Honestly they are the best. They are reliable and fair and take great care of your vehicle. Thank you for all of the hard work you put into my 2009 Volkswagen Beetle all of these years . We both appreciate it!

Wonderful auto clinic! The mechanic answered all of my questions, explained what was wrong with my vehicle, and gave me tips for future use. I feel like my car is running better than it has in years. They kept me updated the whole time my car was there and the price was very reasonable for the work they did. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend Richard's to anyone that needs help with their vehicle.

This is my favorite mechanic. I drive 27 miles to bring my car here because I trust them so much. I always leave knowing my car has been well taken care of. I joke when my cars check engine light comes on that Erick knows why before my car does. He's a walking computer. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

It is always difficult and scary as a woman to find an auto shop. So many mechanics will jump on the opportunity to take advantage of a lady who knows nothing about cars. These guys were kind, respectful, fairly priced, and non-judgmental in answering all of my questions. And they fixed my radiator and steering up SO fast it made my head spin! I will absolutely be coming back for all of my car maintenance.

I spoke with Ron over the phone regarding possible repairs for my son's car. He took the time to let me know what they would do to assess the problem and let me know the cost up front for the diagnostic. Once they received the vehicle and did the diagnostic, he called with a detailed report and the repair cost. THE ABSOLUTE BEST PRICES!!! Other shops wanted to charge almost double for half the work they would perform! Therefore, we had the work done and couldn't be happier! My son says the car is running better than when he first bought it! Excellent customer service and quality service. We've found a repair shop for all of our vehicles. DEFINITELY DESERVING OF ALL THE 5-STAR RATINGS THEY'VE RECEIVED!!!!Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes

While traveling from Oregon to Texas an issue with the transmission in my vehicle started outside of Phoenix. I called around and Ron was the most professional and welcoming person over the phone. After limping my vehicle over to his shop he quickly took my vehicle in and started diagnosing it. While I rented a car to get back on the road the same day, he was very communicative and had the vehicle diagnosed and priced by the next morning.Ron and team stand out as genuine and caring about their customers and community. If I lived in Phoenix I would take my vehicle there for all my repair and maintenance needs.Service: Transmission

Richards Auto Clinic is the best team I've ever worked with! I've been with them over a year now and I have never been anything but pleased! I always feel cared about as more than someone paying for services. The work they do is quick and efficient and I always feel like I understand more than I did before walking in. Very friendly .Very skilled. If you're trying to find a team to trust, I truly recommend Richards Auto Clinic.

I needed a few repairs on my vehicle and was recommended Richards Auto Clinic. I was not disappointed. It was easy to bring my car in at a convenient time and my repairs were done in a timely manner. I needed to have some parts ordered and Ron kept in good communication on their status and when I could come in. Definitely a great local shop.

Today I called this auto shop looking for one nearby my house that can replace my old license plate with my new Arizona plate and I was treated very kindly over the phone as well as in person. I offered money for the service but they respectfully declined (Ron) and the front desk associate was also very pleasant. Looks like they offer plenty of services, and are not looking to run through your wallet (ladies you get it lol). Thanks for the service Ron!

Ron is a Magical person! My daughter friend back brakes were gone and he was able to get her car fixed same day. He also went the extra mile to stay late and wait for us to come get the car and make payment. They have fast, friendly and efficient service!!! Please go there and let them fix your car!! Ron you are our Hero!!

I basically paid $200 for an oil change and a bullcrap diagnosis. I was having an issue with surging RPMs, my check engine light was on, and one of my struts was bad. I agreed to pay $139 for the mechanic "diagnostic check". This included a test drive, a glance under the hood and under the car. They also plugged it into the computer, which gave them an error code for the transmission. They determined this was my surging RPMs problem, and I was going to need to replace my transmission entirely, they offered to do it for $8,000. I paid for an oil change and the diagnosis, in the report they told me everything I told them, only thing I got from the $140 diagnosis was the error code, and most shops will plug it in for free... They suggested to me that I not flush the transmission or change the fluids, because it was already beyond repair and needed replaced. So, I went to Nissan, they flushed the transmission, did something to a solenoid, reset the computer, problem solved for $90. I want my money back for the diagnostic check.

One morning I hopped in my car and shortly realized that the power steering was completely gone. Being a typical millennial, I googled searched all the mechanics in my area. It seemed like they were all same; almost every business had no information online and even worse, each place I called, a half-caring mechanic answer the phone giving me spill about how they're backed up with no estimated time of when they can even check out my vehicle. My experience with Richard's Auto Clinic was fantastic Everyone was genuinely nice, they took my car the very same day, and most importantly trusted them throughout the entire process. Gotta give props to Ron for knowing my car issue the moment I drove into the parking lot and Lori for being attentive to my needs and concerns.

I m a travel nurse and my head light went out the day before leaving to my next destination. This auto shop was busy; however, was able to squeeze in fixing my headlight in a short period of time after explaining my situation. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend! Great company!

Richards is the best. Great work and affordable prices. I typically compare quotes and they've beaten others quite a few times. Plus they're just nice people and I don't feel like I'm getting played.

