Daryl Layne, a co-owner of Knudsen's, is the best friend you'll ever have in the auto-service industry. I've known Daryl for years and for all the years I've known him he's always been fair, friendly, knowledgeable, and dependable. Trust Knudsen's with your car or truck service needs. I needed headlights immediately as I had to take my mother to a family birthday party that evening and just found out I had no lights. I called Knudsen s since they are right in my neighborhood and they were able to take me immediately. Even though they had to send out for one of the headlights they finished the job very quickly at a reasonable price. My wait was short and painless and I was entertained by the 5 adorable baby tortoises in the waiting room.

These guys are by far the most knowledgeable and reasonably priced place in town. I won t bring my vehicles anywhere else. They are extremely transparent and honest. You won t regret your decision by going here. The customer service is top notch.

Went in to have my oil changed. With that they rotate your tires as part of the deal. The also changed the bulb on the driver s side rear brake light. The people who work there are so nice. I love talking with them while waiting for my car. Thank you

Took my old 2009 work truck for tires, they provided great advise on a good tire, given the age and mileage of the truck. Good tires, good price, GREAT SERVICE!

I've been living in the valley for seven years and have finally found my mechanic! My car was fixed quickly and I was charged a fair price for the repairs. No one spoke to me like I was an idiot or try to take advantage of me because I'm a woman. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I looked up the average cost of the repair that they did and it was what I had paid. I am very pleased with their service.

Took my car in for several repairs. It was in shop for a couple of days. Communication with office staff was great, able to address my concerns and kept me up to date on progress.Owner is friendly & honest. Very pleased with the work. Definitely would recommend this shop for car repairs.

Thank you, Daryl, Kari (front desk) and Gene (mechanic), they provided excellent service while working with a warranty company that I won't mention here). Daryl was instrumental in satisfying the warranty company handling all communication in a very timely manor and Kari was very helpful with scheduling/communications. Gene explained what the vehicle/engine failure was and showed me the parts. I will definitely return to have Knudsen's take care of our vehicle needs!

Daryl, Gene and Ernie are providing not only a great service, but one you can trust! My appointment for one car was booked only two days out and my other, I was able to book one month out. They diagnosed my oil leak and I was able to get a quote to repair it at a later date when I can have the money available. I like that when given the info on the needs of my vehicle, they give me options and flexibility to decide on what, how and when I want each item done. I brought in my scion to have a gasket replaced because it was seeping but these guys talked me out of it. I instead went out and bought a bottle of at-205. That solved the problem. Saved me about $300 .Much easier than taking the car apart and trying to fix it.

Wow, thanks so much!!! Knudsen's saved us old folks with a flat tire we could not change!!! LOL... We now have 2 new tires and our HHR rides so nice!!!! But the best thing is they fixed our drivers door too!!! It is so wonderful to open the door!!! Smiling friendly faces, real people! This is the place... to take your car!
