I had my 05 powerstroke towed to these guys after the motor blew up on me. They are extremely knowledgable, and will do anything they can to find a solution. They were also really nice about keeping it there untilI had to have it towed out of state. Ended up parting with the truck due to the cost vs going with a different truck. This is the only place i would take my truck hands down.

I took my truck to this diesel mechanic shop after a regular dealership couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. These guys were amazing! They really know their stuff and have great personalities too. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it without any hassle. Plus, their prices are great. I'm super happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled mechanic.

For over 10years I had a miss in my 2001 Dodge Ram Cummins 5.9! I had I it to 5 different diesel repair shops none could find the problem! Impact Diesel immediately found the problem they ve stinking Genius s!!!!Jack

Finding a qualified diesel mechanic for my 7.3 has been difficult to say the least. Impact Diesel has been the best find. Ethical, qualified, and fairly priced, I won t go anywhere else now. They are extremely busy because of this so that has to be taken into account, but well worth it.

This is the only diesel shop I would take my truck. Mark and the guys there are the amazing, he tells you how it is and doesn't try and completely over charge. They worked over time to get me road ready to move a heavy trailer from AZ to Texas. The two times I needed Impact (almost 10 years apart same truck) they got me running Top Notch. Last time in was 3/23, truck is still running amazing.

found through google searching for diesel service . wanted to find a private shop vs ford dealer for my 2008 F450 s 40k service.did not disappoint. OLF was 15% less than the FL bradenton autonation dealer and michael gave me the personalized advice for my truck i had been yearning for, customized to my hauling needs (39 fifth wheel).whenever i m in phoenix as i travel AZ & UT i will use impact diesel for my servicing needs.friendly, honest, explicitly knowledgeable & dependable. prompt, efficient service today as i comfortably waited. easy access off 101, 17 and from cave creek.

These guys are awesome and 100% know what they re doing. I brought my truck in after some unfortunate luck on my road trip from northern Canada to Phoenix. They squeezed me in and immediately found the problem was in the transmission. And since I was on a time crunch they had the trans taken out and sent to the builder within a couple hours. Amazing service and they had people coming and going while I was in the waiting room saying how happy they were with the work they d gotten done. Let me first just start by this place is top notch!I purchased my 2018 Chevy equinox turbo-diesel in October 2022 from a used dealer after driving it for a few months a gnarly whine started while accelerating. I went to get it looked at by the service department at the dealership as it was under warranty they looked at it and informed me my exhaust gasket needs to be replaced and quoted me $450+.Now February rolls around check engine light comes on.. I was thinking the worst, an expensive repair.My other half dropped my car off for the day at impact diesel and by the end of the day they not only saved me $300 or more for an unnecessary repair but all that was wrong with it was a couple bolts/nuts that were loose causing the whine upon acceleration.I may have found my forever diesel mechanic!Keep up the phenomenal jobServices: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

The fellas at Impact Diesel accurately and promptly diagnosed and replaced a rear main seal and hydro boost leak on my 2007 5.9 Cummins. The communication was excellent, I was charged what they quoted and they took good care of my truck. I will use them again would recommend them to anyone!

By far the best diesel shop in the valley. They're efficient, prices are fair, technicians are always thorough. They'll tell you if you need something done, and will also tell you if you don't. I appreciate the fact that they're always looking out for future work that may be needed and may recommend to do something early or at the same time as something else to help prevent problems down the road. After getting taken to the cleaners by Bell Automotive, Impact Diesel cleaned up the mess we were left with. Knowledgeable, honest, and good at what they do! The only place we take our truck to in the valley. We had a truck go down during our move, they got us in, got the truck fixed, and managed to get it done so we could still meet our deadline. I can't believe the level of customer service we received, really went above and beyond to help us. We've used them for years, but they exceeded our already high expectations for them this time! These guys did an excellent job with my 2000 24v Cummins when I was just trying to get home. It was the Wednesday before Labor Day weekend and these guys got me in and out by Friday.Vacuum pump seal, rear differential service, radiator, thermostat (all genuine Cummins parts), new belt and tensioner done while literally every other shop (called about 15 in Arizona and 5 in New Mexico) was telling me two weeks out.5,000 miles later and it s still in great condition with no leaks. Great work, highly recommended for any 2nd Gen Dodge Diesel owner!

