I've brought my truck here for some armor installs and suspension work. They did a wonderful job then and outdid themselves with installing my winch and bumper. I will definitely be bringing my rig back for more upgrades down the road. If you used to frequent this shop when it was 4 Wheel Parts, don't worry, same great crew is here to help you out. 5/5.

January 4, 2023. 10am. Service unbelievably rude and condescending. Ponytail desk man treated us like trash. We had money to spend. He didn t want it. Reminded me of Pretty Woman. Don t give them your business.ETA much appreciated the immediate response from management. They are addressing the problem and are handling it in a very professional manner. 5 stars for that aspect.

Super impressed with this place. The Toyota dealership thought I damaged my lift kit. A welder quoted me $1450 to fix. The guys at this store quickly diagnosed that only the front strut and strut install kit was damaged - not the lift. Not only did they replace with an upgraded raised strut, it was less than I got quoted elsewhere - only $735 for two new lifted strut installs.When I asked them anything else you think I might need while you guys have my truck up? They said nope - they didn t upsell me even when I asked. Really relaxed place in there.They let me leave the truck early and called me when it was ready. Truck drives so much better.While I was there, I told them my big tires rubbed on tight turns. They fixed that too for $275. The welder quoted me $300 for the same job.This place is great.

I had an issue with my truck with my front suspension and they helped me out with some recommendations and I'm very happy with the stuff they recommended me great stuff if you want to upgrade your truck or jeep or suv.

Complete loss of trust and broken communication with the sales person, Keith.I had a minor issue with an install this shop did for me and wanted to discuss solutions.Instead, Keith decided to focus on how the install was never going to work and how I didn t understand the mechanics.Keith claims they never do leveling kits or spacers yet they happily allowed me to pay for the install without mentioning that.As engineer and quality manager, I can say this is a small issue and should have never resulted in a lost customer.I recommend going elsewhere because I wouldn t risk the conflict on a more complex and expensive install .

The guys here are very knowledgeable and helped guide me to the leveling kit I wanted without pressuring me. When my kit arrived I botched the install myself. The crew here cleaned up after my mess at an incredibly reasonable price and hooked me up with the tires I wanted at the same time. I will definitely be coming here for future upgrades!

We were sent here by Michelin main office to get a tire inspection on a tire that was cracked full circle on the wheel well area. The person behind the counter said he wouldn't get in the middle. Michelin just wanted a tire inspected and had them on their list.Went there today to ask about ball joints but again they said they wouldn't look but they WOULD sell us control arms and axles. But they wouldn't even allow my son to bounce anything of him.Prices are so high on stuff that was hanging on the walls such as push bars several were a couple thousand dollars. Its always a bad experience over there. Pics and prices were on a couple of the lower end of what was displayed.

Nice price on rims and (5) 33 x 12.5 Dick Cepek tires for my Jeep Wrangler TJ. Only took em 2 days total to order wheels, mount and balance tires. Awesome experience!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER INSTALL. I just barely missed the 90-day warranty window they give for installations. I've only put 5,000 miles on my truck since the install. I spent over $13,000 on my vehicle and $11,000 on my girlfriend's vehicle there last year. I also sent my brother-in-law to my salesman at 4wp and he spent $15,000 getting the same stuff I got for my truck and a little more. My amp XL steps started rattling so I emailed my salesman and he never responded. I called 4wp five times over 2 weeks and was put on hold over 30 minutes each time. The last time I was able to get somebody on the phone and found out I was past that 90-day period. After bringing this company $39,000 in business they wanted a deposit for me to book an appointment to have my vehicle looked at! I honestly think that they should have had me come in and look at it for free hoping on more future business. I'm going to start a relationship with a new off-road shop. I wouldn't have had a problem paying for the appointment also. I just think it's rude as heck that they want me to put a deposit in advance to book an appointment to have their installation looked at. I didn't have a problem paying for my installation and I wouldn't have a problem paying for technician to look at the steps!

Called in and was willing to spend alot of money with these guys, but Jake seemed really to busy to help and was not customer oriented at all. As this company being the expert, I wanted to try and explain the entire situation so that I could get their professional opinion of everything they would recommend to help me correct my vehicle, but I was sharply cutoff. They must really like Jake because they just lost about $5000 worth of business due to him.

If some people think that 4WP employees were rude. This New company that bought them out are worse. Don't shop here. They have no desire to help. Never going back there again.

First review ever. Went to simply replace my front bumper and stock fenders. Took a long time to find an employee to talk to the first time there. Fenders were installed with no issues, however a back bumper was put on instead of a front.The excuse made was that I pointed at a rear on the wall, even after discussing a front the entire time. My bumper had a dent from someone in a parking lot, which was clearly seen. Both were even together on the wall. I talked it with the staff about the mistake, to only get chuckles and an "oh well" tone. The job was finished twenty minutes before close, which unfortunately for me, they took my stock inner fenders, rear and front. I wasn't provided with them at all. I'd understand if the overall install wasn't complete by the end of the day, but there is no need to take hardware off my car for the shop without my permission. Considering the fact I arrived at 9 am, I felt pretty disrespected.I'm definitely not one to write reviews or bad mouth a business. This is simply a warning to new clients. If you don't want parts scrapped, to feel like they're doing a favor for you, or ignore what you envision, find a new place. Especially younger guys, they really acted like my concern didn't matter at all.Funny enough, I know how to install all parts myself. Every now and then I like to support local business, this time was a mistake. When a customer spends $1700.00 , a wrong bumper install shouldn't be treated like I told a joke. I had to save up for new fender liners and a front bumper I self installed, I doubt anyone has two grand lying around casually. Hope they make a decent profit off my stock liners. Despite the trouble, the new fenders were installed good, two stars for that fact.

