Horrible the owner of this company, Matt tried to intimidate me when I came in to complain about the work that was done on my car.As I sat waiting for him for over 25 minutes with my male best friend he didn't come out but as soon as my friend went out to get something from the car he emerged from the back somewhere and just stood at the counter staring at me. When I realized that I just stared back at him and then he asked are you Roberta? Although I was the only person in their tiny lobby.He and his mechanic Robert who worked on my car for about $500 - $600 insist that they told me not to drive my car after the work was done. Well I took my car to the mechanic to get it fixed to drive. Others what's the point of a mechanic?Matt said that he listened to 16 phone calls between Robert and myself that prove that I was advised not to drive my car.They left my car unsafe to drive.I ended up going to half price auto repair and they fixed my car and I can actually drive on the highway now. The video attachment is what I made after I asked Adrian owner, and founder of half price auto repair. He let me know my car is unsafe after the mechanic inspected it, they fixed the problem and I'm driving my car period. My car is safe to drive. That's why I went to the mechanic to get my car fixed to drive.Virginia Auto Service did not acknowledge that I brought my car to be fixed to drive which makes no sense at all.I want my money back. How do I get it back?

Michelle has consistently made me feel safe & comfortable with every one of my car concerns. She is so kind and deserves to make double what she makes right now. If you re her manager reading this, please give her a raise. Great place to get your car serviced because of her.

Can I give 6 stars? I discovered Virginia Auto Service due to having an unfortunate breakdown a good distance away from home and my insurance only covered towing within a specific distance. I m glad I did! Great staff, honest team of people and helpful outside of just my vehicle. Matt was able to help me with a recommendation for my daughter s schooling as we had just moved out here from Florida! Grateful for the team!

Hands down, the absolute best service I ve ever experienced!!! When my car broke down, it just happened to be next to their shop and Michelle came out to help move it off the street. I ultimately chose to have them diagnose my vehicle. They worked with me from start to finish and even allowed me to keep my car there afterwards while I was out of town. Not sure if it s common practice, but a prior mechanic shop charged me a daily storage fee. That conversation never even came up here. They re friendly, positive, beyond helpful and an overall great team!! Thanks guys!!!

After years of dealing with the car dealership trying to get me to do repairs (which seemed to change each time I would go in for an oil change), Virginia Auto is a breath of fresh air! My air conditioning stopped working, always fun in Arizona. I called them, they got me right in, did a through check of my SUV and went through everything with no pressure, answered all my questions and were just so nice and a pleasure to deal with. Besides the air conditioning, there were a few other repairs that needed to be addressed. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Will definitely return and recommend.

Virginia Auto ServiceTop notch group of people. Robert (Service Advisor) called and emailed all the issues/problems with my daughter's VW Jetta. They were very professional and efficient with their work. Virginia Auto corrected previous problems that other garages failed to fix. Living 1800 miles away I'll return to Virginia Auto Service for any future work.

Best auto shop ever!! I ve been a customer for the last 4 years, and I highly recommend! I ve had almost every problem on my 2014 Jeep and each time they are fair & honest with top quality work. Please, do yourself a favor and choose them for your car issues. Virginia Auto will treat you with care.

Broke down and limped to the shop. Michelle was friendly but my distrust of auto repair shops was in high gear. I knew the problem with my truck being an ex repair shop service writer/manager and tried to test and trick Michelle. She surprised me with her accurate and professional responses. Her conduct throughout my several day vehicle issue was helpful,informative and kind. She actually went above and beyond. Not just a pretty face but an honest professional. How refreshing!

They have the best customer service! The pricing was beyond fair and the work was done very quickly. My vehicle was non-starting and needed diagnosing and repair. They walked me through each step and provided realistic expectations. I look forward to returning.

My first time there and they made me a permanent customer. Excellent advice on what should be fixed vs nice to have fixed, no sales tactics applied which I loved. Robert was friendly, courteous. The finsl report was so well explained. Got my car back on time as promised.

