What a great place, locally owned and straight to the point. Fender bender, and was recommended to js autobody. Brought my car in for pictures to get an estimate. I had an approved claim with my insurance within 2weeks and ended up getting my fender fixed and my hood.

I ve taken my car here twice. This shop will find parts for your car that have been discontinued by the manufacturer. They have excellent customer service as well.

They stole out of my girlfriends Lexus, they used used parts of repairing her car! They gave me a quote based off my picture I sent to them! It took them 5 months to repair my car even tho I ve requested picture each week and went inside to ask for an invoice and never gave me one! Then lied to me saying cash will work best because his card reader till tax me a lot! Don t trust them!

I was looking to get some work done on my slight indent/scrap on my cars bumper and decided to come here after being recommended. Pricing is reasonable and I didn't feel like I was being over charged like at some previous shops I've been to. In fact the owner was there and he was very informative and reassuring on being able to get the job done before my out of state drive. Most importantly the paint job was also undetectable being the color match was perfect and well done! The drop off/ pick up process was pretty easy as well and I'm happy my car was ready in time for my trip! Since then I've visited a couple times for other small services, no complaints this far, just wish it was located a little bit closer to me.Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Oil change

My truck has been in the shop for 3 months. I was told it would take 3 weeks. The person who should be providing me an update won't even answer or reply back. Worse experience ever. Had the option to take it to the dealer. However I made the mistake of trusting this shop. Wish I knew who the real owner is to express my disappointment. I would give it a -5 if it was an option.

They worked on my wife s 2021 Subaru Outback and did an amazing job. When I got my car back, it looked like the accident damage never happened. I would definitely recommend them.

My lawyer referred me to J's after I was involved in an accident. I am so thankful & grateful for J's auto body. They honestly returned my car in a better condition than it was before my accident . Great guys, awesome work.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Typically body shop of Phoenix LIES and always CHARGING MORE MONEY when the job is completed. The owner drove one of my relatives car for 1 week and lie about not having ready. The 5 stars must be from friends

I don't know why they have a phone number that they never pick up while someone who's waiting to get the vehicle released from their facility
