck in! Very good pricing, super clean shop! Will definitely be coming back!Thank you guys!!
