Not a great experience.There were only a few cars ahead of me, 4 including the ones being worked on, when I arrived but I still waited over an hour to get in.Once I got in the wind blew the windshield wiper display over and it fell and hit my car. It dented my car and scratched the paint in 3 places. I was provided a claim form by one the guys working who did apologize and it wasn t his fault at all.The guys working were friendly and do their job well.My biggest complaint was the price. See the attached pic which shows their price list. If I went with the Economy they wouldn t be able to give me the 0W-20 oil my car recommends so I had to go with the $89 oil change. With all their fees my total was over $100 for just an oil change. The guy working told me how to get a coupon which brought it down to $93!!

Let me sum it up: unkind employees, bad shop etiquette, bad attitudes, no communication. Don t even waste your time & go to Valvoline instead!I was looking forward to have a quick and convenient place right by my house as I usually have to drive quite far to Valvoline. Unfortunately I got the most unkind greeting, I was barley acknowledged and not properly guided into the bay. Once I pulled into the bay no one said anything just left me wondering and waiting. There were 4 workers all of which working on ONE car. As a female who used to work in a service shop, I was watching their work and was greatly concerned. I ended up notifying them that I was just going to leave and they seemed irritated at me. I do not trust workers who have such a bad attitude to work on my vehicle. This is a serious liability waiting to happen.

Took them 40+ minutes to change the oil in each car in front of me, after nearly 2 hours of waiting I finally got into the bay, and was told to wait another 15 minutes while they work on the car next to me. No one offered water, every other customer in line was visibly upset.I don't mind paying extra for speed and convenience, but $100 for a basic change is outrageous, especially when it seems to be done by techs who aren't qualified for the job.Don't waste your time here.

5 stars! I pulled up just after 5pm. The two men were fast to greet me and so nice--didn't try to upsell me on anything. My oil change was quick and easy. This is exactly what I wanted..fast and little stress. Thank you! I will be back for my next service.

Second time visiting this shop and both times have been great. They re pretty fast and very professional. Gerardo and seraphim helped service my car and they were pleasant to work with! Thank you!

They were very nice and made sure I knew what they were doing every step of the way. They also thoroughly explained prices and helped me with coupons and discounts since I was tight on money. Good people, good work, highly recommended.

Very quick service and the men working there were very nice. I knew I wanted new windshield wipers so they were able to find me 2 different cost options. They do ask you about replacing all of the filters but don t push too much. Will definitely go back.

Stu and Jocelyn were gracious, nice smiles which to me means that they enjoyed and liked their job.Stu asked me which grade of oil I would like and I settled on the premium for the amount of miles that I do drive.Did point out to me that the screw was stripped That is why it took a little longer before filling it with oil.He showed me on my car where it shows what level my oil is at.Jocelyn took care of the bill.They explain to me that I can top off my oil when I feel it needs itI would recommend Take 5 to everyone.It took 20 minutes before my car was done versus going to dealership would ve taken an hour and a half.To me that s another plus to Take 5.

Excellent Customer Service. Greeted Upon Entry with A Smile. Very Respectful and Knowledgeable Young Crew. Literally Less Than Five Minutes. Different Prices Depending on Quality of Oil. Very Congested Parking.

Visited 11/13/2023 for a change while heading East and was pleasantly greeted by Devontay and coworker (I m sorry, I don t know name). They were going through a rough time as they were the only two in the shop during lunch hour, but that did not stop them from providing EXEMPLARY service. I was beyond impressed by the way they handled being down multiple crew members with two lines of cars. A+ experience both represent the company at a very high level.Service: Oil change

Great customer experience as always. Davontay and his team were extremely attentive. From offering me water when I arrived to showing me everything that was being installed into my car before installing / pouring it. Great team, great price, great service.

Jaelynn was exceptional! Very attentive to my vehicle needs, and answered every question with a yes or no ma'am. Chad wasn't as interactive, but none the less did an exceptional job with a quiet friendliness and professionalism. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

Definitely going there from now on. I showed up around 6:15pm Nov. 17th 2023. I thought they would tell me to come back the next day but they gave me water, asked me to hang tight and within a few minutes I was in the shop. they kept me informed with each step made me feel comfortable once they were done they sent me on my way. very professional, and great customer service.

Plan to take an hour, not five. These guys built it with zero clearance to get around longer trucks and then cars can pull in from the opposite side and snake your spot in line. We ended up waiting 2 extra cars because we were stuck and they took forever on the car in front of us. I complained to the manager who gave me $20 off. Then I paid $100 for the oil change. What? Rip off. I'll go back to Dean's Auto on 32nd and Oak. Eventhough it's better to drop off and pick up the car later, it's worth the service and a $60 oil change.

I just stopped by this place and received the best service. Seraphim and Stu were not only fast, but had a good energy to them. I love good customer service and Seraphim and Stu provided 5 star service, hence the 5 star review. I will definitely be returning again!

Excellent service by both the manager and technician. Very helpful (even reset my service light), friendly (even to my 2 dogs) and efficient. They have now become my go-to service station for all my maintenance needs. Thank you gentlemen!!

Won't ever go back. Seraphim was rude to me saying (don't get mad Miss) when I kept saying no to the other services. I wasn't mad. I'm 59 years old I've done oils changes myself, he kept saying stuff about my high miles. I didn't go in for a pep talk, just an oil changes. Never again!!

Didn't check any other fluids, nor did they check tire pressures. I just happen to notice myself after I left that I had a underinflated right front tire. I thank you for the military discount that was a blessing. But other than that the price was a little steep until after the discount.

Customer service was awesome! Gentleman with the gold teeth (forgot his name) was friendly and efficient. Would definitely go back to this location for future oil changes.

Ok, so I thought it was supposed to take 10 minutes for the whole process. I literally sat and waited for an hour, maybe even longer!!!!!!! They crew that was working were extremely nice and definitely apologized about the long wait and told me that they were only working with one door today because they were using the other one to stock there products they just got in from there truck so i completely understand that but when at this point there is not 3 to 4 cars behind me..... they should of moved all that product as quickly as possible and opened up that second door to help all the people behind me! Also, it wasn't exactly ok with finding out that the price I paid was $95.00 dollars and completely unaware that it would cost that much for an oil changed only because they do not have the prices anywhere but on a small little area right below the register when you pull in. I HAVE NEVER paid anywhere close to that price for an oil changed and shouldn't had to pay that much when I was waiting forever and a day in line. So I just got it because of that! Sorry but had to vent and keep it real! The crew was amazing tho and did there best!

Quick service. Very bare bones, did not check any other fluids and did not check tire pressure just an oil change nothing else was offered. Also about $40 more than I expected to pay for a full synthetic oil change. They charge a $20 up charge for any vehicle over 75,000 miles as if the mileage of a car has any bearing on the amount of work or materials needed for an oil change. I will not be back.Service: Oil change

They really put in the extra effort and it was greatly appreciated. Only time I think someone has looked for my cabin filter to replace and tried VERY hard to find and replace my engine air filter but my car has it tucked pretty far back.
