Excellent service on my Audi Q7. I came in for brakes and they found a number of items that needed addressing, most covered under warranty. The staff was friendly and kept me informed which I really appreciated. Will definitely use them again.

You guys always take great care of me when I bring my xc90 in. AC is making zero noise now and the new engine mounts make the car feel that much more solid. New axels sound good so far as well. Really appreciate all the effort in getting this car back up to par mechanically! You guys do great work!

This is the absolute best shop I have ever taken my vehicle to they are thorough, professional and nice. They did not talk down to me and made sure I understood everything going on with my car. Their system is top notch, they provided a Lyft to get me home and I got text with a complete explanation of what they found, what needed to be replaced and why and let me choose what I did and did not want to have repaired. THANK YOU Tanner Motors for being awesome!!!!

First time at Tanner. Had an issue with my alarm after leaving Tanner. Returned for diagnosis of problem. Chris Tanner went into action. He did extensive research to understand the alarm issue. The outcome was understanding how the alarm is set off when the car is locked. Chris called me and he explained the issue to me. Spent about 10 minutes talking with him. Tanner auto repair is a reputable, long standing family business. Audi dealer charges almost $300 for oil change for my 2019 Audi A5, and almost $600 for a new battery. Tanner charged me $520 for both oil change and new battery. You can trust them and the quality of their work.

The office staff is friendly and accommodating, but the techs are second to none. I've taken BMWs and Volvos here and gotten extremely thorough diagnostic work. They catch things that most mechanics miss and give you a prioritized report of issues with no pressure--very professional.

Very happy with the service I received here. Was my first time coming here and strictly found them based off of their excellent reviews. Alex, I think his name is? Was up front at service desk and helped me. I believe the other reps name is Derrick. They were both very professional and friendly. Alex explained everything to me in a very straightforward way. I felt very educated when I left. Extremely kind and courteous. I also appreciated the coffee, water and WiFi as I was able to work from my laptop while I waited. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend them!

The guys a Tanner Motors were awesome. Called and got appointment when I requested. When I dropped the vehicle of was greeted politely and professionally. I was told the car would probably be ready the same day. Like most automotive repairs locations I still expected them to keep my car two to three days. Surprisingly the car was done by the end of the day. When I went and picked my vehicle up again everyone was friendly and professional. The cost was less than 1/2 what the dealership quoted. This has been the best automotive repair experience in my 40 years of car ownership. Highly recommend them to any one in need of Mini, BMW, Audi, Volvo, Mercedes or other automotive repair needs

Had a Mercedes Service B done. I was sent an online estimate, of which I could accept or decline individual services (oil change, brake flush, filter change, etc). I was able to set up an appointment within a couple days. Staff was extremely helpful and got some other items completed like removing old users from Mercedes app. I dropped my vehicle off at 8am, was completed by 11am. Overall, very easy and smooth. I think I found my new Mercedes service center.

I really hate to leave a review like this, but after what I went through with Tanner Motors, I've got to be straight up to save others the same trouble. Took my Audi Q5 to Tanner Motors because they say they're good with European cars. Not long after they worked on it, the motor gave out on the highway. Wasn't a great start, especially since I was in the middle of moving across the country.I figured everyone deserves a second chance, so I had them do an engine swap. Big mistake. My car just sat there from July to November. Kept telling me it would be ready by the end of each week, then the same story the next week, and so on. It wasn't just the wait that bothered me, it was the runaround and feeling like they didn't know what was up. When I did get it back (which meant shipping it across the country to my new home), I hadn't even driven 150 miles before the check engine light was back on, with the car acting up just like before.If you're thinking about going to Tanner Motors, I'd really think twice. For the time, the stress, and your hard-earned money, it's just not worth it. I wanted to give these guys a fair shot, but after all this, I gotta say, you're probably better off going somewhere else. Don't take the risk - there are plenty of other shops out there.

Awesome service. Everyone is professional, courteous and prompt. Alex gave me a very convenient appointment and Derrick got the car in and out for a complete evaluation, just as he said he would do. Happily, the car needed less than expected (they could have sold me more, but didn't) and I will happily return next week to have service work completed. Very pleased.

It's so hard to know who to trust your vehicle with. Tanner Motors is honest, trustworthy, and very thorough. Their prices are the best around. Brought in my new to me Volvo for some repairs and maintenance a while back and was in and out in a day. They even overnighted the parts to do the job! Fast forward a couple of weeks and the original problem was back. Took it back in and it turned out the aftermarket parts were not the proper ones for the job. This was not their fault though, as the part was listed to work with my car. They worked with my warranty company and got me back on the road in a couple days. Couldn't be happier. They even gave me a part that fixed an issue I was just talking about in their lobby that I didn't even have an appointment for. It was a cheap valve for the front washer nozzle, but still really appreciated that gesture! Will be taking my car to them for all my Volvo service!

Really great shop if you need an Audi or other euro mechanic. I took my car to Tanner after another mechanic failed to diagnose an issue causing my check engine light to come on. The mechanics at Tanner found it immediately and made the fix quickly. Plus, they work with Carvana's warranty (Silver Rock) so I paid nothing out of pocket. The staff is friendly and the shop is very clean. I will definitely be coming here whenever I need maintenance or service.
