Like all dealerships, they will try to screw you over. My buying experience was the worst. After pulling off the catch and release deal on me. I almost returned my car if it wasn't for the financial manager, who helped me out. Getting your car serviced here is bad as well. They will make you wait +2 hours for a simple oil change. Their typical excuse will be that they were busy. Overall, this dealership will use any sales tactic for a sale. The service department are nothing but liars. Save your money and go somewhere else to get your vehicle serviced. You can get better, cheaper, faster service at other oil changing businesses around the valley.

Scheduled a standard B1 service. Was quoted $550 and paid $721. They charge you the credit card processing fee and they charge you $50+ for misc charge for using their towels and materials. Work seems solid, but the price is extreme. Would recommend to shop around.

Spent over 6 hours here today when I was supposed to come for a routine oil change and tune-up on my lunch break. They said I needed new tires so I agreed to them, and I came out to the wrong tires on my car. Took them 2 hours to replace them with the correct tires. I m not sure how that happens but all they did was gave me credit for an oil change and tire rotation next time I will not be coming back. A whole day and $1500 gone.Services: Tires, Oil change

I had to go up here to buy out my leasing contract. The people dealing with my contract, after I told them I couldn't afford a $500 payment, they added Gap insurance, and third party warranty after I told them I already had insurance. The more money they add on to me, the more their payout. It was a 45-minute drive up to showcase honda. After signed all the, I got a call from them and they said that I signed the wrong paperwork,, and they will pay me a full tank of gas to drive all the way up to Glendale Arizona so that I can resign the paperwork at a higher interest rate.... Don't go here. Rip off. The manager will be hearing from me.

I've been a customer for a long time in this showcase honda dealership. I trade in my civic 2013 and got a new civic 2016 trade it in again for a new civic 2018 plus I bought a used F150. Mr. Richard York is my service advisor for a long time but I was told that he is not working that day. Eric approached me and said he can take care of the services for my car. I came in for oil change and recommended 3 part induction service and throttle body service. I left my engine bay dusty before the service so I can tell if they really performed the service that I paid for. I noticed that the throttle body service wasn't done because the big hose that's connected to the throttle body was still dusty and you can tell it wasn't touched. I also noticed that my dashcam was unplugged which they never do everytime I go there for service. I told Eric about my concern and explained to him. I asked him where is throttle body, he was pointing at the spark plugs. I came back the next day and explained to him again. Hopefully they really cleaned it this time.

Poor experience. Told me it would be $180 for diagnosis, then all the sudden it was $210 (shop supplies con). I decided against using them, drove home; now car hardly starts. It started fine before diagnosis. Last time there for me.

Very poor customer service and bad maintenance!!!Maintenance:I wen there for a recall for electrical work and took the vehicle for a day and now the screen is not working properly and keeps blinking so I have to bring it again and waste more time!Customer service:I called a week ago to set up an appointment and talked to someone in the service department and he confirmed the appointment. However I didn t receive a confirmation email for the appointment and called again to make sure and talked to service department again and he confirmed.At the day of the appointment and before I go there I called to make sure there is an appointment and was told I don t have any appointment and had to schedule new one for next week!

Excellent service by a very competent Service writer and technician. On time appointment management and service with a smile and a job well done. I've been a new car customer and service customer at Showcase Honda since the 1980's and I have never been disappointed with product or service.

Just saw Cassie today for service. She was a very good advisor when things needed attention. She asked if I wanted things with immediate attention done. She was able to provide an extra discount with major services. She offered to bring the car out to the front for me. She said if you replace the wipers they would not need to be replaced again. Highly recommend her.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I brought my Honda in with a bad alternator and starter. They had the car all day and couldn't complete the repairs because they didn't have parts, but still charged me $160 for an electrical inspection. Firestone did the work for half the price, next day.

