Alli and his lovely wife were able to get my truck in late December and rebuild my differential and somehow get it back out to me before the holidays. They fixed my truck fast and it never has sounded better. I am very satisfied with their professionalism and I will recommend their shop to my friends and associates.

I had another auto shop tell me I needed a whole new transmission @ $10,000.00 my stepdad recommended me to these people who helped tow my car and wound up doing very good work and I only wound up paying them $650 out the door (including a tow from 160th ave and buckeye road to 32nd Street and McDowell)I can't say enough good things. We need more honest places like these people. If I EVER need transmission work this is my 1st stop !!

The gentleman assessed my newly purchased vehicle for worn CV axle. After we submitted the claim to Silverrock Auto Warranty they denied it because I exceeded the mileage. The man was honest and recommended that I visit a Toyota dealer since it's still covered under the manufacturer warranty. He did not charge me to take a look and was professional in his assessment. I recommend this place because trust is difficult to gain and this shop earned it.

Ali and the team were amazing. From the first call, they offered to inspect my car (2001 Honda Accord) for free. They even offered to let me see my our car in the shop so they could show me exactly where the issue was. The first time I went, they told me that one of the seals in the transmission was causing a leak. Instead of immediately trying to push a new transmission on me, Ali advised me to take some steps to make sure the issue stopped. Over time the leak got worse so Ali looked at my car again, and only then did he advise I get a new transmission. He actively tried to make sure I was not overspending and was not trying to upsell me. Very honest, I will always go back.Service: Transmission replacement

I'll definitely use this service if needed in the future. Received a free transmission oil check. The lady stated it would be possible till mid day and would need to leave my van. I contemplated as i had to get my husband his lunch, which was 3 hours away. I decided to leave it. Not even an hour later, my van is done. Thankful for her amazing customer service and thoughtfulness. The service was quick and speedy. I greatly appreciated being able to go about the rest of my day! Amazing! I called about 10 different repair shops and even went to another one before coming here. Not only did this shop beat all their prices, but they did it faster. I had a family reunion trip to drive to and needed a car fix quick. Every other shop quoted me at least a week. This shop was able to take everything apart, order new parts, and put it all back together in 2 days.Not only that but I described the issues I was having with the car and he gave me an estimate of how much the price was going to be before taking it apart and honored the price.And they were willing to give me a ride home after I dropped it off...something the other shop did not offer. Little things like this shows they take care of their customers.Definitely recommend!Service: Transmission

My car warranty company referred me to this place when my fuel pump went out. They fixed it no issues,so I thought. A few days after my car dies on me. Thank God I was coasting enough to get to my destination. I called Super Discount Transmission because that's who my warranty company suggested. I had them tow it once I told them what was wrong. They claimed I had no gas in my car. But I have a video of my car showing a quarter of a tank. How is it that a car having that amount of gas in it just stop running while in drive? They didn't reset my computer is what that is and I wouldn't and will never bring my car here again! Also when you visit if you have asthma don't insise,they smoke cigarettes in there.it smells like an ashtray. Whether the main issues was fixed there was an issue with my car AFTER you fixed the main issue! And you simply made a mistake or your mechanic did and did not RESET the cars computer is all. Take accountability Manager/owner.

I had my transmission rebuilt here almost two years ago and it s still running like a champ!The workmanship and prices can t be matched throughout the Valley.As a retired mechanic of over thirty years I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.Thank you all for your excellent work.

So far so good. Day one work car back. Alli and his wife were amazing. I had the car towed there and then I went to say hi. Alli took me into his shop as the parts for my car arrived and showed me what they were doing. I was amazed! Great service. Highly recommend

Incredible service, quick repair. I have an older Mercedes SUV and the dealership would have wanted more than $10 grand to refurbish the transmission, replace the torque converter and planetaries, and replace a "Mercedes Proprietary Valve body". The valve body alone ordered directly from Mercedes was nearly $5K. Shawn was able to do a miracle for me and cut my cost nearly in half. This included towing the vehicle on a flat bad to their shop. It was finished a day ahead of schedule. I am very pleased with this shops knowledge and professionalism.

