Owner Tracy was great. He gave an accurate quote on repairs I requested and was thorough and patient in explaining needed repairs. While my vehicle was at the shop, an inspection was done and I was provided recommendations for repairs, in addition to repairs I planned. I appreciate that I was was not pressured. Tracy took the time to identify and explain the most important repairs that should be priority. My car was repaired well and very timely I recommend Honest 1 to others.

I went there for the first time a few days ago. I really like this place. The people are super nice and professional. They tell you what's wrong but they don't try to upsell you. They did a great job! I will definitely be back.

I had my car serviced yesterday, and it was the best experience I've had yet with receiving such services! I was nervous about how much it was going to cost me as I definitely should've taken my car in sooner, and knew there was going to be several things that needed to be done.As a woman, when I've gone to the dealership in the past, I felt like I had been taken advantage of and talked down to, or completely ignored if I had a man to accompany me. At Honest-1 Auto, I didn't feel like I was treated differently and there was no judgement on how long it had been since my last servicing appointment. I received great communication and advice on my car, while also shocked at the price differences of Honest-1 compared to the same services I've had at the dealership in the past, with no big surprises or unnecessary work that needed to be done. They initially told me that I would need my transmission fluid replaced which I agree to, but they called back and said that it appeared better than what they initially had thought, so they topped it off instead. I really feel like I had honest service completed and they didn't try to get me for anything they could. Joel was who I was in contact with the whole time and was great and non judgemental, while Ben was my technician. I'm definitely going to take my car back in for my next oil change and any other work I need done in the future without hesitation, their prices are great! Honest-1 Auto lives up to their name and I'm recommending them to anyone I can!

Really liked this place. I initially went in for a 30k mile work which included oil, filters, and a few other fluids. The price was very reasonable for the labor. The next day my trunk would not open. I went back and they were able to replace the latch and resolve the issue, now my trunk opens. A few other people I know go to this place and they are very pleased so safe to say I will be visiting again and pleased with the service.

I firat went to the Mitsubishi dealership and I had a diagnostic/engine check that cost me $185 & 4 hours of my time...The dealership came back with a estimate of $2275 + tires in immediate repairs I had to do asap.I went to Honest-1 Auto Care next & they came back with their diagnostic engine check within 1.5 hours and told me my car looks great, in very good condition. (Even after I asked them to look at some specifics on the estimate from the dealership.)It's nice to see some people still have integrity. I'm glad I went and got a 2nd opinion at Honest-1 Auto CareBefore I chose to believe what the dealership was trying to sell me on and make money off of me.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, A/C installation & repair, Auto maintenance

I am a customer from IL actually and moved to AZ and just recently found out there was an Honest 1 here! I was so excited. They handled all the vehicle care on mine and my Moms vehicles for YEARS in IL. I got my front brakes done by them on1/10/23 and they were affordable and kind just as I expected! I'm so happy they have a location here in AZ and it's 10 mins down the way from my job. So convenient BUT know I would drive ACROSS the Valley if I needed to. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is so hard.Service: Brakes

I live between AZ and NV and this is the only place I get my oil done. I completely trust their professional opinion and suggestions. There employees have been here forever so there s that Cheers feeling every time you go. I highly recommend!

I have gone to Honest 1 for several years. My nephew, who knows quite a bit about cars, recommended Honest 1 after taking his car there and being impressed with their knowledge and honesty. He would have known if they made exaggerations, errors, or recommended work that wasn't needed. They were straight up.They will tell me what would be best for my car, breaking down the different tasks one by one. If I ask for prioritization of jobs....which are immediately important and those that can wait a bit, they clearly explain which and why. The shop is clean, the long-term crew good at what they do and good at explaining it to me. They are organized, efficient, communicative, and also give back to the community. I have much respect for their work, and relief at the security I feel knowing I can count on them to be clear and honest.I recently purchased a used vehicle from a dealership. No, I don't get service at the dealership. We've taken my wife's car here a few times and always had excellent service. I recently had to take my car in for the first time and was really impressed with the whole process. Making the appointment on the website was easy, drop off was quick and friendly and, most importantly, when they called with the estimate there was zero pressure to do anything more that what was necessary to get my car running. I was also really impressed with the price - it was considerably lower than I'd been expecting. I think this is an instance where the name really does say it all - honest people doing good work.

Incredibly honest, quick, and helpful. I had a rather unique problem that they worked around as quickly as possible to get me out the door and on the road. Prices were completely fair according to what I've experienced in the past, despite the extra hassle I gave them. The manager, Tracy, works very hard to be polite and get around issues. Highly recommended.

I was a little hesitant after reading some negative reviews. My daughter and son-in-law have been bringing their vehicles here for years so I trusted what they said. Glad I did. I brought my vehicle in for a second opinion on what I was told about my brakes from another place. I did not tell them what I was told. I wanted to see what they said. They are true to their name. They are honest. No brake work needed at this time. I had them make a few minor repairs and I found their work and prices reasonable. My appointment was at 11 am but I dropped my vehicle off when they opened because that is a when I could get a ride. My vehicle was done by 11:30. I am very pleased and will be back when my brakes need to be done and other repairs.Service: Brakes

I cannot say enough about Tracey and this Honest One location. We take all 3 of our vehicles here, as do my parents, and my sister. Beyond impressed with the efficiency, customer service, and protocol here. Great shop with excellent management and mechanics. Had work done including new breaks and rotors on my 2013 Dodge Challenger, and also asked about a rattle in my dashboard which they were able to fix and now my car is quiet again!

