What a fantastic experience! I had a Corvette C8 with the large crack in it and they had me approved and came to my house and do it like in one day also gave me a refund that was hardly small wow. . So grateful for that. This technician that they brought in was so nice it was almost, unbelievable! Sometimes I wonder where all the customers service went. But then comes NuViaion raising the bar! Thank you so much!

Steve's former employee Rico from clearwater FL damaged my vehicle, causing it to need a new roof (quoted $5K) after it was already just painted professionally and nobody from Nuvision is accepting responsibility.it's been 6 months and nobody has made it right, the CEO Jim Keiffer could care less. Never use this company.Edit: they will lie and say he never worked for them meanwhile Nuvision reps keep knocking on my door , talking about how bad Rico got fired, how the clearwater boss steve brags about making over $1.3M and never making anything right.

I had never had to get my windshield replaced before and asked a lot of questions while scheduling the appointment. Everyone was kind and helpful giving me the information needed. The guys that came to fix my windshield were timely, polite, professional, and so fast! They gave me info on how to take care of the new windshield for the first 24 hours. They even let me know that I had some plastic melted around my rearview mirror due to the AZ Sun and recommended parking in the shade as often as I can. I would definitely use this company again.

My technician kept in touch to let me know he was en route to my home. He arrived on time and was very polite and professional. Installed the new windshield quickly and perfectly. Great job! Oh, and I appreciated the rebate check too Thank you NuVision Auto Glass!

I ve used Nuvision a few times now and they have always done an exceptional job. Their installers are always friendly and professional. My windshields have been installed well with no whistles or anything while driving in the road. I will continue to use them in the future, most definitely.

This is the second time I m getting my windshield replaced with Nuvision. They re awesome from install to the customer service and they even help you get money in your pocket!! Definitely recommend anyone in need of a windshield, these guys are your go to!! Also they come out and repair your windshield if you have small cracks. I believe they re lifetime warranty, don t quote me on that though.

Called for appt My insurance was verified right away and appoint was made for my next available. Could have done work next day but I wasn t available. The showed up on time went over what was to be done and completed the job within 25 minutes. Went over everything again and left would recommend this company to anyone!

Nuvision did a great job replacing my windshield on my Mercedes. They scheduled me for the day after I called them and the technician arrived early at my house. The technician was an experienced pro and did the best work I have ever experienced on my vehicles. I will use NuVision again.David H

A friend and coworker recommended Nuvision to me a little over a month ago. I m so happy with there Services and quality of work that I ve already told at least 10 or 15 people and gave them their information so they could get their windshield done. So keep doing what you guys are doing excellent service and the people I ve work with so far very good customer service skills as well as great interaction with customers and their recommendation was wide on point with what I needed done, and they also showed me inconsistencies with the previous Company I use to get my glass replaced

OMG I was transferred to the warranty department and they scheduled service for Thursday between one and five; no one showed up or called. I called on Thursday and was told the warranty department would call me within 10 minutes. NO ONE CALLED. I called back and was on hold for 15 minutes and no one every picked up. I called Friday and they rescheduled the service for Saturday between 10 and 2. The technician called and it was found out that he was sent to the wrong address. I called again and Mark said that there was no record for warranty work but later said he finally found it. He also said it would have to be rescheduled. I told him that was not acceptable.

The first time my windshield was replaced it was cracked during installation. They rescheduled and the second time they had the wrong sort at the appointment. I was told the tech would go back to the warehouse and get the correct part and give me a call back. I never heard back. I called again and set up another appointment. The tech just did the install and damaged my vehicle. The interior A pillar was cut with a Razer blade, my windshield wiper cowl was broken and hastily fixed with some super glue, and the cowl was never secured back with the bolts.* I just received a call from Lori, the Director of customer success who was very kind. She apologized and assured me they would make it right. I appreciate the quick response!** NuVision went above and beyond to rectify the issues I had. They expedited replacement parts and installed them in a timely manner. Sometimes things happen and I was very pleased with their efforts. I would not hesitate to use NuVision again.

Support and escalation are not your friend. Mark, supposedly in Arizona, doesn't know how to listen. Will constantly try to talk over you. Gets his head stuck in a rut and won't listen to you. Mark, after reviewing a prior call, offered to increase the incentive, only to call 5 min later and rescind it and hung up on me. I called back and was disconnected immediately several times. I then requested call backs only to have the phone ring one time and then call disconnect. I run 2 organziations with more than 200 people and I would never hire this "Mark" - watch out.

I had the best experience I've had in quite sometime with this company. From the Customer Service, to assistance with insurance claim, scheduling and best of all was Alan our installer. Everything was friendly, professional and they did exactly what they promised. The rebate and restaurant certificate were just great bonuses. Can't say enough about how great our experience was!

First time ever using NuVision mobile so was a bit cautious. Booking was very easy. Jesus was an amazing and informative installer. Lori in service did a wonderful job answering some of my questions. Job well done warranty and one free rock chip included. I would recommend NuVision to anyone. Thanks to all.

Heard the ads a lot on 98 KUPD, but never thought I would ever have to make the call until something hit my windshield. Didn't think anything of it until a crack formed that kept getting bigger by the hour.Made the call to NuVision, and it was very quick to set up an appointment and have insurance cover the replacement. Within 24 hours, I had a new windshield on my car, and a e-certificate for a free brunch/dinner at Rodizio Grill! I have to admit, I was a little skeptic at first, as this was my first ever time going through this process.Some relatively minor complaints are that NuVision used/sent a 3rd Party contractor to do the repair. However, Mr. Auto Glass was respectful, polite, and efficient, as he had my windshield replaced within 40 minutes.Another small complaint is that NuVision advertises getting up to $250 cash back with insurance. I had full glass coverage, so when asking the glass tech about said rebate/cash back, he said there was no cash back, only the dinner. Is there something I'm missing/is NuVision no longer offering the rebate?Overall, I'm happy with how quickly the turnaround was from crack to new glass. I can drive breathing easy knowing it's fixed. Will definitely plan on using in the future!Service: Auto windshield repair

Wow, lots of conflicting reviews on here. My experience was great using NuVision. I ve used them twice already and both times the service was great! The first time around I got cash back (depends on the insurance and vehicle) and the second time I got cash back plus a free dinner at Rodizillo Grill in Mesa (buy 1 dinner, get 1 free, around $50 value). They were able to make a next day appointment and replace my windshield in about an hour. Great quality windshields and fast service so no complaints. I ve had several rocks hit the new windshield and so far no cracks. When making the initial appointment just ask what the incentives are for you since it depends on car and insurance. Also I think the actual installation is a subcontractor so the result may vary. My installer Juan was great so no complaints. I would gladly use this company again and recommend them to others!

The installer was super knowledgeable and even offered to come back out and put on a tint strip. He kept my wife in loop while doing the install. I highly recommend nuvision to ro your windows.
