The (2) Bryan/Brian were great. Good suggestions, answered all my questions, very professional. Explained a water splash glass, instead of shower doors, which I didn't want, explained the options. The water splash glass is awesome, looks clean and neat. Chose the rain pattern for glass and it looks awesome.

I had Star Glass Phoenix replace some old fogged up glass on windows in my home. The weather stripping on the casement windows was old and disintegrating. I hadn't been able to find a suitable replacement weather stripping and asked them about it. When they replaced the fogged up glass, they brought out several types of weather stripping until they found one that worked. You can tell these folks actually care about taking care of the customer. I will definitely use them again.

Clayton took the time to explain the process, was very kind and professional. They cleaned up everything, took such great care and you can tell they take such great pride in their work. Clayton was also so kind in training Maurizio during the process. I was a little nervous to have this done, but the team as Glass Star made feel so comfortable with the entire process and answered all of my questions. Excellent people! I called to get my windshield replaced earlier this week. I spoke with Bryan on the phone, who was very knowledgeable and accommodating, setting up an appointment for someone to come out today at my work. Clayton was the one who came to do the job. He was very nice and professional and got the job done quickly! He also relayed the aftercare information clearly and concisely. I would definitely recommend this service to others. We are a new company in the Phoenix area. Talked to Bryan and he was very knowledgeable. Responded extremely quickly on a wind shield replacement. Worked out a day and time. Clayton arrived on time, quick chat with him and he did his job. Prior to install, he made sure he covered all his bases prior to removal and install. Knowledgeable, done in a timely manner, professional and understood our timeline to get the truck back in the field so there would be no time lost for our field crews. I just had my windshield replaced by Clayton. From the beginning this company was so accommodating in every way. They had it approved with insurance and added me to the schedule before we were even off the phone. Clayton was so efficient, calling me with updates on his estimated arrival and even finished in less time than I was quoted. I was referred to this company by my agent at State Farm. Let me say, I am glad they did! They did a phenomenal job from start to finish. I was referred to StarGlassPhoenix by my insurance company and I am so glad that they did instead of searching around on my own. Someone from the company (Brian) called me within the hour. I scheduled an appointment that would best work for me and he said someone would come out to the location wherever would work best. Clayton messaged me to let me know he was minutes away and when he was here even after he was done. Super satisfied with this company and I would definitely recommend them to everyone and keep them in my contacts if I ever needed them again. What an amazing company! My insurance was quoting me a crazy amount and luckily I found this company online and they quoted me a great deal and had my appointment a couple days later . Clayton was fantastic, he met me at work to replace my windshield and was so quick and efficient! Very satisfied!

I got a crack in my windshield and within the same day Star Glass Company had already set an appointment up for me to get it replaced! They were very quick and efficient which I appreciated with my busy schedule. Had my windshield replaced two days ago. Was beyond lucky to have Star Glass referred to me! On time, extremely professional and personable. Not to mention the quality of work is perfect. My windshield was broken. I scheduled service with another provider through my insurance - they were very difficult in terms of scheduling a convenient time, etc. So I got Star Glass's info from my insurance agent. They scheduled the repair the very next day. Clayton showed up right on time, got the job done quickly and with no mess. So one hundred percent satisfaction. Clayton, from Star Glass Company, arrived on time and quickly went to work to remove the damaged windshield, and to install a new one. In addition Clayton reinstalled an aftermarket front view camera.I was impressed with his work ethic and professionalism. He made sure that the auto interior was free from any debris from the removal, and cleaned the windshield both inside and out.I would recommend both Star Glass and Clayton to anyone needing glass repair / replacement.Service: Auto windshield repair

I had issues with my insurance company at first, I was overwhelmed but star Glass kept me calm and reassured me that things were going to be taken care of. They sure did! In a fast efficient manner. They set up a time frame and told me they would call 30/ hour before coming to me. Murvin called me and told me he would be fixing the windshield, gave me an estimated time of arrival. He s very professional and super nice! He made sure to let me know what was going to happen. Made me feel confident knowing this service was going to be professional and quick. Clayton was amazing. He was on time, knowledgeable without information overload. Clearly conveyed after replacement do s and don ts and made sure I was aware of the warranty provided to me in regards to my new windshield. My boss referred me to Star Glass right after I got a rock chip. I called up Jerry and he got me in the books for the very next day! They understand how busy life can be so they made time to come to my work and get it done in under 30 minutes. What I loved the most was how personable the company was, they make you feel like family. Gave one star for Clayton-Made appointment- Clayton the tech came on time very nice and helpful, told us to get the "pillars" for the sides and retainer its better when fixing older car (2012 mini cooper S convertible). Everything went great till I called the office to reschedule the appointment ( wait on the pillars) got to talk to Heather- she has no clue how to handle customers she lies and had the nurves to call back the following week and asked for my husband who she never dealt with acted like we didn't speak before and she told me the owner doesn't feel comfortable doing bs with us ??With all the glass repairs/ replacement companies out there HEATHER LEARN ABOUT CUST SERVICE.Service: Auto rear window replacement
