Always appreciative of the helpfulness of all at Roy s Auto! Called Friday to get my car looked at after hitting a tire on the freeway ( ) and they got me in and out today. Used them before and they were as helpful and courteous then.Thanks!

A friend introduced me to this place years ago And i'm grateful he did. Since then I have brought all my vehicles to them My work truck, My sports car, My wife's car.. Friendly Affordable and honest. Good people and they have put together a great team Of automotive professionals.

My family and I have used ROY's Auto exclusively for our automobile repairs for the 32 years they have been in business. The experience has always been great. They educate me about the vehicle's problem in terms I can understand so that I can make a decision that is right for me. They almost make getting your car fixed fun.D. Hood Franks, M.D.

Wonderful place! My family has been using Roy's Auto for at least 15 years. We keep coming back for a reason. They are honest, reliable, trustworthy, skilled, reasonably priced, and so friendly. They look out for their customers, whether that's staggering your vehicle's repairs to make it more financially comfortable, to checking all of the little things before allowing your vehicle to leave their hands. They'll physically show you the work that needs to be done and they don't upsell. I could sing their praises all day long.TLDR: If your car needs work, take it to Roy's Auto.

These guys are so nice. My alternator and my battery both died. I told them that the battery was under warranty at AutoZone and they were able to get a new one DELIVERED so I only had to make one stop. Just stellar customer service, especially during the summer. Oh, and petting the shop dog is an added bonus.

We've been taking our vehicles to Roy's Auto for years. From my 1982 El Camino to our later model cars, Roy's always does great work, quotes us a fair price, physically shows us the parts needing replaced, and doesn't try to upsell us with parts that don't need to be replaced yet. An honest, reasonably priced and friendly repair shop...very highly recommended.

Best communication iv ever had with a shop from start to finish. Also, I trust this shop will not upsell me or "throw the parts cannon" at my vehicle. Many other shops have and didn't even fix the original problem after several vistis requiring more money and more money, and time without my car...Not to mention the horrible customer service elsewhere. Don't get me started on that...Here, they figure out my concerns first, in a logical and sensable order, especially when my mind goes to fast and im freaking out when my car goes down. (I'm sure everyone can relate to that! ) Most of all, they will give you an honest, reliable opinion, then a action plan that makes sense that you're okay with after they see the car first, and then go from there!

Being from "out of town" I wasn't familiar with the shops in the area. A friend/neighbor recommended Roy's Auto as the only place she takes her vehicles. I would highly recommend their shop. The staff is very friendly, the shop is clean and well organized and the mechanics are top notch. Hopefully I don't need a lot of repairs on my vehicle but when I do, the only call I will make is to Roy's Auto. Thank you for the excellent service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Great service and prices. They explain what they find and show you parts they have replaced. No surprises. I'm only here in the winter but will take my vehicle here for any maintenance issues when I'm here.

We've been going to Roy's Auto for a few years now, and are very happy with them. They're honest and their prices reflect that. They tell you what work has to be done today, and what work can wait. We've had them inspect cars we're looking to buy, and they tell us not to buy cars that they know will require immediate repairs or makes/models they know require more than usual maintenance/repairs... the exact thing that would mean more money in their pockets, yet they tell me not to buy it. Shows they really care about their work and customers, I highly recommend this shop!

I just stopped by for an oil change. Clean shop, friendly employees and did their best to meet my time-line (always have). I asked to have my AC checked. They told me that it was working good. The next step would be to recover the refrigerant and weigh in the charge. This would tell two things, was it low and should they look for a leak. That to me is professional, give me options and let me make the decision. Not, here's the bill with no reasonable explanation.

I had every intention of giving Roy's 5 stars. They had diagnosed a vehicle of mine after the car was stolen and found not running. Unfortunately, insurance took two weeks to finally deny the claim. I profusely apologized for wasting of their time, but I ultimately decided to have the car fixed at the dealer under warranty. I had taken the car to Roy's believing insurance would pay for the damage and I had wanted to give the work to a local mechanic and not a dealer. Roy's left my vehicle entirely pulled apart for the towing company to pick up. They left the battery sitting on my leather seats with parts in the front seat, back seat and rear. After diagnosing the fuel pump had gone bad, they left the battery out, air filter out, transmission disconnected, nuts and bolts on rags and other parts strewn throughout the vehicle. The tow truck driver also reported the shop as being extremely rude while picking up the car. I do understand their frustration, but it is in poor taste and unacceptable to leave a vehicle in this manner. I would never use this shop again.

