I brought my wife's car into Marco for a paint job. Met Larry who was an excellent person. Very professional. And gave me a great quote. Me and my wife were very surprised at how nice of a job they did. We both give Larry and his crew a 10 plus. Thank you guys. I will bring more business to you guy. Thx again....

Anthony and his team great friendly service. The bumper change for my car went smoothly and it was way less$ than I expected. Cost wise. They took only 8 hours to change bumper and paint job. Highly recommend this place.

Maaco on 21st Van Buren is the BEST Maaco in all of Arizona!! Frank assisted me and gave me a great estimate. He and his crew are great I would recommend anybody to this location they are professional and very friendly help everybody and anyone they can. Jake Brown and the stellar team at Maaco fixed my daughters blurry headlights very well. There was hardly any light visible and it was dangerous to let her drive at night with the oxidation. They fixed the lights with a solution they have and treated us like family! Thanks so much to the Maaco team for being professional and helpful thru the whole experience. This was the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with MAACO, the worst customer service. The paint job was half done, I was charged $1,200.00 and none of the door jams, fuel port under the hood, the tail gate space were painted. The person in charge Tim told me to take my keys and truck and get off his property. He needs some classes on running a business talking to his customers, and being honest.Service: Painting

Not a trustable people !! I asked them to paint as a great quality also I mentioned the right way of painting bumper is they need to 1-clean it and sand it 2- apply sealer base color 3- paint 2-3 coat 4- two layer of clear coat and he said yes we promise doing that but after 8 days I see paint it peeling off my bumper easy !! They just paint on top of plastic !!! Even when I told them don't scrow me !!! -they didn't return my money but I asked my bank to get back my money !!! Hate them while u explain not to do some things wrong but they look at your eays but still lying to you !! Even 1 star is too much for them

I can t say enough for the excellent service I have received from Maaco on Van Buren. I had my car completely painted, then a few months later I damaged my drivers door. They installed the new door and matched the paint perfectly! Yesterday I took my car in as the drivers side window came off it s track. They took the door apart and fixed the window no questions asked. I would recommend anyone to go to Maaco on Van Buren in Phoenix. They will give you excellent service! The guys were straight forward. I was blunt with my needs and the guys made a recommendation to suit my needs. The car looked terrible before dropping off, I told them to take their time and let me know when it is ready. The paint job came out fantastic and made the car look new again. I couldn't be happier with the quality of job done for such an outstanding price. I would highly recommend this place.****Update****Almost 3 years later now and the paint job is still looking amazing.

I went and got several estimates from reputable body/paint shops.I also got an estimate from the Chandler Maaco. The Chandler Maaco quoted me half the price this shop did.I went to this Maaco last. The new manager told me they fired all the employees and are hiring an all new crew. I had some trouble with him not communicating very well. When I asked for an estimate he gave me an extra long pause like he really didn't want to do it. He made me feel like it was a bother for him.Customers should not be made to feel like they are a bother, even if you don't want the work.This new manager gave me the highest estimate of any shop I went to. Twice the other Maaco estimate.THIS MAACO WAS THE MOST EXPENSIVE.Can you imagine Maaco being a high priced shop? Not me but they were.

What can't I say about this establishment, they did a wonderful job with my car and truck the paint job came out amazing on both. They also correct my body work and did exactly what I asked for. David and his team treated my like family not just a customer, I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Frank made sure my parts came in a timely fashion, they answered any questions I had. DO NOT RECOMMEND!$2200 spent here for a paint job on a box truck that Frank said was supposed to take 4 days and hadn t been started until day 5! This job was rushed and terribly done due to the fact that they painted over dust and dirt that could have easily been power washed. (Causing for the paint to easily rub off) they also did not get to the rims as discussed when we dropped it off.David who we later find out is the disrespectful manager demanded payment over the phone because the truck was taking up too much space on their lot and we could only pick up the truck on the following day that it was FINALLY done. Once he collected the payment he hung up the phone and stopped answering calls from that number. (We we re asking what the plan was for pick up and for photos since they would be closed the next day)I call and attempt to get the paid price discounted since we had to rent another truck for the additional days but David had little to no interest in my concerns and said if I had know you were renting then maybe I could have done something. When I asked for a call back from the manager he said probably not and that s what he hired me for. I still asked my my number to be passed along and apparently the owner of this shop also has no respect for high paying customers.Unfortunately, we received terrible service from all members of this staff and a terrible service on the product we paid for!Service: Painting

Had a simple job to paint the back tail gate of a Land Rover Defender. Was originally told it could be done it a day, Uber d back at the end of the day to find they hadn t started (no reason) so they had to take it off the vehicle. Called two days later to see if it was done, they said it was drying and to give it 1 more day, came to pick it up 2 days later and they hadn t even started on it (they needed to get some hardware to suspend it to get all sides). Finally picked it up 1 1/2 weeks after it was supposed to be done. Quality was fine, communication has a lot to be desired which created a lot of back and forth for me.

