Had some gently used tires put on my car for $1,000.00 less than the Big Box companies were trying to charge! Fast, reliable, as promised. Zero complaints.

I just picked up a Uhaul from this location and Jeff was the utmost professional. He went through everything and explained the entire process. He had the unit waiting on my arrival, clean and ready to go. I highly recommend this location. Clean and Honest. Thanks

U-HAUL SERVICE The pickup and drop-off was extremely easy. I was greeted with great customer service and the management was very understanding and accommodating, I will definitely be using this location again.

The low air dash light came on, and it was 90 minutes before an appointment. I saw a piece of metal in my tire and didn't dare wait until after the appointment to limp up to Cave Creek. Brought it in and i was taken care of immediately. The metal didn't pierce the tire, turns out it was low air pressure that coincidentally happened the same time as the metal shard. I was in and out in ten minutes and only $5 cheaper. Great job, great service, and awesome price. I strongly recommend!

As a wholesaler, I love this shop and would recommend to all dealers and folks. Very honest folks, very nice and respectful. Their tires aren't sitting out in the sun getting sun baked. Almost all of their tires are more than 60% tread left. Prices are spot on and most of the time their installs are free. I'm not sure how much better it can get. If 100% of the time, if it was on their site, its was in stock unless I literally missed it by a few minutes. Highly recommend! Not sure why people complain about USED tires, they aren't new and PriceRiteTires didn't manufacture the tires.

This was for their Uhaul rental service. I used a mid-size truck in order to empty my storage unit, one single round trip with an approximate of 35-40 (13 each way) miles max. Dropped it off with a full tank and they claimed there was 1/4 tank less (incurred a $30.00 fuel charge) with and additional 30Miles extras. Their rude front desk lady ended up hanging up on me when I started questioning charges and she avoided to give me details. In the end she basically stated I was being penalized for not going through with the entire electronic process of checkout. I have arthritis and was in extreme discomfort after a long 5 hours of moving stuff around. They had no sympathy and no will to sort out details and just told me to call corporate. Zero customer service attention and no disposition to resolve any valid disputes. Would avoid at all costs, extremely rude and very poor customer service!!

I wish I could give a higher rating, I could not be more impressed with this place. A dishonest and/or incompetent Pep Boys told me that my a/c compressor needed to be replaced last May, and quoted me about $1,300 for the repair. I brought my vehicle to Jeff at Price Rite on 3/21/16, and was very happy with everything. He confirmed that my compressor was in fact just fine, the problem was a leaky hose. He could have easily charged me closer to $1,000 for my "faulty compressor", but since he is an honest businessman, he didn't. Instead, he replaced the leaky hose, added freon, and now my a/c is super cold! (I'll add that due to the embellished quote from Pep Boys, I drove around with no a/c all last summer for no reason.) In addition, Jeff diagnosed and fixed an overheating issue, changed my oil, rotated my tires, replaced all 4 brake pads, and machined all my rotars/drums. Out the door I paid $804 for everything.The customer service and communication from Price Rite is outstanding. They are very polite and informative. Jeff called me a few times during the day to let me know what was going on, and he wanted to email me detailed estimates for everything he was thinking we might need to do. I will always go to Price Rite for auto repairs, it's such a relief to have found a place that I can trust!

This shop was able to get me in quickly for a balance and rotation. The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful, even bringing me back to show me a couple issues with my wheels and how to resolve them in the future.

The staff here were friendly and helpful, both over the phone and in person.They took the time to show me their entire inventory, with tire age, tread depth, condition and price listed.Once the tires were picked out it was a short wait and the job was done perfectly.They also do AC servicing for $25, which is reasonable.

This is a great place to get used and nearly new tires at an affordable price. The online inventory portal was straightforward and accurate. The service was friendly and it only took 20 minutes to get the new tire installed. They even neatly repacked my spare tire in the trunk the way it looked before.

This place was fantastic. I purchased 4 used tires and less than 2 weeks after purchase 2 of the 4 had blown on me. I called the owner and he gave me an additional tire free, even though I signed an agreement stating no warranty or liability to the company. Fantastic gentleman to work with. The reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is due the the initial service from the elderly lady at the front desk. She was rude and insulting while I was trying to buy tires, she was very arrogant and spoke down to customers like we were less than her.

