Ohhh my goodness, I had such a great time at this location they were so kind and helpful lots of smiles and service. I love it here my new auto store for everything. They have new the best deal on a battery for 2021 Equinox. This is the place and location to go in Phoenix Arizona

This is my go-to-store for car battery and engine oil, just 0.4 miles from my home. I like to support neighborhood stores. I only made good experiences with them. The only beef I have is, when I went to stock up on my Castrol engine oil last month they charged $12/qt when the going rate seems to be about $9/qt. I have gotten used to $7/qt before the pandemic but they seem to overcharge.

Everyone is helpful in there, but I go to Genaro if I need to get something done! He s the man. He went above, and beyond what I needed for my car and gave extra help where it mattered. As long as he s there I ll be coming back for sure. Very professional too.Maisee is also knowledgeable & a big help all around. She knows her stuff. She s great & just a great presence to be around! Can t say enough about this location. It s just a great experience overall. Lucky to live close by.

Gino, the store manager, is my hero! I came in with almost NO oil in my car, and he helped me by not only checking it and helping me put it in, but he also offered the employee discount because I was working with less than $20 at the time! Thank you so much, Gino! You rock!

Napa is liquidating all Craftsman tools and will no longer be selling, or supporting, them. Prices are written in sharpie on the packages.

I brought my Hyundai Elantra 2004 in to the Napa AutoCare on Thomas Rd in Phoenix to have the AC fixed when it stopped working. I Googled how much the AC repair could cost, it was $400-600 for a car with that make and model. They told me it would cost about $1000 to fix it. I remarked on the phone when I talked with my technician that that was about $400 more than I anticipated, but to go ahead and do it. When I arrived the next day to pick up the car, the total was suddenly $1300. I asked how the price went up by $300, my guy prints out an invoice and shows me something about an additional fan that they added, and asks me "You don't remember our conversation? I clearly talked with you about this on the phone" When I reminded him he quoted me for $1000, he said "look, the price is the price. I have a lot of work to do" and stormed off. Either it was a horrible $300 miscommunication on their end or they swindled me, but in any case I hope this serves as a warning to other people to stay away.

NAPA is my go to for parts and supplies you can t get at any other auto parts store. The employees here are very friendly, and go out of their way to assist you in your search for products. They sell the only carb cleaner which is still CHLORINATED . Product works like nothing else. Second favorite is Berryman chem tool, which NAPA also carries.

Genaro went above and beyond to help me with my car battery that had died. He greeted me with a smile, took care of my car, and answered all my questions. Amazing customer service!! So nice to have friendly people that are professional and so willing to help!!! Thank you Genaro and Napa!

Apple Pay wouldn t work so I wasn t able to close a deal. They will not change your battery for you on the spot like Autozone will. I personally don t recommend.

There used to be a difference between Napa and auto**** or O'something; Napa used to be known for employees that knew parts; or at least knew the way to find them. Not anymore, this place is full of Walmart employees punching buttons until you either go away or find the part number your damself.Sad to see. Still the best parts, as long as you can find the part number yourself.

Feels like an independent auto parts store sadly lost to the times. Good selection, decent competitive pricing on most items it seems. Most notable here is the ability and willingness to go the extra mile to find a transaction that would not be found by phone number and lacking a receipt, the front counter worker (I really wish I could remember his name) took the time without huffing and puffing to find the transaction and give me the refund on a part I didn't need. Excellent cust service and I am hard to get an excellent out of in that area.

Went in the store today to buy some windshield wipers and I had no idea which ones to get or how to put them on. Jay working the register helped me find the ones I needed and helped me put them on my car. Thank you for your awesome customer service and going above and beyond Jay! God Bless!

I really like this store and all the Employees. I've been in Automotive Service Management for nearly 15 years and have used Napa for all my shops. I Have always had a choice of other parts houses to utilize but Napa has always been my go to.

Good customer service. Even helped me save money by explaining to me how their specials would work in my favor. Something I wouldn't have known otherwise. Products are top quality as well.

