My front end & hood were badly damaged due to a accident. I didn t think my poor little car could be saved. But thanks to Tom s Auto Body, she looks brand new! They did a fantastic job, looks like nothing ever happened. Thank you to everyone that worked on my car, thank you to Lisa for being so nice. I recommend if you need any body work this is the place to go.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My family have been knowing and trusting Tom's Auto Body, over 20+Everytime, we chose Tom's, we never regret doing so. Ronnie and Art go above and beyond, what your vehicle is needing. (Example ) They hoiste the vehicle up, to make sure everything's working properly. Also, they operate with integrity and exceptional character. I am 1st to always refer or suggest Tom's.

Let me just say I have been to Tom s body shop for the last two years and they have undoubtedly been the most consistent in their work, have been very professional, and have provided the most personalized and quality customer service.Art and Ron have always been very clear with what they were doing and have always exceeded expectations with their work. This is the first time I've ever had to go through insurance due to an accident, so I didn't know what to expect, but after visiting today for the first appointment, I'm relieved. Art was very prompt, courteous, and professional. They took the time to explain every step of what they were doing at the time and what to expect.

Tom's Auto Body does quality work, great customer service and have excellent painter! My sister had her 69 Malibu Painted about 40 years ago and was very happy. They still continue to be one of the best places if you want a quality job with good ol' fashion customer service.

I have gone to Tom's on several occasions for auto body repairs. They are very professional and get the job done timely. The staff is very courteous and caring about what needs to be done. The main concern with my family is that they are in constant contact with us about what is going on with the repairs. I highly recommend this shop for any repairs you may need.

Tom's Auto Body is the best! The work they did on my car is amazing. They got the repair on time, under budget, with awesome results. The staff was friendly and professional. I will never take my car any place else. Highly recommend Tom's Auto Body for excellent work and service!

I recently took my 2004 Chevy Trailblazer to Tom s Body Shop on Buckeye Rd. I need to have my rear bumper replaced after it was damaged sliding off the wrecker. (long story). Their service was amazing, from the time I walked into the office till I was driving my car away. Not only did they replace the bumper but they totally cleaned my car inside and out, even the tires and wheels. I can t tell you how surprised and pleased I was with their service. So if are ever in the need of a body shop please stop by and see the guys at Tom s Body Shop.A Very Grateful CustomerDiane Walters

My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. The staff has been very good at keeping me posted as to the status of the repair. I still had their number on my phone from the first accident (neither one was my fault!) I hope I won't need their services again but if I do, I will be calling Ron or Art at Tom's Auto body for their professionalism.

Very bad service, not friendly at all. Sent the wrong part when called on it. They had nothing to say. Did you install it. How elea would I learn that my camshaft sensor was the wrong one for my 2000 jeep.... totally as....... do not do business with these people.

Ron is the man! Local shops always do great work. There is a reason Tom's Auto Body has been around for more than 50 years. I took my 2016 Ford Mustang GT for some pothole damage and they made sure everything was OEM. Definitely recommend them!

I took my car here after an accident and I am very pleased with them. They are kind and courteous. Enterprise gave me a hard time about a rental and Art(Owner) drove me to Enterprise and got me a car right then and there. I wouldn't think about going anywhere else for detailing done to my car.

Great people! I will set comes back to Tom's Auto Body if I ever need work done on any of my vehicles. They really listened and was able to deal with my insurance company to my satisfaction.

These guys over deliver in every way. Quality of work, timing/urgency, communication and customer service. I have dealt with other body shops and this one stood out. I would recommend them for sure.

SOMETIMES A SHOP FORGETS ABOUT HOW CUSTOMERS MADE THEM WHO THEY CLAIM TO BE AFTER YEARS OF BUSINESS.SO I CALL AND ASK IF THERE WILL BE SOMEONE THAT WILL HELP ME AT A CERTAIN TIME.I SHOW UP AND THEY HAVE ME WAIT A BIT LONGER,THEN THEY LOOK AT ME AND TELL ME THAT IT WOULD BE BEST TO COME BACK MAYBE TOMORROW.IF YOU CAN'T HELP ME,DONT TELL ME THAT YOU CAN.
