I own and operate my own mobile automotive service, and Ken's is the only shop I will trust as a rebuilding service provider for my customers. Hands down great service, and always honest. Couldn't ask for more. Keep up the good work guys!

I was referred to Ken's transmissions from a friend who is a mechanic with over 50 years experience and I myself personally know of several people who are driving around town with "Ken's rebuilt transmissions".I recommend Ken's transmissions to everyone.Almost forgot "I also am a mechanic and I have over 45 years experience".Keep up the good work Ken's transmissions!!!

Highly recommend. The shop rebuilt my 4L65E transmission. I just hit 10,000 miles on the rebuild and have had no problems. I am optimistic it was rebuilt right and will last far more miles. Awesome shop... my transmission went out on me. i called around and prices were pretty close. i went with Ken's.They picked my truck up at my home on a thursday afternoon around 330pm. Called me friday afternoon saying it was done.. good quick job . They even called withnother issues that neede addressed whilenthe transmission was out., truck runs great . Very professional shop.. IF i need to have transmission done again i will be going back.

Straight forward pricing no gimmicks just a painless no sales tactic experience. The rep who answered was very professional and had no intention of trying to make a extra buck. He was thorough and paid attentive care to my vehicles needs. I highly recommend Ken's for anyone who is in need of a honest mechanic for their transmission issues. Quality and care is very rare now adays. Until I was referred to Ken's.

This company they told me they repair transmissions but do not replace the rear main seal. This company is garbage. Do not go to them. The told me my seal wasn t leaking and my clutch had to be replaced 250 miles later because my rear main seal leaked onto the clutch and came apart.Seriously these guys are a joke. Take it somewhere else trust me you don t want the headache with these guys.Service: Transmission

Check my F350 Dually in because my transmission was overheating a lot, especially when towing my 5th wheel. Went in with the expectation of a very expensive repair/replacement for my 20 year old vehicle & downtime of a few days.In a matter of a few hours I got the call my truck was fixed & for WAY less than expected! Had it back for awhile now & as I was told it should & is running 20� cooler than normal (when it wasn t overheating).Can t say enough about the quality of work, the professionalism of the staff & the great service they provide.Thanks to Phil & the guys working there!

Had my transmission removed and replaced with OEM unit in my Buick. They completed the installation on time and within the quoted price. Phil offered to give me a ride to pickup the car if I needed. I needed the transmission in my Jeep rebuilt. Ken's transmission did a great job! They have great communication. They don't cut corners like many in this industry do. They are honest. They stand by what they quote you. For a little extra they even offer a three year warranty. They even towed my jeep to their shop for free! Most importantly my transmission works as it should. Omg.. They are awesome... I was Referred to them by my other Shop Brake Masters down the street. They got me in on a Friday. Rebuilt my transmission on a Tuesday was finished Friday. My Truck runs so smooth. Thank you so much for getting my baby back on the road a one of the best price's around.

I have used Ken's personally for 18 years and my family for 30 or so years. They are the most honest shop I've ever worked with. I can't say enough good things about the shop. I highly recommend using them over anyone else.

The transmission needed a gasket that's all a couple hundred dollars worth of repair. And this guy proposed a brand new transmission for over $8,000.

Phil is a genuinely nice guy who took great care of me. He did what he said he would, when he would and the price was very fair. It s almost impossible to find honest folks who walk the talk but these guys do and I highly recommend Kens shop!!!

Don't bring your vehicle here! I They told me the back end of my transmission was shot. They recommended a re-built swap that they had in stock. Two years later the torque convertor went out. When the transmission was dropped to do that, there was an aftermarket "blue" cheap torque convertor on it. How did a aftermarket cheap blue torque convertor end up attached to my transmission? As others as stated you need to request a torque convertor change or they won't changed but in my case they not only changed it but they put on a low quality blue one on it. The transmission shop that did this repair stated would NEVER put a cheap torque convertor on a re-built. This shop is obviously inconsistent with it's policies!

After shopping around the entire Valley I found these guys and despite the fact that I live 30 miles away it was worth the tow. They fixed my clutch for a very reasonable price gave me the warranty and despite the fact that I beat the hell out of my car working for Uber and Lyft it's still doing great 20,000 miles later.At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of and when I got the bill it confirmed my happiness

Thought I had a major transmission issue. Phil took the time to properly diagnose the issue and research a 'patient satisfaction' program at Ford which applied to our issue. He suggested we take to the dealership for repair at no cost. Very honest and honorable thing to do. Thank you Phil.

DO NOT GO HERE! They messed up my transmission entirely. My transmission fell apart after 25000 miles after being replaced by them. The owner lied to my face about him taking a look at it. He said it was okay, but after having further issues I went and to Ford and got a second opinion. I had metal shavings in my trani fluid and was told I needed a completely new transmission. This shop messed up from the very beginning. Save yourself money and don t go here unless you want a transmission that only lasts 25000 miles.

Had a great experience with them! Not only were they cheaper then buying a rebuilt transmission and doing the work yourself(cheaper then any other place as well), but they also towed my truck from east Mesa to their shop for free and had it done in 24hrs!!! All other garages, that were bout $1,000 more, said they'd have my truck for a week and a half atleast. Never had any problems after picking up my truck either and their work comes with a warranty! I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone! They are a little far but its worth saving a $1,000. Anytime anyone needs a new transmission, im recommending them for sure!
