These guys are AMAZING both in workmanship and customer service! Added a leaf and re-arched the springs on my E-250 camper/4WD conversion van which had been sagging with a horribly rough ride. The spring work fixed my issues and it rode like a dream afterwards. They also added airbag cradles so I no longer had to worry about the bags blowing when going on a lift if I forgot to deflate. Later the same week Phil saved me with a rear shock issue and got me in last minute. They fixed my shocks and ensured I had a safe rear end before driving cross country. While in the waiting area I overheard several phone calls from traveling and/or distressed customers with various issues and they always tried to squeeze them in for service. Truly a top notch, quality shop!

These guys have produced custom-made springs for me, for years and never fail to deliver!Plus, everybody's always cool and upbeat... great energy, everytime!I always look forward to the experience of going in there, as well as the experience of just hanging out and laughing a bunch!JC

Haven't been yet but I've heard nothing but excellent knowledge in this group of guys! I don't WANT to go here for an issue, I'd rather go for education...lol but I guess with my Hammbone's issues, come my education! Lol

Valley Spring Service is TOP NOTCH. I drove here after having my van at another mechanics location. Valley Spring took the time to listen to my concern, gave me an estimate of the repair, I waited a couple of hours for the work to be done and I'm leaving with my van the SAME DAY. Wow is all I can say!! Customer Service is INCREDIBLE !!!!

Phil is the man!!! He is extremely knowledgeable and gets things done. Great service, fair pricing and understands time is money for our business (Roberts Hay Farm) will always be the first call we make when needing something.

These guys are amazing! I live in my minivan converted camper and have been told by many shops that my rear bushings were shot and my leaf springs were sagging due to a hitch with cargo on the back. I was told that the parts were no longer available and I should consider a new van ( easier said than done when you ve been doing this 4 years and basically rebuilt your entire van piece by piece. Phil and his crew re-arched my leaf springs and added a leaf for reinforcement and replaced all my worn bushings and when my van came out a bit higher in the back they gave me some extra blocks to level out with. I had a minor issue a week later with an ill fitting part and they got me right in and out even though they were busy ( thanks guys!) I wish they did more than just springs but then they probably would have to charge more. I trust these guys and I m grateful I found them!

These guys are awesome. The owner is looking for more good employees because they are super busy. Plan on making an appointment as there is a wait to get in. They were great to work with, i had a list a page long they helped me with everything.

Took my 2000 tacoma in to get some sagging/broken rear leaf springs fixed back in December of last year. After hauling heavy loads for months and months, my springs started to sag once again. Luckily VSS offers year warranties on springs they manufacture. Came in today to see if they could re arch them, and they took care of it for free! Awesome service, really cool hard working staff, and good prices to boot. And my truck looks awesome! Will definitely be back for any future truck upgrades.

Phil and the guys are THE BEST! They walked me though everything to determine the best and most affordable solution. Then got me in faster than I expected and did a wonderful job. Friendly honest service over the phone. I made an appointment but later had to reschedule for the following week. No problem. Upon my arrival they were ready and delivered perfectly. They finished a little sooner than I expected and the price came in below the ball park figure we discussed 2 weeks prior. My truck looks and rides great. I couldn't be happier!

Matt and the whole staff gave me outstanding service and value from this locally owned shop that has been in business for many years. I had all the front-end parts replaced and rear springs upgraded on my 2008 Dodge 2500 2WD that tows my fifth wheel. They were friendly, fast, and treated my truck and the work like they were working on their own truck. It is so hard to find shops like this anymore, especially around big cities. Very highly recommended!

Brought my 2019 Tacoma 4x4 TRD Off Road in to have a custom off-road 3-stage leaf set installed. The did a great job and told me if I had any issue with the weight/sag to let them know. I took it back in to have an additional leaf added to the set at the 3rd stage. Now the truck stays level with 400lb constant payload, then again at 600lbs of camping gear, and finally, when towing a 6500lb camper with a 640lb tongue weight she rides level the whole time. Sweet. Not to mention when off-road the Tacoma rides smoothly and isnt stiff over the washboards. Love Valley Spring. Ken and Matt are fantastic. Thank youService: Steering & suspension repair

Excellent service, diagnosed problem and fixed for a reasonable price. These guys know what they are doing when it comes to suspension and driveshaft angles! Will be back to close out our rear end upgrades for overlanding.

This shop has been in business for a very long time. The reason is they're very good at their specialty (suspensions and lift kits on motor vehicles), and quite affordable. I came here because my normal mechanic wanted to charge more than twice as much to install some new suspension parts on my 2007 truck (I suspect the oem parts are hard to find now and expensive for that reason).Valley spring presented several "aftermarket" options for each part I needed, and gave a fair price for the parts and the installation. I couldn't be happier.

I heard these guys were #1 in the state so I decided to bring my truck to them for a lift kit install. Well, they lived up to their reputation in every aspect. Top notch work, the job was completed right on time, quote was right on point, extremely friendly and helpful. What more so you want? How about them asking you to return in 500 miles for a safety inspection to insure everything is still tight and right, free of charge? Excellent job guys, you will have my business in the future. I highly recommend VSS!

To be perfectly honest.Over the past two weeks I have tried multiple times.both in person, via telephone and via email just to get an appointment to have my truck.looked at. As of this date it has now been 15 days since I first contacted this business. I have yet to receive any information relating to my efforts. So my advice to anyone needed any work done. Don't waste your time with this business. If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!

This is a small shop that is extremely busy. It takes a little bit to get an appointment, but worth the wait. These guys know what they're talking about, and do great work. It took longer than I had hoped it would for my repairs, but then again there more issues with my truck than I realized. Matt and his crew identified the additional problems, explained the situation to me, gave me my options, and bam, on the road again much safer than before for sure.If you have any kind of suspension issue, you would be foolish to go anywhere else.Thanks guys, your help is much appreciated.

The only place around that deals with bead-lock wheels. I ve visited the shop twice now and both times everyone was super welcoming, helpful, and accommodating.While having my tires repaired (on both occasions) I saw some of the crazy rigs they were working on. Everything from a $15k axle build for a Jeep Rubicon, to lifted trucks and overland rigs. They know their stuff.Next time I need anything of any caliber done on my jeep, I know exactly where I m going.

Don't even look at the 1 star ratings! These guys are busy for a reason! They do great work at fair prices and have a HUGE amount of parts in stock ready to go. Phill is a true gear head and is extremely knowledgeable. Anything to do with leaf springs, these guys should be your first visit. Small shops like this are a blessing to the off-road community and I am glad they are still around. If price is your only concern, stick to amazon... If you want quality work and something fixed right the first time, take a drive down and meet them in person. You will not be disappointed! Thanks again guys!

Excellent service!!! Took my truck in to get leveled and it was done without any problems and quickly! I'm bringing my work truck in for suspension work next week.

My Jeep YJ was a mess when I first bought it. VSS helped by leveling the rear spring purchases and setting the proper pinion angle. They tacked on a few brake line mount brackets as well. Good clean work all painted with no bare metal like another shop I ve been to.I saved up a few bucks after the first visit and had an anti wrap bar installed. The metal attached to the the axle failed within a year of install while I was doing some rock crawling, and they fixed it no questions asked.They do good work, so you ll have to get in line, but it s worth the wait.Service: Steering & suspension repair