Genuinely surprised anyone has had a good experience here. Ordered two sets of brakes 6 months apart and both times they apparently were just sitting at the store without anyone letting me know they were ready for pick up. I have had to call both times to figure out what is going on and the response is always "oh sorry, its a computer issue". Yeah, sure. I bet the computer hand printed a giant note saying "READY FOR PICKUP SUNDAY". If you order online, go somewhere else

I tend to only go to Napa when I'm having a difficult time tracking down a part. They can be a little more expensive at times, and on occasion not very quick to help who's standing in line. Thankfully, they are more helpful than not.

Great experience. When you go to the parts store, knowing your car is critical. The voice with knowledge and confidence achieves discounts everytime. The staff was courteous and cooperative. Remember its in the automotive industry, that means that these people need as much info about your car needs as possible. Just like when you go to Starbucks, you know exactly what you want.

Napa just lost a life long customer. They decided to stop selling assorted nuts and bolts, that has been the #1 reason I have done most of my shopping at napa. I understand the nuts and bolts don t make a lot of money but it gets us big spenders in the door because we need nuts and bolts plus hundreds of dollars worth of parts. After that disappointment, I tried to borrow a tool and was informed the tool loan program was discontinued. I can t think of any good reasons to shop here over other stores.

On Sunday, 4.25.21 I went to Napa to pick up a rack & pinion for my 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan. I was delightfully excited to be helped by team member Joel. I explained to him that I was getting my rack & pinion done & that I was also getting a tune up & was having to run around town to get the best prices on those parts. Joel kindly mentioned that Napa was running a special promotion & that allowed me to purchase the rack & pinion, ignition wires & spark plugs(as well as some great smelling air fresheners) all for the price of what it would've cost me to purchase the rack & pinion alone. He gave me great, professional customer service with a smile & I couldn't have been any happier that day. Thank you Joel for your awesome commitment to high quality service! I'll be back!Warmly,Cherr A. M. Monroe

Had a flat tire but managed to get my car to the NAPA Auto Parts at 22nd Street and Thomas in Phoenix. Called for roadside assistance, which would be an hour or more. Employee "Cody" of this store came out and changed my tire for me! It was 112 degrees! Cannot say how much I appreciated his help. He definitely gets 5+ stars. Great Store!

The service was great. The young man at the parts counter was attentive and extremely polite. The item I purchased was not what I needed and they returned my purchase just as efficient as it was purchased. Great job!

8/3/21I go to this NAPA Auto Parts to pick up a air filter, cabin filter, and MAF sensor cleaner that I ordered online for pickup. Website states that everything is in stock at this location. The guy at the counter doesn't really acknowledge but keeps typing away at his computer. I tell him I'm here for those parts listed above. He replies "all I have is the cabin filter." He also mentions that he is oversold on the MAF sensor cleaner. I asked why would the site say you have it in stock. He says I don't know and that's it. No timeframe, no apology. He just kept typing away which I found kind of rude.First time going to NAPA and last time. I understand that systems are not updated but the fact that I didn't get much more then eh not my problem vibe from the staff member is the reason I won't be coming back.

Not happy with their customer service. My husband ordered a part to be delivered. The day it was supposed to be delivered came and went. Turns out that they didn't get the part until just before closing time. Instead of calling, emailing or texting to let us know about it, they did absolutely nothing. Infact we had to call them. Then instead of waiting another two days for the part we had to pick it up. This is after paying extra to have it delivered the day before. They did nothing to rectify this mishap. No refund for paying extra. No apology. Nothing.

Knowledgeable staff. Got me in and out quickly with a temporary fix to get me back on the road and a recommendation for what was needed permanently. One stop, under 10 minutes, all set. Close proximity to freeway also. I didn't have to sit in traffic too long to get back on the road.

this is a very helpful place. I needed a light for my license plate apparently it's a law in Az. I went in and was looking around the gentleman asked me if I needed help amd I asked if he had any light up license plates that didn't need wiring he told me that my car should already have a light. He went outside and found it for me apparently when there was a hit and run on my car they broke a light I didn't know I had. I purchased the light and he put it in for me no problem. Great experience here!