I struggled a bit with writing this review. I absolutely love the online component of 4WP but this Phoenix office is overworked and understaffed. Nobody called me when my parts were in, nobody called me when my truck was done, the wheel offset is noticeably different on the back tires, they didn't give back the perfectly good shocks they said they would give back, when you call you get put on hold for up to 15 minutes at which time you get hung up on and you have to start again, the list goes on. It's truly a horrible, time consuming, frustrating experience, especially when you are spending thousands of your hard earned dollars. To top it off, when I complained to the manager he told me all about how it's corporate and the new systems fault. I took that as zero professional accountability from the gentleman. I stood in the office watching the way he treated customers and staff for 45 minutes and I can tell you with 100% confidence that it is not just the system or corporate. To put it clearly, I will be happy to spend more of my money somewhere else than go back to the Phoenix 4WP office and save money. I'm giving 2 stars because they do throw some pretty good deals online.

I took my truck specifically there to get my trailing arms adjusted out approximately 1 inch, have the front end aligned, and have shock absorbers installed. The truck has approximately a two and a half inch lift which causes it to wander if the trailing arms aren't properly lengthened. They didn't listen, they align the front end with little or no adjustment, and the truck once again is wandering. I had another location do the same work and they were perfect, the adjusted it out, aligned it, and took away the Wander. After explaining to them that all the tie rods and ball joints had been replaced as well as the drag link, the last thing to do was to get the trailing arms readjusted. They charged $137 for an inspection I didn't need and they broke my emergency brake release lever saying it was just an old truck. No offer to replace it to fix it or anything else. I wish I could recommend these people but I can't. After years of experience in the automotive repair industry, this is an example of people who don't listen, want to maximize their invoice, and do not accept responsibility when they screw up.

The 4 Wheel Parts store at this location has been shut down and purchased and is now operating under a new business called Total Off-road & More. Same phone number and location but no longer 4 Wheel Parts or Transamerican Wholesale.

Super professional staff, very knowledgeable and friendly - and they had exactly what we were looking for. I wouldn't hesitate to use their company again, they were top notch. AND - they have balloons for the kids (or the childlike service advisors). I liked the red one. :) Thanks again for all your help!

Was promised a replacement defective shock that was 2 weeks over warrantee. CC was charged 1 month ago. Said it "was on the truck " and should be here in a few days. A month later after multiple calls and promisses.....NADA. This company on 7th ST, phx is pathetic. Don't waste your time. Hate to say it, thanks AMAZON

Walked in looking for a spline lug nut socket , dude in the pony tail said we just don t sell to randoms i don t know what you re going to do with it . Keep in mind I didn t walk in the store with a ski mask on . Not cool . Went to Off road warehouse , sold it to me with no issues

Trying to call and reach someone, schedule or check on a order is almost impossible. If they say they will call you back, they never do. If you reach someone, they put you on hold and never pick up the phone. Poorly staffed and managed.Update: 8/2021 - after a terrible time at the start of the sale, I still went ahead with the suspension. The alignment I paid for was not done and I drove the truck for a week with the wheel turned a few degrees to drive straight until I could go to another shop and get it fixed. I am lowering my recommendation from 2 stars to 1 star.

Every business has pros and cons I ve dealt with this location for over a year and finally decided to write a review. I appreciate the upfront/honesty from Gabriel, Danny, & their staff. At the end of the day, they offer good solutions on issues that sometimes are out of their control. The worked preformed on my truck by this location, has been a great experience.

Went in for replacement headlights for my Jeep, Todd and team worked to find the exact lights for my budget. I ordered them, they came in the next morning and got a call right away. I installed them in their parking lot, and when I came to a hiccup Todd came out and helped solve it. Highly recommend for service and parts access

Bought and had installed a set of tires for my truck. The tires would not balance properly so the shop replaced those with another set. The second set has a tire that is out of round and they will not warranty it or replace it. I took my truck to a national tire shop to get the second set properly balanced on a Road Force Balancer because there was vibration. Paid $160 for that. I was informed that one of the tires is out of round outside of the recommended tolerance. These tires had less than 200 miles on them when I discovered the defect. I will not purchase tires or products from this shop nor will I recommend them as I feel they sell inferior tires and will not stand behind any of the products if a problem arises.

What's not to like about serious on and off road parts, except maybe the prices... Here the prices are not bad at all.Friendly, knowledgeable sales staff and installers.I will be back for several projects this year.Nice selection, though I wouldn't honestly pay what they ask for their LED pods and light bars... Much better deals online.Easy location to find, double wide turning lane makes getting in their lot in traffic pretty easy.

For purchase 15-22k expect to talk with experience specialist. Sales person who talked with me unfortunately had no idea even what I'm looking for. At this time I would expect him to redirect me to exp specialist he didn't and unfortunately after I asked him to check with his manager, his manager also wasn't helpful and redirect me to his most exp specialist or maybe they don't have one. Tbh I feel rude at that point talk with someone else in same shop...

Purchased a pricey battery from here. Realized I might need it replaced 2 weeks after my 3 year in store 30 dollar extra warranty expired. Was told there was nothing they would do. I understand the warranty was expired but by two weeks for a 300 dollar plus battery. Not sure I want to do business with this place again.

As busy as they are right now, their customer service is still on point. Didn't mind the wait in the store. I had several other questions after picking up my shocks. They answered all of them, no problem. I'll definitely be coming to this location more often.

Por customer service. I was trying to get some information about a new set of wheels and tires from this place on a $7k budget and the person on the phone told me that he was going to call me back with the information I never heard from them so I decided to call two days later, just to face a really rude person on the phone who don't really care for my business so I told them I will find another store they can treat me a little bit better and he act like he don't care, hanging up the phone. I do not recommend this place.
