Very professional and most pleasant. They replaced the original parts for both the driver s and passenger s door windows with superior metal parts in my Mercedes for 1/3 the cost of the dealer. My mechanic, Travis, at Moonlight Auto recommended them. He has never steered me wrong! Another customer was waiting for his Buick and had been quoted an astronomical price by the dealer for just one window. It was even more than my quote from MB for 2 windows. Like me, he was most grateful to find this reputable and fairly priced business!

Power Window Repair is so welcoming from the front desk to the owner of the repair shop as well as caring about the reason you came to them for repair. They fixed my window quickly to avoid the promise of rain being in the forecast. I have passed their contact info on to my family and friends should they need a quality service in the future this is the place to go.

Called Power window repair for an estimate and they were able to get me in same day. They did a quick and fantastic job replacing my rear passenger regulator and the price was cheaper than others places I had gone to in the past.I definitely recommend!

They do a good job at a price much lower than what can get locally on a certain uncommon vehicles. You have, however , know how to remove and install the parts that are sent to them. Phone help was very valuable with this.Under the circumstances I feel I did much better than could have done at the dealer for repairing the window operator mechanism. If I lived closed I would have had Power Window repair do the install it but that was not possible as they are in Arizona. Thank you for good job at fair price and available phone help.

Great everyone from customer service in handling my needs by being professional and polite to the actual work done! Shipping and return was about 8 days with express shipping paid by customer. What a relief to find Power Window Repair to fix my driver side window. Took my vehicle to Honda Chandler and they charged me $165 for a diagnostic test on the power window. Power Window Repair ended up completely fixing the issue for $177 AND they came out to my house to fix it. Great company, 100% recommend.

I used 'Power Window Repair' through eBay. I communicated with them through e-mail and over the phone. Their timeline and service was as promised. Their rebuild and repair of my original window regulator was perfect. Used new and metal parts as advertised, at the same price I would have paid for a used regulator. It's a no brainer. Highly recommended for anyone trying fix or restore their car.

We had a customer that was looking at a high bill for replacement of both his regulators. This company was so easy to work with and fast turn around and at least a quarter of the cost. I would highly recommend them. Great job.

Power Window Repair rebuilt a 28-year-old regulator and motor from out-of-state. Their representative was clear that a rebuilt unit would cost more than an imported aftermarket replacement, but would also come with longer service life and warranty. Turnaround was fairly quick, and the rebuilt assembly came with screws to replace the original mounting rivets. After initial installation, the window functioned well for 2-3 cycles but then would slow to a stop when going back up. Support immediately connected me with the technician who rebuilt the assembly. He explained how to test a few troubleshooting items (loose/corroded connectors, track alignment, etc.). After eliminating those possibilities, he recommended a return and rebuild under warranty (they covered shipping). The second rebuild came back within a week. It has been installed in a weekend driver for about 9 months and so far works as it should, including the auto-down function. I would use Power Window Repair again. They stand by their work and rebuild using OE components.

We had a situation where our Passenger Side Window would not operate. I called Power Window Repair, set up an appointment, showed up at the appointment time and was out of there in less than half an hour. The technician explained the problem and the price was very good. We have used this company in the past and they are amazing.

They were able to fit me in same day, price was exactly as quoted. When I arrived I saw they also fix door locks so asked if they could give it a look. Within 5 minutes they walked me back so I could see as they explained exactly what was piece broke and that they could fix it. They didn t have the part, but went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get the part from a place down the street. I walked in at 2pm with a broken window and two broken door locks and left at 3:55 with everything fixed for a great price. Thank you all so much!

This was the least expensive power window repair that I could find, $100 less than my regular mechanic! I drove the car to their shop and they had the work done in 30 minutes! I will definitely use them in the future!

Got a quick appointment. Desk people were friendly and helpful. Technician informed me about the problem and what he was going to do. Took about 1hr and 45 minutes to fix a rear window that was not working. Cost was reasonable. About 1/3 what another automotive repair was going to charge me. 5 stars! I shipped my broken window regulator to them from out of state and they fixed it and shipped it back fast! My glass installer said they did a great job on the rebuild with the metal parts! Everything went flawlessly! The customer service is nice too! They are very responsive and communicate well! Thank You!

These folks are a lifesaver for anyone with old, rare or unusual cars! I'm in Florida, couldn't find anyone to rebuild the regulator for my Mercury Capri. PWR was recommended to me. I shipped my regulator to them, it came back to me within a few days with better quality parts than the original. Just installed it, works perfectly. Seriously, don't waste money on used, junkyard parts. PWR offers warranties, prices are very fair, and customer service is great!

Driver to my home was very conscientious and called when he was 1/2 hour away to let me know he was 30 minutes away from my home both times. He explained his work and tried out the window replacement several times as I watched. I was very pleased with his work!! I'd recommend this service to friends!

After having my '06 BMW's windows "fixed" a year before at some auto electrical shop I had the same problem again with the rear windows not rolling up. Then I came here & they truly fixed the problem. It took about an hour as I sat in their quiet little lobby. The price was excellent & I couldn't be happier. I'd recommend this place for sure.

We live in Indiana and shipped both door actuators to Power Window Repair. Their communication was fantastic. Their customer service is second to none. If we have another problem with our other vehicles we will be using Power Window Repair.

The people at PWR are very friendly. They provided me a quote for my window motor repair that was very reasonable. Much less than anyone else. I had my window motor re-built, the tech did the job in less than an hour and I was on my way. I highly recommend them

Last year my window went off its hinges, it needed a new motor to get it back on track, I first called my insurance but it wasn t covered because of wear and tear, but my insurance agent gave me the number to this place because they recommended them to other clients, I called a few places including the dealership and it s was going to be close to a thousand dollars, so I called to power window repair and said they can fix my issue for a third of the price so I showed up and the work was completed in about a couple of hours and I m totally satisfied with the repair and the price, they also do convertible top repairs so I highly recommended this place if anyone needs their window motor done

Amazing same-day service, even in the rain and cold! Plus, they were honest about a part still working, charging us $40 less - and we wouldn t have ever known the difference, they could totally have charged us the full price! Hopefully our other windows won t break, but if they do, there s no one else we would call!

Great recommendation for this place 2 hr job performed expertly by tech Angel. He tested all window motors and determined only1 regulator needed repair. He was honest and did not try to sell me the a new motor/regulator tandem for more money and that earned my recurring business. I can't say enough what a great experience I had from my first contact. The whole process was simple and easy. The came to my office and installed in less than 30 minutes. I have a lifetime warranty on the part. And saved me over $500 dollars from other quotes I received. Truely a 5 star experience and you have a customer for life!!!
