I love this place! Ed/John everyone is very helpful and friendly. This team is quick and communicates well! Honestly great prices for the world we live in and I can t complain about a thing. They did a whole vehicle check and provided a detailed report with photos which helps me plan out my future maintenance and prioritize work.Thank you!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

John and team were very courteous and helpful with my old car that needed a real tuneup after sitting for awhile. The report showed all the photos so I trusted what needed to be done and what could wait. 10/10 would recommend

I hit something on the 202 very early in the morning. John and his staff were so helpful and opened early to help me. I m thankful there are true and honest repair shops out there. The price and the service will keep us coming back. I highly recommend them.

Best independent mechanic shop in town, always reliable and they go out of their way to make sure you re taken care of. They even follow up with you to make sure everything is going smoothly, how cool is that? If you have multiple issues with your car and you can t fix them all at once, they ll send you a friendly reminder to have it fixed, I like this since it s easy to forget. I highly recommend this shop.

This place is Awesome! They are so honest! I know, right...that is so few and far between. They do the repair I ask for and then go over if there is anything else wrong. They are not pushy...if you want to do it...that's fine and if you don't that's fine too. They will text you your diagnostic test so you know what's going on. They are very nice and friendly, they don't treat you like..."Oh, you don't know anything..."Let's jack up the price." Oh.. and they don't mansplain! Thank you

Super friendly, fast and accurate!I had an emergency on one of my trucks for my brakes and they got it done the same day. Everyone here was polite and professional!Would highly recommend!

We were new to the area. Finding a mechanic that can do the work needed to be done in a timely fashion with quality workmanship, is to say the least, a daunting task. Not only did PAR do this, but caught one immediate routine fluid replacement and several other maintenance tasks by milage needed to be done. There prices are in-line. Being on a fixed income, that means a lot. The reason I've given 5 stars, which I rarely do, is because we didn't have an appointment. That's a whole other story. They gave an estimate right on the spot. They got the parts and finished that day. Unheard of these days. Can't thank their whole crew enough. Paul and Diane.

I am very happy with the service. I went in for a tuneup and got a report (including photos) of what was inspected and addressed along with items that needed attention. I m am going to be a repeating customer for sure.

I had originally left a 5 star review, but after going back because they didn't center the steering wheel (and it's STILL not right) I'm just not very impressed. Also, I noticed after I put my truck up on MY lift that one of my lower strut bushings is completely GONE. That will definitely affect alignment, and the tech didn't notice it and/or just didn't say anything. I had plans to take my 4Runner here too, but I'm just going to stick with Network Alignment instead.

Hubbie told me Stanley automotive so I google it' now Phoenix Automotivd. He got an appointment for a whole norther shop for today' got the name wrong...it happens. Phoenix were awesome...we needed it done today as we are "stranded travelers" . So friendly and did a good job..we are going back to get the other things they suggested done. Happy accident indeed.

Fantastic service; they were able to get me in without an appointment with a dropoff & short wait for an oil change. Highly recommend. The pictures of the service & additional discovered issues were a helpful bonus.

Sometimes being a single woman going into an auto repair shop can be very frightening and intimidating, especially since I don't know anything about cars. Upon entering the facility I was greeted by Ed, the store owner. He was absolutely one of the nicest people I have ever met. Upon talking with Ed for a few minutes, I immediately felt less intimidated as he answered all of my questions and concerns about my vehicle. He assured me that he would do a complete vehicle inspection and figure out what the problem was. He even offered to take me in the shop and show me what was wrong once the inspection was complete. Needless to say, I needed a few things fixed and Ed was able to get everything completed for me within a few hours and for a great price! Now my vehicle runs great again, feels like a brand new car. I would recommend Ed and his great team to anybody who needs their vehicle repaired and doesn't want to get ripped off or lied to. Thank you again Ed!! I'll be back next time my car breaks.

Always honest and fair. Straight to the point and very good advice on what's needed to keep your vehicle up to standards and better. Appointments always kept and on schedule. Recommend trying these guys. You'll be happy.

Car issues can be so daunting however, Ed and his team were able to isolate the issue, give me a fair price and get me back on the road. These guys are the best. I called one day with very late notice seeking to have my upper control arm tightened and an alignment. Every shop near me was booked for over a week out. These guys said to bring it by. They were super quick, found and fixed my issue with the truck and then some. They performed the alignment and thats all I was charged for. They were honest, quick, and made themselves available. They are also very thorough and offer a service to review repairs in live time via smart phone.Thanks guys.

Byron and his crew are awesome, honest, reliable and trustworthy of your business. My Radiator went out, he got my car right in, did a full inspection, kept in constant communication with me. Explained everything and did a great job on my car, it runs perfect now. Prices are reasonable and fair. I appreciate you all so much and would highly recommend his shop to anyone! Excellent service station! Went to this location for many years when it was another company, and was hesitant to give the new owners my business, but I was assured that they were top notch and they have not disappointed me. Very communicative, friendly, CLEAN, and even helped me with financing a large repair. I am very pleased with Byron and his team!
