I highly recommend this location, the store manager and his staff members were absolutely amazing! I arrived at the store at 7:19 a.m. and they completed the oil change, filter, and back pad breaks withing 2:30 hours; I was out by 10:00 a.m.Thank you so much for getting me in; when The Ford Dealership wouldn't .

Since Dave's promotion, the service at this location has taken a nosedive. It's clear that management could benefit from some customer service training. I initially brought my car in for fluid leakage, assuming Dave oversaw things. The shop allegedly ran a diagnostic and got approval for repairs. However, the next day, my car was still leaking fluid.Upon contacting the shop, the manager nonchalantly mentioned air bubbles and suggested waiting a couple of days. As time passed into the holiday season, I parked my car during vacation, only to return to a substantial amount of fluid on the ground. The manager, displaying an attitude, reluctantly agreed to address the issue upon my complaint.After dropping off my car, a follow-up revealed another diagnostic was needed, uncovering an additional part requiring replacement. Despite being told everything was under warranty, I was surprised to find out about a balance when I arrived at the shop. The manager failed to communicate this information or keep me updated, adding to my frustration with the overall experience.Despite being a loyal customer since moving to Phoenix, the consistent issues and lack of effective communication have led me to the decision not to return. This shop seems to rely on charging for diagnostics, often getting them wrong and resorting to replacing parts haphazardly. Unless you have money to spare and don't mind poor customer service, I would strongly advise against choosing this shop.

One of the most hassle-free, no-nonsense, auto service experiences I've ever had. Corey was accommodating, hospitable, and very friendly. He and Billy were quick and efficient. I wasn't able to print documents an employer needed which was going to make me miss my appt., but they had their own copies and bumped my appt time out 30 minutes. Would definitely go back and recommend to friends & family. Thank you!

Thank you to Corey and Meineke! This was a random car breakdown and I called him to check what happened, he said to bring it without hesitation! Once I got in my car was quickly worked on and back running within one hour! I was ahmazed and impressed with their fast and professional service!

Dave and Kevin are the best. Had 2 new tires put on in no time. By far the easiest process I ve ever had when it comes to a repair on my car. My new go to for all things car related.

Denied me an oil change because of the sound of my engine. I have a high mileage Acura TL 2010 3.7L 6M, which this year/model has a common problem where the engine will tick...not knock. I understand the safety concern if the engine had a true knock, but that isn't the case. I've had the car for 5 years and taken great care of it, but this "expert" made a decision after hearing my car from 30 feet away in the parking lot. Never using Meineke again.

ZERO STARS!!!!!I took my car in for an oil change and now a gasket is blown. Found out as soon as i pulled out of that place, got to the stop light and almost crashed because my brakes didnt work anymore (they were working fine when i pulled up). DO NOT RECOMMEND.**Update: of course management is going to reply acting like im acting out for no reason. The mechanic did something to my car, my brakes were not soft everything was feeling & working fine when i drove up to the business for a simple oil change. I will have an honest mechanic look at it & fix it. Lesson learned **

Greatful and impressed are the best words to describe my experience working with Mieneke Car Care Center 24th st. Osborn Az . First time customer and walk in appointment. Imediately approached with friendly handshake and smile. Within 5 mins staff knew my name and truck was in a bay for under $100 full syn oil change.Not only is the price reasonable for my F150 but the Customer Service is second to none! Im glad to know there are still companies out there that operate with Honor , Qualty , pride , and Integrity.I highly recomend! Intrinsic value for sure... We should deff support local companies like these. Few and far , and a dying breed. My experience was just beyond great. Corey was just outstanding and kind when it came to my car. My car issues haven t been the easiest and he was helpful with getting my car fixed. This is definitely the place to get your car looked at and worked on, I will never go back to a dealership! I m glad I found this place, this is top tier. Everyone there is so friendly and kind, amazing customer service!!!

Preventive maintenance is very important to me specially when it comes to my car. Meineke team goes above and beyond working on my car to fix any issues. I take both my cars to this shop regularly. They are fast and friendly and a lot cheaper than the dealership. And I get a full digital inspection with photos of anything broken or worn out or in need of replacement.Most of my repairs are completed on the same day and when it s not, it s because the part is hard to find or on back order.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

The folks here are the most dishonest workers in any auto shop I have ever come across. They tell you they do services they don t do, then lie to your face about it. 2 mos ago i had an entire convo with Dave and he was so reassuring about what he was going to do. He did not do what he said would happen. On a return visit with another employee he said we didn t do any of the services you are talking about. My fault I didn t read the receipt before leaving the last time. It will never happen again. To be called a liar by another employee- and to be told he didnt remember me or the services is too muchService: Oil change

I was told they did an oil cleansing and to come back in 2 thousand miles. Come to find out they didn t do what they said they were going to but charged me anyway. It s sad because I set in the lobby talking to the two employees tell all these stories about my pathfinder.personally I will never come back to your company. And yes I will share my experience with everyone I know.

I recommend this particular Meineke to everyone looking for automobiles services. The workers are fabulous and do a fantastic job on any repair. The manager ( Dave ) is an excellent guy and he will explain what needs to be done and what needs to wait.