Fantastic honest service!! Took my recently purchased 250k mile Lexus in for trans flush, filter change etc due to unknown service history. After taking my car for a test drive to assess they recommended not doing a service (saving me about $140). Told me that due to it still shifting fine etc i was better leaving it alone as a flush and new fluid etc may introduce problems.

Took my car in for a transmission and got it replaced by the dealer. I had to bring it back again but it was covered under the warranty and no fault of the shop as the transmission came from Nissan. There were no extra charges for the service. I was happy with the work and the service.

Brought my suv there with a fuel problem. They fixed some relays and said that it was good to go. I broke down again about 20 miles away with the same problem. They paid for my suv to be towed back to their shop! It ended up needing a new fuel pump. Another shop quoted me $750 super discount did all the work for $470! They were very nice, even gave me a ride to the car rental place twice! I would highly recommend them!

THEY LIE, THEY CAUSE MORE DAMAGE AND THEN TAKE NO OWNERSHIPMy transmission failed a block from their location. I had no choice but to allow them to work on my transmission. They hoisted my truck up and it was clear that my transmission was leaking everywhere, yet there were no other leaks visible from other areas of the truck.After a few days and $3,000 later, they call and tell me that my Radiator also failed. They changed their story multiple times, as I shared that the radiator was brand new and had just been installed six months earlier.They really started to scramble and change their story to get me to pay them $1,000 to replace the radiator. I immediately sensed their lies within their stories, and that fact was the radiator was under full warranty with parts and labor at another shop. They did everything possible to stop me from taking my truck to the radiator shop.I had it towed to the Radiator shop, and the mechanic there immediately called me and stated there was nothing wrong with my radiator, other than the transmission shop didn t have the proper tool for disconnecting the transmission lines from the radiator. Consequently they broke the plastic quick connects inside the radiator. That isn t covered under my warranty as the radiator didn t fail; it was an issue of Super Discount Transmission.They now refuse to pay for the damage they caused to my truck to their inability to do proper work. They now state that it was leaking when I brought my truck in to their location. Fluids on my driveway were under the cab of the truck, not at the front of the engine. All pieces of the broken plastic connector rings were still in the flange, clearly showing they were broke after the transmission fluid stopped pumping at the time of rebuild. Those pieces would be gone from the flange either in the radiator or blown out through the leaking hoses. Both the inflow and outflow connectors were broke. If failure of the radiator was an issue, both wouldn t have failed at the exact same moment.

Been here three times now with three different cars and it s always a quick, honest and reliable experience. Results are always excellent and exactly what I expect, the job done right! Go somewhere else if you want, but for my family and friends...I will always recommenced SDT!

Had truck transmission serviced by this place, all he did was change filter he had to go next door to buy, when I asked why no fluid purge he said they don't do that anymore. Could of saved $100 and done it myself if I knew that before!Also had a friend go here his car was shaking and would die, check engine light was on they said he "needed a new transmission they could rebuild it for cheap", no second opinion he went for it! Little over a week and $1700 later I looked at his engine when he came by my house, clearly no transmission work was done it was clear it was untouched and had not been removed, (mechanic myself so I know). But had a brand new shinny mass air flow sensor on his car that he wasn't told was installed those cost around $200 at autozone. He was clearly embarrassed and being young he didn't return to the shop or take any actions! I'm sure these situations happen everyday, second opinions are a must when it comes to hefty repairs,