A week before I was planning to go on a very long trip my 2001 7.3L F-350 was having trouble starting. I called a number of places and no one would even be able to look at it for weeks. Jeremy was able to diagnose the issue that day. He gave me a fair estimate, which I think speaks volumes to their integrity because I told him when I dropped off the truck that I was in a bind, so he probably could have taken advantage of that if he was shady. He was able to get the parts ordered and installed with enough time to comfortably get the truck prepared for the trip. The truck made the whole trip with no issues. When I needed to take my 2006 5.9 Cummins truck to a diesel repair shop, I did what most people do: look on google for the shop with the best reviews. Well Impact Diesel had great reviews and after having my truck serviced there I can see why. Mike is a great guy that kept me informed with issues he found with the truck, things that needed to be repaired, and the reasons why. Prices were fair and my truck is running perfectly now. I won t go anywhere else in the future. Outstanding service.

Very good service. Very good knowledge base for Cummins 6.7 problems. Fast service and reasonable prices. Willing to spent extra time explaining the problem and the causes. I would refer them for your diesel problems. 3500 Dodge 6,7 duelly pickup.

These guys went above and beyond my expectations for a truck repair shop. They were very transparent and updated me on each step of the project. I went in to fix leaks in my engine and replace my transmission cooler lines and Mark let me know the price difference between plugging the leaks and a new engine (351W in a 90 Bronco). They let me come in to view my truck at different stages and ask how I wanted to do things; They also allowed me to use their pressure washer to wash and clean my engine bay. They took their time and fixed everything I needed. Very excellent service and will be working with them in the future.

I was completely fed up with the dealer that has maintained my 2012 F350 since it was new. The truck developed a coolant leak after the dealer replaced the EGR cooler. This may or may not have had anything to do with the leak, but 3 visits later, warranty ran out and no fix. I took the truck to Impact Diesel, they found the leak(s) charged a reasonable rate, and I will continue to take my truck for service in the future. This shop knows what they are doing and will be honest with you. ...and the truck came back cleaner than it went in. Thank you Impact diesel for taking pride in your work and caring about your customers.

Impact Auto and team is very professional and knowledgeable and most importantly very Honest. I was given repair quote by other auto shop for over $3000 I could not afford that repair I called Impact Auto and Jeremy helped me all way to have full diagnostic and suggested repair which cost only $350 including the diagnostic. Now the Vehicle runs perfectly. They are true American and very Honest God Bless them.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Seriously, these guys SAVED us!!! After spending $400+ at two other shops who couldn't properly diagnose the problem, Mark at Impact Diesel went above and beyond to make sure we were in good hands. I haven't been that excited to swipe my card and pay for car repairs EVER!!! I walked out confident that our issues were resolved, at a fraction of the price we were quoted elsewhere. We arrived to pick up our sparkling clean truck (wash service included?! Yes!)Here is the good stuff: I've owned my 2003 dodge 2500 for 10 years. Regularly maintained, clear inspection when I bought it. This truck has NEVER run this AMAZING!Our diesel will not be seeing anyone else for fuel/engine repairs, ever. Mark is our guy!!!

I had such an amazing experience. I new the price before I went in. Mark called me before any work was done explained all they were doing. He made me feel great about how he was taking care of my truck. He cared about my truck, as I do. My husband went in there to pay the bill. He has a first gen diesel that he needs the engine reconditioned. Mark was excited to do it, as my husband finally found someone he can trust to do it. We have found our new diesel mechanic. I'm from Colorado, traveling to California for my job, Truck broke down outside of Phoenix, needed it as soon as possible. dealerships wouldn't even look at it. I brought it in to these guys, they did the diagnostics, figured out what the problem was. Turned out it was a few more items that were bad but they took care of it. They new I was on my way to a job and late. They took care of it, made sure everything was 100% before I drove down the road. Didn't want me to break down again. I highly recommend this repair shop. Honest, friendly, fast...If I could give them 10 stars I would Thank you so much for getting me back on the road.Aaron Schmidt

We just moved here from Colorado and took our Dodge truck to Impact Diesel. We are so happy we found these guys. They are knowledgeable, detail-oriented, straight forward, honest, and best of all, good at what they do! We started with just an oil change and a diagnostic for a minor issue. Now we have gone back for an exhaust brake and air bags. Very impressed with their work and their thorough explanation of what they did when you pick up your vehicle.