I want to thank Cameron Hasler for making my day! I presented to this shop after working a long night shift with information from another shop that I needed a new transmission in my 2016 Honda hrv. As you can imagine I was in a horrible mood! My car was taken in 1 hour before my scheduled time, a definite bonus if you have been up all night. Cameron approached me with a positive attitude and a let s figure this out mind set.I went to the waiting room ( beautiful, comfortable, clean) Cameron kept me appraised of each step in the process. He explained what they had found and why it should be fixed. He and the mechanic ( wish I knew his name) worked all morning to find the problem with the transmission, as well as other issues that needed to be addressed. Each time explaining the process , price and need for service and getting my approval every step of the way.Cameron and his crew made repairs to the car that were needed and changed my whole attitude yesterday. As a travel nurse you never know if a garage is trying to make repairs that are unnecessary! Cameron showed me pictures of the problems, explained why they were needed and was exceptionally transparent with the prices. They didn t have one of the parts needed and went above and beyond in obtaining them and making repairs needed. Each time telling me they could be done right then! I did not need to come back for another service appointment.Cameron is exceptional! I appreciated his time and attention given to me!I hope this service center knows what a valuable skill set he has!I had many repairs and adjustments done to my car and saved $5000 over the estimate given by another garage. $5000 dollars!I couldn t have been happier with the service, and I know where to go when I m ready to purchase my next vehicle!Thank you Cameron and crew! I feel confident that I am safe to driving this car and that it had a thorough inspection!They even changed the oil, added a Honda certified filter and pressure washed the engine! So pleased with the service!I m not from this area I have no affiliation with this garage- I m just a person hoping to help you make the right choice when choosing a service center !Ask for Cameron Hasler service adviser and you can be confident that you are getting the best!

I went on the wrong day, thankfully they were willing to see me so thank you for that but I went in for an oil change and they said I needed transmission which had already been done. Then, I was going to be charged 700 for an axel that is UNDER WARRANTY. The next day Devin Suzuki called me saying that he had gotten it approved by the dealership to get it done for FREE, but I needed to bring it the next day, something impossible since I have work. Keep in mind THIS WAS A COMPLETE LIE AS IT IS UNDER WARRANTY. I later called him back and asked if it was under warranty to which he said yes and when I asked if I could go in on a Saturday he said no, not for a big job like that. I understand that, but it s the only day I can go and if they can t make it work then they should offer loaner car or something so that I can get around. Very disappointed with Devin as I fully trusted that he had my best interests in mind. Also, I found out that I never got the free oil change I should've gotten because my car was certified pre-owned. So please people, BE AWARE OF YOUR WARRANTY. These advisors will lie to your face.Side note- I later spoke with Eric and he offered to take me in Saturday and apologized for the dishonesty. However, I had already scheduled with another dealership for the Saturday.Service: Oil change

So, we had just arrived in Phoenix from SoCal and our low tire pressure warning light came on. We quickly located the nearest Honda Dealer and pulled into the Express Service lane and Eric came running out to greet us with a smile. He put air in our tires and reset the computer for us. I have sent 3 emails regarding service I received last week. They seem to never read or respond to emails. I was turned down oil change and other routine maintenance last week I was asked to pay even though I have extended warranty. I don't understand why I pay for warranty if I don't receive promised services.

We sat down with the sales personnel and we came to a good agreement which we thought was fair Phil was a great help great customer service but I can t say the same thing about the finance personnel when we started doing paper work the monthly payment went up on top of that they wanted to try to get into a 84 month payment. One thing I noticed after we where all done the price of the vehicle was not honored and was increased about 2 thousand. Fianc� person was Tyler. Could have been better experience but it is what it is.

Do not use this as a service shop. They are here to sell you new parts and install rather than repairs. I walked into the garage and asked the mechanic and he said that the parts did not need to be replaced and could easily be repaired. I only gave three stars...because of a salesman named Koro Jaxson... he was extremely helpful but once he passed us on to the usual long-term salesman who act kind of sleazy we were turned off

Very friendly and helpful. Went for a service check up. Lobby was comfortable to wait in . And the snack bar isnt half bad either