I came here a few years back and had a good experience BUUUUT I just recently recommended this place and IAM EMBARRASSED by the way they treated him. His transmission was out which we ALREADY KNEW but of course the shop had to make its own diagnostic which was understandable. They quoted my friend 500 to look at it and tell him exactly was wrong. Once they did that and told my friend it would be around 3800-4000 to fix the transmission. My friend said okay please don t do anything that he would just take the car to the dealership since it s been under two years. Well apparently the shop didn t like that because they then WENT BACK AND CHARGED ANOTHER 500 TO SIMPLY PUT BACK THE TRANSMISSION back!!! Like who does that??? Have a 500 quote then once my friend said no he didn t want to fix it there they went and tried to charge an additional 500? for what??? JUST TO PUT THE TRANSMISSION BACK TO WHERE IT WAS WHEN IT CAME TO THE SHOP?? That s insane!! My friend disputed about the XTRA 500 and they weren t too happy about that. My friend works 12-15 hour days and explained that to them. He is only available sat and Sundays . I went to to take him to pick up his car just a bit ago and I told him PLEASE BE CAREFUL DRIVING, WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY DID TO YOUR CAR SINCE YOU ARGUED WITH THEM sure enough a few minutes after driving his car he had a tire blow out! The tire shop told him it was an intentional slash!!! Hhhmmm coincidence? I really doubt it!! I hardly ever leave reviews but I felt the need to let people know how SHADY AND DISHONEST THESE PPL ARE!!! And to top it all off once my friend left a comment about his experience the shop then started charging him 30 dollars a day just to have his car parked OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY!!! I am so embarrassed that I recommended this place to him. SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE! Make sure EVERYTHING IS CRYSTAL CLEAR

Transmission lasts until year warranty runs out. Brought my 2002 dodge Dakota here and a year and one month later it goes out again. Had to take it to them to fix 2 times throughout that year. Dont go to this transmission shop if your looking for a transmission that lasts. If I could give them 0 stars I would. My friends 99 Chevy was done here too and had to bring it back half way through the year to fix the shift solenoid and is already slipping again!

Good place to go if you want to get screwed I had an 02 Mazda tribute that they put 3 transmissions into because they kept slipping. Ended up being the ecm the whole time that was blowing up these transmissions. Then they said they wouldn't pay for the ecm to be replaced because they only handle the mechanical aspect of things. So in all they don't fix the whole problem. And make sure they put all the parts on. I paid 3400 of my hard earned money for a trans, rear engine mount and trans cooler and they didn't put the engine mount or trans cooler on which makes me wonder if they even did anything to the transmission. I doubt they even did. Whatever you do don't go there. You will get screwed

i took my vehicle in when it quit moving. none of the gears would do anything. previously it was making a lot of noise and popping out of gear. when i got it back i could tell they had changed the clutch but the noises were still there. i got underneath to look at it and it looked like they didn't even take the transmission apart. the skid plate hadn't been removed, but they had made some sort of repairs. they told me to give it a month to "break in". i was quoted $900 and ultimately paid $1800 and they couldn't produce the parts that they said were broken. i was specific on which brand of clutch i wanted installed and they didn't use that brand.i had previously taken a customer's car there. the clutch was very stiff when i got it back but in older vehicles i expect that to an extent. i just received an email from that customer that it has only 500 miles on it and is now popping out of 2nd gear and the clutch has gotten progressivly worse.as a buisiness owner i know that reputation is everything, and i don't know how these guys are still in business. i will certainly be contacting the BBB.

SCAM ALERT! Super Discount Transmissions on 32nd St. & McDowell Rd. is a SCAM! I took my car in because it was missing and I was aware that my check engine light had given off a code for the Torque Converter. They called me and mislead me saying that it was the torque converter and that it would be $600 to get it done but needed my permission. I agreed...then they called me and said it would be $2,200! I said how? You just told me $600. So I spent all my money on this job and after I picked it up the engine light was STILL on and was STILL missing! They then tried to clear the codes but it didn't help....weeks later it turned out my car was missing because it needed coils in all 8 cylinders. SCAMS! Do not trust "RAY" or any of them...they will mislead you and rob you.

Tony took care of my car with honest diagnosis... I called various locations and they kept telling me i needed a new transmission... when i called Super Discount Transmissions Tony told me it could be a solenoid or a sensor problem and that i didnt need a new transmission... highly recommend!!!

Warning.First they tell you transmission repairs will cost you between $800-$1000 then once they put your hands on your veicle they ad atleast $1000 to it explaining that the price they gaved you was gaskets and oils only.Do not fall for this guys.
