I ve been going to Alex for the past few years for maintenance on my 2016 BMW and he s fantastic. Very fair, reasonably priced, on time and efficient. I recommend him to everyone I know with BMWs.

I am a local car dealer that sells primarily BMW 's, I was lucky enough to meet Alex and his crew when I moved my dealership that I have had for 25 years to Tempe. I now do all my BMW service and reconditioning at Vaughan Motor Works and refer all of my clients to Alex, because I know two things for a fact, 1. they will be 100% satisfied with the work and 2. It will not cost as much as some of these other guys who claim to be BMW specialists when only thing they have in common with the BMW dealer is their high prices. FAIR AND HONEST WORK IS ALL YOU WILL FIND HERE.

I was recommended to Alex Vaughan BMW Car Repair in Tempe by a good friend. This would be the first work outside my warranty so obviously I was a bit nervous. My friend said Alex did great work and was honest to a fault. Now that I ve been there and done business with Alex, I can vouch for my friend s recommendation. Incredibly easy going, casual yet great and reliable work. Honest and decent are two key words when describing Alex. I will continue to use Alex for all my work on my BMW.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Best mechanic I've gone to! Alex stayed in touch with me via text messages the entire time my car was at his shop. Other mechanics I've gone to in the past would answer my calls, but weren't upfront about when they were seeing my car. Alex communicated with me and was clear about when he was working on the vehicle and what his findings were. He completed the job in a timely manner and charged a fair price. The price I paid even ended up being $10 cheaper than he quoted me! You might be saying "It's only ten bucks", but folks when has a mechanic ever given a higher quote and charged even a bit less? Lol! If you own a BMW and can't do the work or diagnose the problem yourself, definitely check out Vaughan Motor Works!

I finally found a BMW mechanic!I have an E36 M3. BMWs, in general, can be picky and have their little tricks to get the job done right (or you break a bunch of stuff figuring it out).I had a few issues going on that went beyond by garage-mechanic knowledge.Alex is super knowledgeable (was able to give me ideas of what could be wrong just by me explaining him symptoms I was experiencing).He s also an honest guy!I had already bought parts that I thought I needed. Alex could have easily said, let s go with it , and charge me for labor I didn t need. Instead, he took his time, looked over the car, and advised me on what needed now, what could wait, and what didn t need to be changed.Strongly recommend.Alex is my BMW from here on out.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes

I've been taking my BMW's to Alex for 10 years now. He is the best. I was blessed to have been recommend to him years ago. I have NEVER had an issue!!! Alex has been doing work on my cars for over 15 years. I'm an avid BMW fan and as any BMW owner knows, while they are fantastic cars, they can be expensive to maintain. To enjoy BMW ownership, you MUST have a great mechanic!Alex does great work at very reasonable prices. He knows these cars inside out and absolutely loves what he does. Alex did a M50 swap on my e30, kept my e39 540i running until 190k miles (when I sold it), maintained my E46 M3, and also did work on my Dads' E34 and later his E39.Alex is also just a super great human. I have been going to this place for 15 years.Honest and great mechanic. I own BMW because I trust them.I have bad experience with many places, they are lying to take money from people. The car dealer over the I-10 just want to make money money money. If you own a BMW just give this place a chance.

Absolutely the best Bmw shop in Arizona. They can handle everything from an oil change to an engine replacement.
