5 stars doesn t seem high enough for Bud, Jamie and their family business. These guys have helped me keep all of my old Mercedes in the road over the past several years. Their experience has saved me from other misdiagnoses, my own mechanical paranoia and caught some imminent failures and safety concerns that weren t on the radar at all. I wholeheartedly recommend MB Motors to anyone I can. I feel very lucky to have such a shop in our town!!

Believe all the good reviews you read. The place is that good. The mechanics are competent, the owners are ethical, and the prices are fair. I've owned six Mercedes over the years and been to at least a dozen different mechanics. This is the best I've found, by a mile. I couldn't be more pleased with the servivce I receive. I trust their recommendations, implicitly.

Service is 5 stars as always. MB is the only shop I'll take my E-class too. No dealers for me as they often try to upsell customers on unnecessary services to pad their profits. Not at MB motors. Only way is required for A and B services, and if any issues are found, they are brought to my attention along with a genuine recommendation, not a profit generating scheme.I have several friends who also use MB motors as well, one of which recommended MB to me a few years ago.

Let me start off by saying Jamie at M B Motors is Fantastic! I called on a Friday morning asking if they could get me in, repaired, and out before evening. Jamie got back to me right away and asked me to be there at a specific time. I arrived 10 minutes early and she was ready to take me in as a new customer. I was greeted warmly and the process was painless. Her mechanic looked at my car, came to me face to face and told me what was needed. We agreed to the work and he was on it that fast. Less than an hour later, my car was fixed and I was back on the road... for less than half the money I was quoted online by a dealership and mobile mechanic.Additionally, they detected another problem that I knew was there but had not gotten resolved yet. Jamie gave me an estimate for the repair cost that was well below previous quotes. I'm a local dealer that pulled the carfax for a C63 AMG that had been serviced a couple of times at MB auto. Jaime had Bud call me and give me some information about that car. His insight and information swayed me to avoid a can of worms. Thank you, if I ever do get a Mercedes. I would trust these guys. Bud knows what he's talking about.

I was very fortunate to find this Mercedes shop -you won't find better Bud did two pre-purchase inspections for me: in the first case, he kept me from making a serious mistake; on the second car, he confirmed that it was a very good car with only a few problems. He fixed the problems at very reasonable prices so that I could drive the car back to Albuquerque with no worries. I would highly recommend MB Motors as a special shop. Bud is honest, capable and he offers fair and reasonable prices.

Been going to Bud for seven years with my 92 500 SL, honest, direct and reliable with his assessments and work product. Only mechanic I have had that I completely trust. He has saved me thousands over what I would have paid a dealer with much better work.

Please do yourself and your MB vehicle a huge favor: take your vehicle to this group of outstanding people! I have been chasing a problem with the air ride on our 2007 GL450 (big surprise, I know) for quite some time. Two other shops just did the basic testing and swapped out parts. Bud, Cory and Jamie took their time and when it looked like they should just swap parts out as well, they decided to look further and low and behold: a wiring/plug issue on the pump that caused a compressor error! They weren't satisfied with the status quo. They took the time to investigate further. Call them and schedule an appointment. You wont be disappointed.

Best experience I ever had having my car worked on. A 2006 CLK 350 that needed alot of work and they did a great job at a reasonable price. The only place you want to bring your Mercedes.

Don't expect an all decked out dealership-like capuccino serving country club. This is a repair shop. But in short - it is the best one in town for your Mercedes. I know people who have been coming here for as long as the place has been around. Whether you drive a 1969 280SL or a current model, you will receive the best and most competent service in town.

These guys are great! We have a 1986 560SL. They did the prepurchase inspection on all the cars we considered. The one we bought we took to them for the major repairs. Reasonably priced and quick.

This place is an absolute gem. Strictly a mom and pop shop; I don't think I'll go anywhere else to get my wife's MB fixed or maintained.
