Auto shop owner here in Illinois, they immediately did a used car inspection for me for a suburban that i wanted to purchase. They essentially found things that car fax doesn't show like accident damage and possible odometer fraud. good guys to know! if I ever make it to Phoenix, beer is on me!

I love that Toydoc sends me an email to remind me, and let's me schedule an appointment for service online. In addition to the convenience, they do an excellent job of inspecting my car for potential problems. Anthony, Lilly, and the entire team are friendly and professional. My experience was amazing and they fixed my vehicle in record time! They provided excellent communication. I felt heard, respected, and welcomed. They did not attempt to get over on me as a woman but treated me with respect and even provided videos to help me understand the technical mechanical language. Very kind and terrific service! The guys were responsive and speedy and even drove my sons car back to my home when it was completed! They also surprised me with an Uber for my initial ride back home! Five star service all around! I can say in all honesty that I felt completely comfortable, and trusted them with bringing my Lexus car there. Toydoc was recommended by a friend, and they have long experience with both Toyota and Lexus. They were very polite, welcoming and engaging. Mike has worked at a local Toyota Dealership for over 25 yrs. Since Mike has opened his own location and is a Master Mechanic makes it even better for me to get my work done on my 2010 Tacoma at a reasonable price!On my most recent visit I needed to replace the bushings/shocks and some general maintenance, wow it drives excellent again! If your looking for a true professional, look no further.I had issues with my car that no one else was able to diagnose until I brought it to him. Fixed it and made it right. Being a young woman it is extremely hard to find a Mechanic who I can trust and know that I m getting the best price with the best quality of work. Michael with Toydoc Auto handles business in a very professional manner, he is trustworthy, hard-working, and knows exactly what he is talking about. You know what you get when you work with Toydoc. Be very careful. The owner seems to be a great guy; however the quality of their service is subpar.I'll start with front suspension work they did on my vehicle. I do lots of road trips and moderate off roading, and the quality of suspension work is critical to me. The work included front shock absorbers, lower control arms, alignment. When I got my vehicle back, it seemed to drive fine, but developed an array of clunking and popping noises in the front end. I even drove out of state like that! Took it back and they fixed the problem, but weren't clear as to what the issue was. Meanwhile I noticed they completely neglected bad sway bar linkages. Had two (!) other shops verify there's no damange to the components. For me, this is a major safety issue and is the reason for the low score I'm giving them. Front end suspension is definitely something to pay attention to and mistakes like that can be quite costly.They told me my battery was bad and needed to be replaced. I'm no car battery expert, but the car starts right up with that "bad" battery. I did verify their claim at Oreilleys and another shop - the battery is good. Like solid good. I am just impressed they tell me things and assume I'm not gonna verify it with all the resources out there from googling to high end professional shops.My concusion: You will be better off taking your vehicle somewhere else. While no one is 100% perfect, there are better shops out there. Loose suspension is a serious concern. Stay safe out there!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Oil change
