Do not go here!!! As someone who knows little about tires, my mechanic friend told me I need to get 3 of them changed as they were balding. I was driving past this shop and decided to stop there to get them changed. The guy seemed nice enough and he charged me $180 to change all three tires with used ones. I drove off with my new tires thinking I got a good deal since I usually buy new tires which cost a lot more. I took the car back to my mechanic friend about an hour later and he told me that I got scammed. He pointed out that the tires he sold me were completely cracked all over and not far off balding. Now I have to go to another shop to get them replaced with good quality tires and spend another round of money!

Had a wheel hub replaced here(easy install) , went back to pick up the car and bunch of light were on. Took the car to a Hyundai Professional and the repairs are going to be 972$ Beware of shop at all cost

Called on Thanksgiving day to get a price for 4 tires, man was VERY rude and said " you want a price you come and I see you and give you price" his EXACT words! Also says they are temporarily closed. They are OPEN

Called to ask about a tire I had purchased last year. The lady answered and said her English wasn t great. I spoke with her in Spanish and she told me to talk to her in person. I tried calling back, thinking the fault was mine, and she did not answer. When I went and spoke with her in person with my documentation on the paperwork for the tire that I thought was purchased new, she could not tell me what the writing, location of the purchased tire had been from the paper I was holding.

Had to have a tire patched, they were very busy but managed to squeeze me in within an hour of arriving. Patched the tire for a very fair price and I was on my way. Satisfied customer, will return.

Great service. I was in and out within 30mins. I went to discount tire they said can t be fixed and I need to replace the tire. So, I came here. They fixed it and had no problems since. I paid fraction of the price then replace the tire. They spoke English ok, I had no problem with communication to them.

Good service the tire shop and Muffler Shop are two separate businesses but ran out of the same building. When pulling up saw deals for 4 tires $120 not bad. Muffler prices are a little too high but labor was included cause he was giving out the door prices and the break down with the master flow muffler and exhaust tip he wasn't charging labor.

I went in to get some tires mounted. The first guy I talked to said $40 with new stems... it was more expensive than Walmart but they could get right on it. They started removing the tires from the rims and told me the tire valve was special size. It was common .625 larger size, that's what I told him when I brought them in because it's not used on newer vehicles and little shops don't always stock them. A woman came out and showed me told me $15 each, I said so $60 not 40... they spoke amongst themselves in Spanish. The Guy that quoted me said... no still 40 but 60 for the "special " valves, so $100. I told them to stop. The woman was angry... they charged me $10 for removing two tires. I loaded them back up in the truck went down to a tire shop off of 19th and Osborn cost me $20. My friend that was with me speaks Spanish he wouldn't repeat the things the Mundo woman said about me only that she wasn't going to let me set their prices...STAY AWAY. Lord knows what would have happened if my car was up on the rack with the wheels off...

Called to see if they have a specific tire and how much it would be. Was told that they have good tire and I asked how much and they wouldn't let me know over the phone they wanted me to go down to the shop for a price... I'm not going to waste gas going to a shop to find out it's a over priced tire and then leave. Just tell the prices on the phone so I can make plans to go to you or other shops so Neither of our time is wasted!

This is the WORST tire shop ever. Firstly, everything there is way overpriced compared to nearby shops. The guy took off my tire and refused to put it back on unless I paid $5. I refused to pay $50 for a used tire and he said he needed $5 for his time. This guy is scum. Stay away. Do yourself a favor and go to another shop.

Horrible.Don't go here. I don't want to go into the gory details of what happened. but nobody spoken English at least they acted like they didn't. told me to sit down so I couldn't see what they're doing. Told him I was on a budget, they said no problem no problem. Didn't change the tire that I wanted him to. then they tried to rip me off. With all the hundreds of tire shops there are in the Phoenix area it shouldn't be hard to go to another one. I guess I got click on one star to get it to post. if I had my way I'd give him a negative 10.

Do not get car towed here. They charged me an extra 30 dollars more than what a normal tire shop would charge because I have no choice. I pray they get what they deserve because no one should have to go through that! ridiculous.

Underhanded tactics. Stay away. They'll patch a tire for $15 (which is higher than the $8-$10 avg for a patch job). They'll do a horrible job, so that it leaks. You'll return the next day, they'll shake their head and tell you your tire is bad. Then they'll offer a used replacement for $45 (again, higher than average). If you hesitate or protest, they'll offer you the tire for $30 and pretend they're giving you a deal. I wish I was making this stuff up. I'm not the type to just defimate a business online for my own enjoyment. I'm a reasonable person. But these guys are slimy. Seriously stay clear. Also, stay away from their 16th St. location ( Mundo's Tires ). Same owner, same slimyness... No style. No pride. No integrity.

I went to get a straight pipe and the guy told me 180 and he did the job and everything and a week later i would get bumps and it would sound like it would hit something in the back and then later on the pipe ripped off from the holding part that holds on the pipe i went back and told him and he charged me 15$ he said he was gonna charge me "cheap" to fix it and i told him it would hit something in the back when i would get bumps and he blamed it on my rear suspensions and so i said whatever it dont matter and later on a month later i looked at my pipe cause it was wiggling and hanging and the piece that holds it in the back thats welded ripped off but it was also hitting my rear differential and he told me it wasnt it almost had a hole where it was hitting my differential and not jus the welding but the whole piece of the pipe ripped off and so i went back and the manager wasnt there so the lady came out and i told her i need you guys to fix the back pipe this is the second time it rips off from the same place and im not gonna pay you and then the lady got scared and said come back in 3 or 2 hours so i did and then the manager came and i told him the same thing and he said how am i not gonna charge you tht pipe couldnt have ripped off by its self you mustve hit it or went ontop of a side walk or something and he didnt want to fix it cause he wanted to charge me. For something tht he did wrong. Tbh i wouldnt recommend that place for nothin, they always wanna charge for a little thing even if they messed up, they get mad when you tell them that they did it wrong or you correct they just wanna get the most out of people idk how they say their so religious. Worst working tire and muffler shop

horrible service!!!they had us waiting for hours and at the end there was no work done on my car. public restrooms not even for paying customers... and the only girl there today had horrible customer service to a point where she was insulting us. when i asked for the owners phone she refuse to give it to me.all i know if you want a free pass to "a la verga" this is the place to go. (its an insult that she made by the way)

Went in for a new tire. There was a bit of a language barrier but we still were able to understand each other. The price was great and the job was done very fast. It s cash only but there s an ATM across the street

The office lady keeps hanging up while I'm trying to order tires. and when I'd call back all I got was aditude. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Will never spend my money here again

Called them to ask if they jad my particular sized tire. They told me " I dont know". After asking when they open and when they close they said "I dont know"

Money hungry people they stole my lock for my tire tried to over price me on a use tire because they seen I was in desperate needs for a tire really shady people I wouldn t go here even if I was riding on my rim!!!!

Got a flat one late evening. Only place that was open. Pulled right in, fixed my tire, and had me out within 20 mins. Friendly peeps and great pricing!

This was a piece of cake. I picked one tire out from their large selection and they put it on quickly. They only accept cash. I would recommend this place.

I go a new tire 2 days ago here and just right now experienced my tire tare on the freeway and my entire back bumper came off with it.

Rude terrible service this morning, sent me to go buy my own valve stems and then still wanted 30 bucks just to mount 2 new tires of my own.

Worse place to go,people really mean,prices high for the job and they dont even give you an invoice for the job.they ask to get pay just cash and no prove they did the job.
