The guys did a great thorough job! Great service and pricing. Alignment only fixed an issue I was quoted much more for with a different wrong diagnosis , they spotted that immediately.

Failed to get alignment right. Plus they couldn t get my steering wheel back to center unless I pay 300$ more. Do t go here. Go to smart car auto in north phx on cave creek go see Rob.

Went here for wheel alignment. They charged me 100.00 dollars less than a month later, new rear tire are worn from the inside. They made every excuse and never fixed my car, nor did I get my money back for worn tire or job I paid for. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

These guys are awsome. I have been caming in here for the past 5 years and as I customer I have never being mistreated or lied to. What I pay is What I get and the quality of the work is unmatched. They have drivetrue tire service I was in hurry and took me out in kess than 15 mims. I dont see myself going anywhere else in the coming future.

I hit a screw in a construction area and it blew out my brand-new tire. I was stranded in 110�F weather, trying endlessly to plug the hole. After no success, I called My Mom s Tire & Wheel Shop, where they happily welcomed me for a tire replacement. I drove about 400 feet on a flat and was expecting the quote for a single tire replacement to be over $200, but I was quoted only $50! I m very happy with this quick-fix and My Mom s Tire & Wheel Shop totally saved my day. I will be back here anytime I need a new tire.

I've been going to this tire shop for The last 5 years. This is the only place that I get my car serviced and I absolutely love it. Juan is the best he's taken care of m 2007 Dodge Charger all these years and it's in tip top shape. The only sad part about moving to GA is that I can't take him with me

i went to get my tires rotated and they didn t fully tighten my lug nuts on one of my tires.. end result, i get home luckily i don t stay fall three lug nuts fall off and my tires not sitting straight

Avoid this place!! When there is issue with his repair, he won t fix it. He literally told me his worker who has done the work, is unreliable and alcoholic .. that s why he won t fix the damage after he charged me.

I would leave a 0 star if possible.I went to get my tire fixed and was tole there is a 30 minute wait, when there was only 2 cars before me.I came back about an hour later and was asked to leave because there was a $40 minute wait. The technicians spend more time talking about who know what, instead of doing their job. Go here if you have time to waste. It shouldn't take an hour to fix a flat.

My husband runs a shop down the street from this shop.. there was a guy that has brakes done at that shop and less than a mile down the road (in front of OUR shop) the dudes truck messed up. My husband went out there to help the guy and he pulled it into our shop... Upon looking over the truck, the brake line wasn't put in correctly and had fallen off of the truck. This guy could of died if he went on the highway or even been going down the road at 40. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE! My husband has had to fix more cars coming out of there due to bad work than anywhere else in the area.

Wonderful customer service! The mechanics are knowledgeable and take their time explaining what's going on with your vehicle. The prices are fair and the employees are respectful and professional. I've been taking my car here since 2017 and will continue doing so. Would definitely recommend this shop!

Service is good, friendly help. I had a hole plugged and am glad I pulled in here. They checked all my tires and installed the correct amount of air, a service other places have not given me. Takes me back to the days when an customer would pull into a gas station and the attendant would come out and fill the tank, wash the windows and check the oil and water level, and check the tires also.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Fair prices, extremely high quality and exacting work. Manager was extremely warm, friendly and interesting and made my tire alignment experience one to enjoy and remember. Could not recommend more!!

The manager was very patient with us even though we came in after hours. He really showed us respect and helped us fix the problem with the car. I would highly reccomend this shop. Please stop by here to get your car fixed!

had two new tires slapped on my vehicle today to fix some bad shaking. The owner was knowledgeable, attentive and it was obvious he had a genuine interest in why I was there and what I needed done. Price was unbeatable, and the work was done in under 15 minutes, incredibly efficient. One of those places with a personal feel to it, where it's obvious the owner cares about everything being done correctly so that you leave feeling good about the experience. I will be back here for my next set of tires.

This is the only place I feel comfortable bringing my vehicle to. On top of the excellent customer service, the mechanics and shop owner are knowledgeable about cars. I always leave knowing a little more about my vehicle. The equipment they use is updated and the prices are affordable. Definitely recommend this shop for your car needs.

They are honest, hard working guys. Unlike the big box stores, they offer quality products at a really good price. They had my VW in and out with brand new tires inside of 30 minutes. The dealership warned me about needing an alignment (my Jetta requires 4-wheel alignment) and quoted me $149! The young man at this shop showed us the alignment bay and said they could do it for $60 so we jumped on it! I'm so happy we stopped in! Thank you!

Amazon tire shop is two different businesses. Tire and oil changes in the front. Mechanic work in the back garage. Amazon owner is the big white old man who is out there directing traffic and is rude to everyone and gets 1 Star. Ugh!! The mechanic guys in the back rent space from the old man and are great! They fixed a bearing problem in my 04 Lexus right up. They didn't charge me too high either. Good guys for mechanic work.

I came in Wednesday morning after an unexpected flat on my way to work. The owner and staff were so kind and helped me right away. I bought a brand new tire (cheap!) and they replaced it in no time. That was my first time there and I'll be back for other services, for sure.

This was literally a one of the best experiences I have ever had at any auto shop. Mustaf was awesome and found a way to get me a pair of new tires for what other places charge for used tires. From start to finish it was also a very quick process.

I have been going to this place for more than a year now. This is great place to get your car tires taken care off. The owner guy is always helpful & is very knowledgeable & gives the best advice for your car..not trying to extract money when not necessary. Also they have a laser allingnment which was quick & accurate .. my car has stopped drifting now.

My car was shaking at 60mph so I needed to have wheels balanced. I visited here just by chance but Im glad I did. The customer service was great. They were quick and even had me come back to the where the time balancing machine was so he could show me why it acting like that and what he was going to do to make it work right.. charged $10 per tire and now my car doesnt shake on the freeway. Thanks guys!

I was having the day trying to find a tire! I called and spoke with Q, who insisted he'd take care of me. I got there and when I showed up he rembered the size of the tire just by my voice! Their customer service is beyond impeccable. He worked with me, and that's something that's rare. I will suggest this shop to any one!!! Seriously look no further!! Go there!

Had low air in my tire and James and crew fixed it in ten minutes and had me in my way! They double checked the air and asked me back if anything went wrong and they would correct it. Doesn't look like much from the outside but they are friendly, efficient and reasonably priced.

Great service, Great prices, and great job! 32nd Street Tires has the same tires as big box stores for less, because they aren't into becoming the richest people in Arizona, they are into servicing your car and serving the community! Mustaf gave me great service and great prices on repairs, and even got me in on the same day! They were fast, professional and effective, without causing more problems to my car. In fact, the mechanic who had over 20 years experience, fixed things other mechanics didn't. Wow! They had the part I needed on site and even worked with my budget to make sure I could drive a safe car. Thanks Mustaf and crew. I don't trust many mechanics, yet I now trust your shop for all my automotive needs.

This was a better experience than any big brand shops I've gone to. I got 2 brand new perreli's installed out the door for my wife's car for $134 total! Very friendly. The owner, Mustaf works the front lobby and takes care of everyone who comes in.

I had a punctured tire that needed repair immediately and they fixed it quickly. Great service and I will be getting a realignment there soon and I highly recommend them.