Owner Jake brown will sell you the perfect package paint job but does not do job to 100 percent when you take your car back to get it fixed he will put you on the back burner and not do the job right still cutting corners for to another maaco to get your car painted does not honor warranty avoid this shop

I purchased the 799.99 full paint service plus body work, I was told by Luis that although its not the base/clear, the service itself would be well done. "I will take care of you" he said. Although the body work was done (and not well either) the paint job itself is horrible. I can still see my existing paint (which tells me I was lucky to get one coat. the inside of my car was filthy when I picked it up. I have several noticeable imperfections after the completion. I own a transportation fleet, I was prepared to send Luis 20 drivers plus their cars. for $1200 I expected much, much better, now I must take my car somewhere else to have it painted right and fix his mess. I am very disappointed in your service. Just because I didn't get the top tier paint job doesn't mean that the service I paid for had to be poorly done. I did not get anywhere near my monies worth. I will not recommend your shop to my friends. You need to satisfy me. I understand there would be minor dust particles in the paint, but my job was done very poorly. Everyone told me don't go to maaco, but I didn't listen and Luis knew I was very skeptical and concerned he told me there would be some minor dust but,"I would be satisfied with the single stage service because it will be done well". It was not. Regardless of the paint option you can take pride in your work. If I drive a customer for $10 or $1000 I still provide great service. That $10 customer might be a customer for life and have $1000 friends. I should've gotten more than one coat; furthermore, when I left my car with him on Monday, I had 47 miles until empty, when I picked it up on Friday I had 3 miles until empty. Where was my car driven to??? He told me it didn't leave the shop; that can't possibly be true!! I am very disappointed with the service he provided. Be happy with my money, you wont see me again. I was told to bring my car back to have his mistakes fixed, I'm concerned that will be done poorly as well. You could've done a better job and gave me more than one coat. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Professional service..... until you have a problem. Took two weeks to get my car. Basically if you don't purchase the most expensive tier of service, they hide behind that if there is a problem. I took my car in which was a brilliant silver. Just needed the front and rear bumpers painted. Guy said he could paint the whole car for about the same price. He failed to mention it could come out a different color. I paid for mid grade tier and car came out a dull darker shade of silver. (Grayish silver) manager said that's what you get for not paying for higher tier that guarantees a factory finish. Masking job was horrible. Clean up and detail even worse. My car was filthy on the inside when it was supposedly ready to pick up. I can go on and on but not even worth it... beware!

Took the front bumper (bought new online) in last Wednesday (7/17) during my lunch hour and got a call on Friday that it was ready to pick up. Went to pick up the following Saturday, arrived around 1:30 and as I pulled up the lady said they were closed. Told her I was there to pick up a bumper and was told they closed at 2 PM - also says that on their website. Manager took my money, loaded the bumper in my car and proceeded to give another "late" customer an estimate on his car. They did a great job, price was right ($200 + tax, $100 less than Dale's Body & Paint quoted) and I would recommend MAACO at 2124 E Van Buren St to anyone looking for a paint job. I'd also recommend they make sure their employees know their actual store hours and update their website. :)

Was promised 1 week took 2 weeks. I had to call them to see if it was ready. Roof rack missing a piece. Didn't clean it out of all the dust, that they said would be done. Found 3 straight edge razors around the inside of the car. 2 spots of bad paint.

The gents working there are nice. Good dudes. But Macco proper says the location is open on Saturday's from 9am to 1pm. Their Google My Business Maps says they are open on Saturdays. Their main website even says they are open on Saturdays. Well, I take an UBER down there today to get my car and they are all closed up. Seriously. I wasted $25 back and forth with UBER. They may be fairly good auto painters, but call before you trust their global ability to update their customer facing info. So annoying.

I was in an accident and wanted to give this Maaco location a try. The reviews were not favorable, but that was because of a former GM who was not terribly honest. I actually dealt with him once before. Javonne is the new GM and was amazing throughout. In addition to the work that was covered by my insurance, I wanted my hood and trunk lid painted, amoung other things. I was quoted a fair price and wanted to the work down. A couple of days into the repair, Javonne called me and told me that the hood and trunk could be buffed out to look like new. A paint job was not necessary. What a class move by a class woman. I could go on and on....bottom line...Javonne and her staff were excellent. My co-workers and people on the street have made comments about how great my car looks now. I highly recommend Maaco on Van Buren because of Javonne and her staff. I will be back, for sure.

I had deep scratches from a fallen tree branch and went in for an estimate to see what I was looking at and they immediately grabbed my car and buffed everything for free! My car looks brand new! I would not take my car anywhere else ever again! It was crystal clear they were all auto body experts.