I just left this place and I would not recommend displace to anyone to be honest, my friend had some work done and the work was not completed. The mechanics did not tighten up her screws that's connected to the tire I'm not a mechanic but I know that when you are done with the customer's car you supposed to test drive it to make sure it's safe to drive and that didn't happen. So come to find out the job wasn't completed but they did say that it was drivable but they never test drove it to make sure our safety was not in jeopardy. So we did get a second opinion and come to find out there pwere loose boats which was videotaped by the second mechanic. We reached out to the owner and ask for a refund he started giving us a hard time because he was on vacation which I understand but your customer life could have been endangered. All we want is a refund back I will post a video to show what wasn't done and they approved the car to leave the lot. Hopefully when we email these guys again this can get resolved with no further issues. No mechanic shop should allow your customer to drive off without them test driving it first regardless.

Virginia Auto Service has been my go-to repair and service for my 2017 VW Tiguan and previously my son used them for his old Dodge Grand Carvan. The service representatives and entire team are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I trust them and after 5 years of service, can say without a doubt I would recommend them to friends or anyone looking for a reputable auto service. Thanks to the VAS group!

I can keep this short: this place is fantastic. I took my 2007 Xterra to them for regular maintenance, and they returned it to me in better driving condition than when I purchased it in 2011! They are incredibly thorough and communicative through their online platform, text, and good 'ol phone calls. I always knew the status of my car, and they came in under their estimate. All while being friendly and professional.

Was attended the same day for oil change. Also gave me recommendations for car and weren't pushy about it either. Car does need some maintenance so I gave them a budget and laid out what they can do with it. Overall highly recommend.

I brought my Mini in and they were super transparent about the pricing and work needed. You can definitely tell they take pride in their work and go out of their way to run an honest business. When I picked up my car they even washed it for me! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Everyone at Virginia Auto Service (Matt, Tim and Michelle) were so friendly and helpful, and most importantly, they communicated exactly what needed to happen to get my Ford F-150 fixed. Really appreciate everything the team did to make my life easier despite the situation. Made a world of a difference, and I plan on bringing my truck to you for oil changes and service from now on.

Some of the services are not listed; however, I am very pleased with Virginia Automotive. Excellent service and turnaround time to pick up the vehicle. They follow up within a few days to make sure that you are satisfied with the work performed on the vehicle. All personal on site have very good customer service skills as well as management. You cannot ask for a better place to take your vehicle. I was at Virginia Automotive this week, and as usual excellent service. Also, I was very impressed that my car was serviced in a very timely manner. "Go Virginia Automotive". Car "Ball Bearing" issues... Who do you call? Virginia Automotive!! I honestly don't know what I would do without the expert services of their management, mechanics and administrators. Thank you Virginia Automotive for being you. Based on the majority of reviews for this location people seem to have had more positive experiences than negative. I unfortunately did not have a positive experience here. My car was having issues starting and after speaking on the phone and with someone at the shop they recommended running a system diagnostic test. I was assured that this test would let them know what was going on with my car. After they were done testing the car all day. I was told there was nothing wrong with it and had to pay $89. I was told it s like a doctors exam and sometimes there s nothing wrong. Where I m frustrated and where my experience became negative was that I was advised that they would be able to figure out what was wrong with my car and that they are the best in the business at finding things other mechanics cannot. I was not told I'd be charged for the test if there were no results, which definetly could have been lost in communication, but that was not my understanding. When I went to pickup my car I was not given any new information or any recommendations, other than to pay the $89.Update:I was able to take my car to anther shop that was able to diagnose the problem within a few hours and was able to do same day repair. The issue was with the fuse box; having a few burnt fuses for the starter and fuel pump, it was a pretty easy fix.10/24/2023I recieved a phone call from the owner to address my review. He stated that I just didn't understand. He then presseded to leave his repsonse to my review. Based off the response from the owner you can see the profesionalism and integrity that you are dealing with when doing business with this company.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

This place always gives you top-notch service. I just took my caddy in, and they took care of me and my car. When I first moved to Phoenix I read somewhere Virginia Auto was rated one of the ten best shops in Phoenix so I decided to give them a try. Have had my car repaired there 3 times so far and each time, great results. Very thorough inspection of the vehicle, very professional work and competetive pricing. Repairs are guaranteed! Excellent customer service and very nice folks to do business with.

They figured out a complex issue with my car and charged me much less than my dealership. Big plus: they send you (home or work) and bring you back via Uber at their cost!