I went in and they gave me incredible service. They helped fix my broken radiator and gave me a complete royal flush of my all car fluids.I will be returning to them again towards the first time since I ve had my car fixed and spent under $2000. I thought that was amazing and they were so kind to help make sure I got home and back to their garage by picking me up. Definitely will be going back again

I have been taking my vehichles here for many years. I have always had Ron and Mike treat me very professionaly and they have helped me keep my cars maintained and repair them when needed. They do top quality work, on time and budget, and I have the peace of mind knowing that my car is fixed correctly. You never really appreciate a great mechanic until you have had an experience with a bad one. You know you are getting the best quality work for your money. I will never go any where else!

Ive been coming to Richards Auto for about 4 years now and they have been maintaining our fleet of vehicles (2 trucks and 2 cars). The best thing about them is they are honest. I know that when we pay for work it is done correctly and was needed. Other shops upsell unneeded work and do subpar quality. I will continue bringing our vehicles here and I'm thrilled to have finally found a trustworthy shop.

My grandfather started bringing our beloved f150 in when he bought it. They have always made us feel welcome and actually heard. The service has been amazing and when ibwas there last its such a warm feeling. I left confident that my truck had been treated with expert care. The People are friendly and actually talk with you, not at you. All the way around, now that the truck belongs to me, I will be happy to continue beinginf my needs to Richards Auto Clinic.

Excellent customer service. Waited about a half hour while they fixed my AC which had a leak, and Dan was great to talk to while I waited. They asked that I come back in 10 days to check all the repairs are working properly, free of charge. Which is excellent. Great place I've lived near for over a year and never noticed it until I needed them. Definitely recommend.

Friendly Service, I went in for an oil change and I received a call informing me that a tech preformed a battery load test without my consent that was twice the price of the oil change. Other shops and some stores do it for free so it is almost insulting that they squeezed a little more from me. The shop dog seems honest at leastEdit: Now a 1 star review now that Richard s auto clinic decided to call me dishonest in their reply. Clearly it shows a charge for the test and the total for labor at the bottom. Now who is dishonest?

I brought my car into Richards Auto Clinic back in January and I haven't had any residual issues since (knock on wood). Overall, everyone is super friendly and the prices are fair. Having moved from NY, I was very hesitant about trying a new mechanic but I'm glad I found Richards. They are now part of my Phoenix go-to family and wouldn't trade them.

My wife and I have been taking our vehicles to Richards for years, and we've always received prompt attention when calling or dropping in. The level of service is unparalleled and the time of completion is always within our expectations. Services and parts are priced fairly, and we feel confident when we drive away that our vehicles will operate properly for our road trips and everyday transportation. Mike and Ron are at the top of their industry and we wouldn't have any other shop working on our vehicles for anything more than a flat tire or weekend oil change. When you need to get your vehicle fixed correctly, done the first time, at a fair price and on time, these are the guys we trust.

My family has been taking our cars and vans to Richards Auto Clinic for over 20 years. They keep them running; from changing the oil to the larger, car-threatening problems, they have fixed every one. They are courteous and fair. I have found that the original estimate they give is generally correct. For the few times that something more extensive needed to be done, we get a phone call detailing that problem and giving us the choice of whether to continue or not. They are simply the best car place in town. I did have to give you a "good" vote on the appeal, only because I have been to Toyota's waiting room and it has a coffee bar.

My check engine light was on and I needed emissions soon. So my boyfriend looked up a place near by and I am VERY pleased with how it went. They did the diagnostic, gave me several different issues and instead of trying to squeeze money & be shady and tell me I needed everything fixed. They were very honest about which was more important and gave us a very good price for it. They were very communicative on the time frame, even if was took a day longer, they always called. He was very informative when I asked questions instead of talking down to me for being a girl and asking lol. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who asked for a place to go. Simply the best,better than all the rest! Ron and Eric are great at what they do. Ron has the patience of Jobe. Eric knows his stuff. Honesty is always a part of their business acumen. They addressed my concerns repaired what was needed and for a modest amount. I trust both and in these times It s a rare thing. Small business owners need your help to stay open and build on their reputation .They have earned my respect thru the years. I was a customer for two years until one time when they told me that I needed further repairs, even after the car had spent several days in the shop. I called to tell them that I was going to pick up the car, but the shop told me that I could not pick up my car because they wanted more repairs to be done. After reminding them of my rights as a customer, the shop relented and I took the car home without receiving an appropriate apology. I will not be a returning customer after this experience because it caused me undue stress and confusion for at least three hours of my day. Be careful of tactics employed by the shop and do not trust them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been going to Richards Auto for several years now. They ve been a life saver as due to under employment I have had to squeeze every bit of life out my 10+ year old car. I ve had my car, my wife s and my mother s car each serviced here for years, totaling probably 20 jobs done by Richards Auto. Not once has any of the repairs taken longer than expected, nor cost exceedingly high, and every repair they have done has never needed revisiting, it just stayed fixed. I understand these things happen, cars are complicated machines, but for me, I ve had nothing be great results with Richards Auto, plus I personally am saving hundreds per month on a car payment I don t have to make because I know I can take it in for a reliable repair any time.
