I recently moved from Minnesota to Arizona and almost immediately had a flat tire and had to buy a new tire. I researched where I could find a Pep Boys since PB was my go-to auto place in Minnesota. I was grateful and delighted that my new PB was able to help me right away and get me back on the road again asap. Jose was AWESOME! Thank you, Pep Boys for keeping the high quality service throughout your locations. I appreciate it SO much!

The pep boys on McDowell and 24 st phx az is great. The prices were fair and the service could not be beaten. If you need anything for your car please talk to them. Can't say thank you enough the crew came through foe me and my daughter @ 20 minutes till closing. Thank you we will be back again..

We had a total blow out on our Carnival 2023 tire. We were only 1/2 blocks away and they took us right in. We ended up having to purchase a new tire but they did everything for us. Great customer service and wonderful techs.

Online quote was given and provided, waiting time was appropriate with a call to notify when done, excellent customer service. I asked to have my back two tires placed in car as I got 4 new tires, and they did so with no issues. Unlike other places I had gone to previously. Overall, a great customer experience that is oftentimes overlooked now.

Very pleased with the work performed at Pep Boys! Kenny was my service advisor and he communicated well regarding the work and time required to complete the services. Work was done in the time he said it would be. I came in for an oil change and brake work. Car drives great now. No shaky front end when applying the brakes.

Lyft inspection- I called book an appointment but was told they could see as a walk-in. So, I did not have to book an appointment. Took 10 minutes from when I walked through the door to when they had the inspection done. Fast and easy.

I visited McDowell PepBoys on 1/9/23 for brake noise. They investigated the brakes, front and rear, and said everything looked fine, and I took their word and drove the vehicle. Since then, brakes are making more noise so I decided to remove the front brake pads and see what s going on. You can clearly see why brakes were making noise. The brakes needed replacement last week! Went to the local AutoZone and picked up a set for under $40 and did the work myself. It s unfortunate how the community goes to certified trained mechanics that are so unreliable.

Not happy I am new to this area and my fuel filter clips broke. I knew exactly what the problem was and told the guy on the phone but they still charged me 100$ to "diagnose" the problem.

Made an appointment. I arrived on time and the wait is close to 40 min to even start the work and that s after waiting 10 min at the counter before someone even acknowledged me.

Do not use this place. They put my life and others lives in danger by doing a bad job on my brakes. After going back four times I went to dealer to have brakes done right.
