After a year of stress and much money spent on car repairs I decided it was time for a new ride. I found a Jeep at Magic Auto on their website. Mark and his staff were friendly and easy to work with. I had a FANTASTIC experience here. After a car failure, I was looking for a new vehicle for weeks; and with the market right now, it was dang near impossible to find any good deals or solid cars. This was the ONLY auto shop that I immediately found myself at ease. Mark helped me, and was awesome. No lying, no negotiating. Gave me the best price, worked with me, and had a deal done in less than a day. Thanks Magic Auto! My new favorite dealer.

Mark the sales consultant was very accommodating and had the Ptius I was interested in right up front as I drove in. The car was clean and detailed beautifully inside, outside, and under the hood. He let me take it out for a drive and answered my questions about the vehicle to my satisfaction. The pricing was fair, I wasn't pressured into anything I didn't want extra. The qualifying process and document signing was smooth and Mark even asked on my behalf if the finance company could give me a better rate due to my good credit. Very friendly staff and excellent customer service. I was very impressed. Thanks Magic Auto!

Mark help me purchase my first car ever. They really do care about making sure to get you the lowest car payment on your car - they literally called many companies to get me down to the lowest car payment. Very good staff and people. Just bought a 2020 Ford Escape and it was a wonderful experience.Mark was extremely helpful, understanding, proactive and really took my concerns into consideration.I would recommend this shop for its price, efficiency and friendliness. Also receiving a 3,000 mile warrenty for any transmission or engine problems made me feel even better when I drove off the lot. Magic Auto Sales beats dealing with those big dealership salesmen and overpriced vehicles!

Good sweet and salty donuts, great team members, and a magical experience at magic auto.Michelle always, always has a smile. Payman and Enrique know how to fix just about anything and they have a 1.5 pound dog named Tiger...grrrr.Ive lost count how many vehicles we've purchased from them but they've all been good and they always take good care of us.If you want an illusion, go to Vegas or another car dealership, you want a good car from good people go to Magic Auto.

After going to a few nightmare dealerships, I almost gave up on buying a car until I found this place through the hospital I work at. They have a wide selection of different types of makes and models of extremely affordable cars that were in my price range. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and didn't try to pressure me into buying a car. We were in and out of there with a brand new car within in 45ish minutes of test driving and filing our paperwork. Magic auto is a family owned business that has been around for 20 years, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new vehicle. They also tinted my cars windows and replaced all new tires. They also offered a free oil change.

Absolutely horrible experience with this dealership. Purchased a vehicle from them and a couple of days later my vehicle shut off in the middle of traffic which almost caused a major accident and I had to sit on the side of the road with my children. The salesman and manager were extremely rude throughout the entire process of trying to get my vehicle fixed. I found a kill switch / tracker hidden inside of my vehicle and confronted the dealership , I asked them if they had the device in my vehicle and they lied and said they hadn t. I paid for the vehicle in full and didn t have it in my possession at all for about a month straight , they disrespectful and rude manager made the entire situation worse and he prolonged it. I tried trading the vehicle in and the manager wouldn t even tell me where my vehicle was as at, even the dealers at the other dealership tried talking to him and he was rude to them as well. Save your money and don t deal with this sketchy dealer!

JUST AMAZING!! As a business owner myself I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone. First day they made it so easy to complete the purchase. I had a problem with my first lender and they still worked everything out for me in house so that i still had my vehicle. Thank you guys so much!!! I cannot say enough. Purchased a car from Magic Auto and, as does happen with used cars, I had some service lights come up shortly thereafter. In most cases, you are on your own at that point. Not the case with Magic Auto. Mark in sales as well as the service manager (dont have his name) went far and beyond to take the car back in and check it out in detail. Changed fluids, ran more scans, and kept working at it until the problem was found and rectified. No additional cost. Amazing service and super honest people. Highly recommend.

Magic auto provided me with exemplary care! This company was wonderful to work with. That is, they were fair in price, quick, honest and kind, and flexible. Further, this company offered me a complimentary ride home. I was in direct contact with Shawn, who oversaw the work being done on my car. He provided me a lot of support and several options to resolve my car issues. Purchased my Nissan Altima from Magic Auto. Michelle was able to find a lender that worked with my then bad credit that is now so much better. Magic is always helpful in maintaining the vehicle at an affordable price as well as being timely. Purchased a second vehicle for my partner and same thing the Elantra worked well while we had it. I bought my used car at Magic Auto and had the best experience from the test drive, assistance with financing, no bull, clear fees and very fair pricing. I knew upfront what my costs would be with no surprises and was given a 3month warranty. I go back there time to time to get my car serviced at their mechanic shop. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The customer service is great and the mechanics are always honest and quick. I highly recommend them for anyone trying to buy a used car, or have mechanical issues. Not your typical dealership.

The staff at Magic Auto are great. The sales reps help guide you through an easy buying and finance process, and the costumer service at the front desk is friendly and professional as always. They also service vehicles and always delivers satisfied work. Their cars are some of the best in the used car sales business. Low miles, Reliable and the quality just like new. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to purchase a used car at low price, with the best warranty in the Valley.

Given my past car-buying experiences, I was not looking forward to having to go through it again. I went to Magic Auto to test drive a car I found online and didn't expect to actually leave with a new car. Thanks to Mark I drove off the lot in less than 2 hours with a car I love! No pressure, no haggling, no endless sitting in the office crunching numbers. He listened to what I wanted and made it happen. Skip the big dealerships and go to Magic Auto!

Deceptive sales practice. I did an app for a truck that was advertised. The guy called me and said they would be internally looking at my app and would get back to me. (Once they ran my credit it was clear my info was sold because I started getting tons of offers for loans) the guy calls me an hour later and says he submitted my info to 4 banks. If I wanted that I would have secured a loan first but they advertise in house financing. I told him that and he just speaks in circles. This place should not be trusted.

Great place and friendly staff. Second time coming back for a car and was given a car at a great price. They don t pressure you into buying something you don t want. They make you feel very welcome. Mark made my car buying process fast, easy, and understandable. Highly recommend.