My boss turned me on to these guys. I have a 2019 Nissan versa sv I hate having the dealership do anything too my car only because they try and upsell everything. Roy and his crew are the most honest hard working in town. If something is off they will find it. If you were told you need something by another shop they can check it or they will check it and they'll let you know. They're honest. Today I got my oil changed and my battery is 4 years old and dying and all these other shops wanted to sell me different parts that I did not need. It was a battery. Thank you Roy and your crew for always being so good to us.

Been going to Roy's for 10 years now and they have serviced all of our past/present vehicles. Top notch service, accommodating, friendly, efficient, loyal, great personalities, affordable, always only fix what's broken. They do fast, accurate repair work and let you know if they notice anything else going wrong and advise on the repairs needed.Saturday service is always a plus! Do not recommend! Tried to charge my girlfriend $1500.00 to fix AC. All it needed was a new coil..$60.00 and it's been working for over a year and going strong

David, the current owner and son of the previous owner, is always very polite and welcoming. I have taken my car here for the last 10 years. I live in Tucson and I will drive it down to Phoenix to Roy's at all costs for repairs. David and his team ALWAYS do an excellent job, they never try to upsell anything. I trust them, and that is the most important thing one needs when looking for repair services. Keep up the great work!

Honest. They use quality parts, have reasonable prices and warranty their work. I know if they tell me it needs to be fixed, it does. I have had another shop tell me my vehicle needed a brake job. I took it to Roy's and was told the brakes were fine. They could have easily agreed and sold me a brake job. We have been bringing all our vehicles here for several years now. Also, each time you pay for a repair they load 5% back onto a Roy's gift card. You can use it next time or keep saving it up for future repair discounts.

They are very friendly and checked my car out and told me what was wrong and how much it would be to try to fix it before they did anything. I was not able to fix my car at the time, but appreciated their honesty and time.

I've been getting basic oil changes and other auto upkeep at Roy's for just over 2 years now. I honestly don't have a single complaint about any service we have had from them. Friendly staff, fast service, and better prices then at any Honda service center.

I have been taking my cars and trucks to Roy s for at least 10 years. David and his team have always been friendly, honest and timely. They have given me great advice and service again and again. I will never take my vehicles any where else. It is comforting to know that a local business is still committed to doing things the old fashions right way.

I trust Roy's with all of my automotive repair needs. They service my vehicles, family members and our company fleet. They take care of everything from routine maintenance to major repairs. When I have had other needs that they don't service such as exhaust or transmission they have always referred me to a great company they trust.David and his staff always give top notch customer service and put the customers first.I highly recommend Roy's. They will always be my service shop.

ROY'S WAS RECOMMENDED by one of their loyal customers. I was afraid I needed brakes. Meeting Dave was a great experience. He conveys a feeling of confidence. He took my keys and got to work. A half hour later he showed me the gauge which put my brakes in the safe zone. He changed my oil and discovered that the drain plug needed to be replaced it with a new one 7 I will not take my car anywhere else.Bob F.

I am taking my car in today to make sure everything is okay with it. I haven't had any services done there yet, but I am giving it 5 stars because the customer service is AMAZING and I love that it is so close to my house. They offer to give you a ride home which isn't common. The gentleman I spoke to was more worried about making sure my car was top priority over his paycheck. I can't wait to do business with you.

Using Roy's Auto for nearly 15 years and 4 vehicles, new and used. I know Mr. Kerry and David very well, I trust this family owned business, shout out to Matt, their mechanic, who knows more about all makes and models of cars than one can understand. They wrote the definition of honesty and loyalty to their family and extends it to others. Thanks David for being an honest man.

Roy's is the best! Always honest and more than willing to do whatever is needed for your car! My boyfriend and I are longtime customers and try to refer anyone who needs auto work. Friendly, helpful, and they never try to rip you off! We love Roy's!

Roy s auto has been the best auto shop Ive ever brought my vehicle to. They have performed quick fixes at no charge and offer good prices when a repair is needed, and everyone there is friendly. I ve brought my car back on four separate occasions, they have exceeded my expectations each time.

Knowledgeable, prompt and proportionateI was new to town and nervous about finding a new mechanic for my 97 Ford Explorer with 270k miles as it s important to fix what needs it right, but leave the stuff that can wait.I plan to recommend these guys to anyone that asks, and I won t take my explorer anywhere else. . . Unless I need it done on the weekend because these guys are m-f onlyCheers