I have been a customer here for a little over two years. I was first recommended this place from my Uber driver who told me he has been a customer here for years and was very satisfied.The guys here are always friendly and personable, especially the front desk attendant. I love that they offer a pick up and drop off service free of charge. They also leave a snack and note behind on the seat after each service. What a nice touch! I have never had a problem here and feel confident in patronizing their business because of their knowledge, their expertise in cars, and their fair pricing. They are not money hungry and truly are honest people -- never once have I felt they were taking advantage of me being a women and trying to get over on me.Location is great too. On quick services (" hey I think something is wrong can you guys check this?"), I can walk over to Dutch Bros and grab a drink, or walk around inside PV Mall. They have a user friendly website as well which makes scheduling appointments a breeze and there always coupons for various services available, too.I've even entrusted them with my first ever car purchase from a dealership -- which was a huge deal for me. The previous vehicle I brought here was a transition car I drove for a year while I saved up. After months and months of research, I finally found a car I was interested in purchasing and so I brought the car here for inspection. The inspection was very thorough and I felt confident they inspected all points and mechanical aspects of the car, they also did a test drive. I felt confident going ahead with the decision to purchase. I have had my car for almost a year without any issues.I would absolutely recommend these guys for any and all car service needs.

Excellent experience. H1 managed to fit me in quickly for an oil-change - the check-in process was efficient (no BS), the work was completed quickly and to my satisfaction and the rates charged were acceptable. The techs found a couple of items during inspection that I would not have seen, and they were handled quickly and at reasonable cost - again, no BS. Overall, I was pleased and will consider taking my other vehicle there for work.

I went to Honest-1 Auto Care for the first time last week and I will definitely be back. The name speaks for itself! Honest. Reliable. Hardworking. In the past I have gone to other shops who have tried to take advantage of the fact that I don't know much about repairs or cars. I sat down with Matt and he walked me through what everything meant so I felt comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Hands down the most friendly and helpful mechanic I've been to ever! I got a flat tire, and even though they didn't carry the tire that I needed, they offered to put on my spare tire for me free of charge! They even made sure that the spare tire goes to the rear so that it's safer! I can't express how grateful I am! Wouldn't know what to without their help!!!

I saw that they had good reviews. They're at a good location in my opinion, because you can walk to PV Mall while you wait for your vehicle if you need to. They did an oil change for my Fiat 500 and rotated my tires. Car is driving great. They looked into things and gave me recommendations for what my car needs, but I told them I'll do that in a few thousand miles. They weren't pushy about it at all and didn't come across like salesman. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I made an appointment and they had me in and out when they promised. They called me when it was finished. It may have taken a little longer than expected, but they called me and kept me up to day. Overall - highly recommend.

As usual, Matt and the guys provided excellent service! They researched, diagnosed, and completed the needed car repairs in record time! They also fit us in the Saturday before Christmas! What lifesavers they are! Their prices are very reasonable and less than several other shops we have tried in the past with much less satisfaction! Trustworthy and knowledgeable! I highly recommend them.

Good fast and, honest service. Brought my 1960s muscle car in for some fluid changes. They told me what it needed and most important, what it did not. I appreciated that with my baby. great job and I highly recommend .Amended - I've gone back several times for my other cars. Always great service, quick, and reasonable.

I have use Honest-1 exclusively for oil changes on our cars. Standard procedure.....I could do it myself but I don't have time. Once mechanic does oil change and gives the car. The front calls with a laundry list of "issues" that need to be address. Today I needed an estimate to get a fuel door spring replaced as to the fuel door wont open. The estimate came back 188 dollars! I asked the front desk what the break down was and he told me the part was 6 dollars but it required 1 hour of labor. I declined.Out of frustration I did a little research and found the part is 7 dollars from the Toyota dealership and all you have to do is snap the spring into place. Just a side note after receiving the part from Toyota I explained my experience and the gentleman gave me the part for FREE!I cannot accept this type of "service" from Honest-1. We will never use Honest-1 again.Service: Oil change

My experience was amazing. I got really overpriced at another car repair shop so I called a few plays to get quotes. Honest-1 as upfront about costs and they didn't try to push anything on me. They just fixed what needed to be fixed and for a reasonable price! Very nice guys here !!!!

Tracy the owner and Matt the service writer always seem to do a good job getting me a quick diagnosis and seem to fix things up rather quickly. Two others in my home use them for services as well and continue to return when the need rises. It is nice to have an honest well managed place to take your vehicle after hearing all those horror stories of people getting shafted at other places out there. Keep up the good job and I hope to see that PV Car Wash open soon to get rid of those fences and create some activity and stop making it look like a ghost town. Honest 1 is open and I hope they continue.