Rented a tow dolly here, took a while to find this one the price is a little steep for driving 5 or so miles away and being done with it. The dolly lost a bolt and the strap holder while driving which should have not happen which did not allow me to tow the vehicle I was towing and regardless the bolt isn t designed to just fall out. Other than that the rental was fairly good, staff were helpful and friendly. Would recommend to look at the Dolly s more however when renting. Great little u-haul center.

This was the only used tire shop in the Phoenix area that had an online inventory. Found the tires I wanted and got a total cost with install and tax on the website. Called at 3pm on a Friday to set up an appointment and was able to come in at 4pm. Very friendly staff, felt like a family business. They had the tires I came in for, paid exactly what my quote said I would (got a 3% discount for paying cash) with no hassles when I declined either of the two warranties they offered. I came in riding on the spare and they even put it back up underneath the truck without having to ask them to and they cleaned up the two rims they installed the tires on.I will definitely be back.

Everytime I've been here for car service I'm always happy with both price and quality of service. Between getting my car aligned after an accident, to multiple purchases of used tires that have lasted me for a long time, I'll keep coming back to this neighborhood shop since It's family owned and they're always so polite in conversation. Anything I can't do myself I take it to this shop. Even better that it's only a mile away from my house !

I live in North Phoenix and tried a ton of used tire shops around my area with not much luck. But the last four times I needed used tires I find myself going back to price right tires. They are worth the longer drive out of my way, their selection and quality are superior. "Awesome and honest service every time"

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! They will sell you a used tire for over $60 with a BUBBLE in it. They told us it was in good condition and the tire was checked for bubbles, nails, etc. Not even 2 weeks later and my tire goes flat. Contacted them and they told me that it wasn't their problem. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AUTO SHOP. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

I was told the manager was bias but I still gave them the opportunity. That's not the case he was very rude. He treats POC way differently then he would anyone else. I called of course I don't know anything about tires. When I tried to tried to explain it they hung up. I called back thinking it got disconnected nope still very rude. I was very polite and soft spoken. My friend (who was white) went to the store with my same situation and got helped with no problem or rudeness. The next day my brother went there to get help and was treated the same way I was. The ppl didn't speak when he enter and was very rude and sarcastic. I'm not going back and going to warn other ppl like me to not shop there. They don't need our dollar

Good, used tires at a good price. Quick tire change and balance, all done on my 1 hour lunch including the commute there (15 min. there, 25 min. tire swap for two front tires, 15 min. back to work). Friendly front desk lady as well. I'd go back.

I love that I can view the tire I am interested in on their website. I also like that they schedule appointments. That way I am not wasting time for an unknown amount of time to get tires mounted with a bunch of other people waiting too.

Honest service, fair price, nice people, quick service done properly. They work by appointment only, that way when you get there, it is your turn. They usually have their current used tire inventory listed on craigslist. I suggest you search there by your tire size first, then call them while you are looking at the ad. The ads show what condition the used tires are in.

i was very pleased with the service and honesty at price rite tires. they gave me all the discounts published and the tires were as stated. they even showed me other tires that i hadn't asked to pull prior to my arrival..their sales team were very low pressure and never tried to sell you something you don't need or didnt ask for. kudos to both lee and jeff for a very good, honest business and thanks for the great tires!!

I just got home from Rite Tire and I am very pleased. We got an awesome deal on four used tires that are in great shape! They took me in right away, did the work in about an hour, were very nice and I got a good deal!

"John" consistently posts bait and switch ads on Craigslist to get people to call. Somehow, within 5 minutes of posting, they happen to be sold. The people answering the phone says those tires go quick. 4 separate listings in a day? Yet somehow there are 5+ other listings for the same tire set posted in the previous weeks....such a great deal that they lasted through all the previous listings but happened to be sold within 5 min of the latest? If they can't even market accurately, I would seriously question the integrity of the tires they sell.

HORRIBLE customer service. I recently called to inquire about 2 tires 190/60/15. I was told they dont make those sizes in america and i may be referring to 195. After i said i may be incorrect and continued to inquire about the tires i was hung up on and my phone call was no longer answered. Im actually glad it happened this way because I would not want to spend money where my business is not wanted and is extremely unprofessional.

Jeff and the desk lady and all staff were excellent.i bought 1 tire and new steel valve stem and work was excellent and done in a timely manner.I'll be sure to return.prices were reasonable too.

Service is good. Went in for a wheel alignment. The mechanic called me and advised that I did not need an alignment just some minor adjustments. I felt he was honest and fair.

I have been buying my tires from Price Rite for years. They are always my first choice when looking for tires. They almost always have what I am looking for and they are extremely honest and very friendly.
