Had the S&S DCR conversion done on my 2017 F250 at 100K miles. Communication was excellent, work was done correctly and timely. I would definitely use them again.

Arizona's go to for all ford powerstroke repairs and modifications. They maintain my fleet which is a pretty tall order.

I ll start by saying I would not recommend this shop. I brought my truck here because while I am on a road trip from Canada in my 2003 Cummins 6speed, I had a bunch of odd rattling noise that seemed over the top for a dual disc clutch. I dropped it off for an hour and he basically said it s the nature of the dual disc and that he would just run it like that . To me that wasn t a very solid response. So I brought it to another shop in search of a better answer and they immediately told me the noise was coming from the transmission and not the brand new dual disc clutch. So long story short it s best to get a couple professional opinions since I could have been stranded in the middle of nowhere. It s possible that they may not have as much experience with dodge trucks. But this is just my experience I thought I d share so nobody has to have the same experience.

OSTS.. Hat off to y all I brought my 2005 6.0 in because The first shop I took it took cause major damage to my motor. OSTS went over and beyond to get my 6.0 back up and running. This was 2years ago since then I ve brought it back for maintenance up keep, but she s been running strong besides that. Thank you guys I highly recommend this place to anyone with a diesel!!

The guys at OSTS are awesome! They are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help in any way they can. They were able to quickly and easily get me setup and showed great customer service answering all of my questions, even the dumb ones. If you live in AZ I highly recommend stopping by and checking them out. A huge shout out and thank you to Trevor! I will not hesitate to give them my future business!

I am highly dissatisfied with our service that we received. Our 2003 6.0 power stroke was having some issues back in October. My husband and I were referred to one stop. They had the truck for about 2 weeks and had told us that they replaced an injector, the fuel lift pump and did a blue spring mod on the truck. Great. It was about a $1400 repair. We paid for the truck and once we picked it up and drove it home. Come Monday morning when my husband was on his way to work, the truck shut off again and left him stranded on the side of the freeway (it was still having the same issue as before). I called the shop and told them what was going on. They agreed to have it brought back in and to fix the problem again. Supposedly it was some wire. Well we pick the truck up AGAIN and are still having the same issue! We refused to bring the truck back to them since they obviously missed the issue the first 2 times. We found out on our own that the fuel sending unit inside the fuel tank was in pieces and had been causing the issues the entire time. Along with that, we found a broken fuel return line that had been zip tied right where this blue spring mod was done. I m highly irritated. When you trust a shop to do something and return your vehicle in working order and you get nothing but headaches and tow charges... I suggest you take your vehicles elsewhere. After spending $1400 on things that weren t even wrong and having to go and buy another vehicle because this one wasn t running, I ll NEVER recommend one stop to anyone! Save money, time and frustration and go elsewhere!

After another mechanic could not figure out the problem with my truck for over a month, I was starting to lose hope. I took my truck to One Stop and by the next morning they had diagnosed the problem and gave a very cost effective solution. My AC was out and I had them fix that too since their prices were unbeatable. Service was excellent and very fast, I would recommend them to anyone. I have a sense of peace of mind like never before that if (when!) my aging vehicle breaks down, I have a place I can go with people that I TRUST.

These guys are the best. I've never met more honest people. I've taken my truck elsewhere and was quoted for work I didn't need. Since I first took my truck to these guys 5 years ago I've never used anyone else. Even more than great service, their prices are unbeatable. Highly recommended!

I m new to Phoenix, and have been searching for a diesel mechanic I can take my truck to regularly. Luckily, I met Michael at one stop truck shop. He took me in off short notice and took care of my 2018 f250. Him and his staff are good guys. Highly recommend them.

Smart young guys who are very helpful and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problems with my leaky Ford 6.0 in the parking lot, gave me straight-forward and honest advice and did a great job fixing my truck. It's hard to find professionals like this. Very happy with their whole company.

Great experience have ordered multiple things from this shop. They have great customer service and strive to make sure the customer is happy. I will continue to make them my number one diesel stop for parts. I bought a tune from them the shifting was a little funny with no hesitation they sent a revised tune very happy with this shop.

OSTS is the only place i will take my Diesel. It feels good knowing a Certified Ford Tech is working on my truck, and I didn't have to donate my kidney to pay for it. Plus they have financing! By far the most trustworthy mechanics i have ever dealt with. Very friendly too.

One Stop is Honest and Trustworthy. Honesty and Trust without a doubt is the biggest hurdle most mechanic shops dont pass for me. Combined with superior knowledge on the workings of a diesel truck engine, phenomenal prices, and the most friendly/ approachable attitudes, you cant beat these guys.

Did my research and heard they were a trust worthy shop. So I had them install bullet proofs remote oil cooler, bpd egr cooler and arp studs. They had no problem answering any questions I had. It did take longer then expected only because of remote oil cooler. Had to do extensive testing to make sure everything was good. But overall wonderful experience. THEY even said hope we don't see you anytime soon!! Meaning they know they did there work right. Truck still running strong. Would definitely recommend. sorry so long

OSTS was awsome! Went in for oil change and once over. Only took 30 minutes (had an appointment) As a first time diesel owner they answered all my questions also informed me my fuel pressure regulator was leaking not only offered to fix it but informed me on how to do it myself and gave me the part number so I could. Excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable will definitely be back for all services and if anything major goes wrong they will be my only choice Thanks again OSTS your new loyal customer J.J.

Ford F350 6.0Phenomenal one on one time to help understand the problems. Great accommodations, great prices. Very knowledgeable. Professional, yet laid back at same time. Feels like your walking into your buddies shop for help.

very straight forward. easy to work with and very knowledgeable. fixed my 6.0 and my 7.3 they have never ran better. great rates on regular maintenance as well. go here first.

I have a F 350 it was overheating when towing going up hills loosing coolant these guy are expert on ford. I had a blown head gasket they made it bulletproof everything less than 6k and the truck is perfectIn California they wanted 9k for the same

Very unimpressed. Spoke with the shop on the telephone before dropping vehicle off, was told 2-3 days to diagnose. After 9 business days (13 days total) they didn't answer the phone or return voicemails left inquiring of status. Went and picked up my truck at that point.

My dad and I were on our way to Prescott from tucson. Our brakes went out and we had to pull over. I happened to find the Truck Stop Shop on google maps and I'm glad I did!! They were so nice and fast! Thank you all!

Thank you Mike.....Best diesel shop....honest , reliable and Fast. Only place I take my truck . I was over quoted an misdiagnosed at 2 other shops for a $300 Job. Other shop, not going to mention their name quoted me $1300.00 . Get it done right the first time .Abe Diaz
