Went in for a tune up, got the tune up. Car was still acting funny and was quoted $1500 to fix issue. Went to AutoZone to diag and it was the coils($150). Definitely do not recommend anyone going here. Either they don't know how to diag or they were trying to rip me off.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

This place is racist. First im quoted couple hours. 6 hours and 3 phone calls later im finally told my car was done. I pull in to find no parking at all. Getting off the road was even difficult. There were tow trucks and a bunch of other cars blocking every parking spot. I was driving a Prius. So i parked where i could fit in. I head back to go get my car and before they could even finish telling me that after $800 the acwas still not fixed, they come as me to move the Prius. So i head back out to move the car noticing that there was still the other 6 cars blocking my way. So i moved it over slightly and the employee asked me to move it further over. So i moved it where he asked me. Then get out of my car get half way back to go get the car they were working on to have another employee tell me that my car needed to be moved. I told him that there is no parking anywhere and that his co worker told me to move it there. He then tells me the open lot next door is where i can park. Giant "police will impound" sign there with a lot covered in nails and glass. They then have a giant white truck get behind me to push me out into the road. I put my car in park and notice a parking spot open up. So i tell the guy inthe white truck that i was going to back into the newly opened parking spot and he pretended to not know english. Blew his mind when i then told him in spanish. He said nothing and told me he would just push the car into the street then. So i just move my car into the empty lot because at this point i just wanted to get my car out of their lot. All the while no other car in the crowded lot has moved and i notice im the only white guy around. So if you want to pay hundreds extra, wait around all day for them to push you out of their lot (literally) just for them to not even fix your cars issue this place is for you. Clearly its okay to be racist here. Want to know how unprofessional this place is? Simply call them. The way they answer phone shouldve been a red flag. They literally screwed over a dad trying to get his car fixed so i can get my kids to school.
