Called to get my windshield replaced on my 2016 KW T680 on 02/14/24. They came over the next day and had it done that afternoon. They also dealt directly with my insurance and got paid directly from them. Nothing out of pocket. Great service. Highly recommend locally owned business.

Fantastic service at a great price. Had my windshield replaced in under an hour the day after I called. From the office that set the appointment to Ernesto my installer, service was top notch, and they come to you. The only hitch was that during install he locked my steering wheel(its the safe professional thing to do). I had never done this myself so I had no clue how to start my car at 5:15 pm and the office was closed. New design makes it more difficult to unlock your wheel by accident, thanks to YouTube I got back on the road, but some cars are even harder to unlock than mine so check. The office called back first thing in the morning to make sure it worked out and it had, they are prompt in returning calls during business hours. I have a new crystal clear windshield that looks great.

Affordable, prompt but sloppy, rushed work. Glass shards on dash, used razor blades on my floor mat and poorly done trim that ll cause water to go in, overall it doesn t look great

My windshield had two long cracks and a chip and I had been searching for a windshield repair. After searching High Tech was able to fix my car quickly after giving them a call. They came to my job and had my windshield fixed in what felt like 30 minutes. They were also very friendly and had great customer service. Very happy with my results.

My initial impression was wow. A very fast professional response with confirmation they had the glass and seal my truck needed and could install it the next day at a fair price. The installation tech arrived promptly, and was done in 30 minutes. He was very clean and thorough in both work and explanations. I will definitely do repeat business with them.

The process to make the claim with my insurance using High Tech Auto Glass was super easy! Their communication is great and I had someone out to my house next day! The new windshield is great and I will definitely be coming back in the future for any glass work needed.

I highly recommend High Tech Auto Glass. Received much quicker service than Safelite. If paying out of pocket it will most likely be cheaper. If you are using your insurance they put you on a three-way call so there's no misunderstanding and everything goes smoothly. Was next-day service for us. Excellent service all around!

Had a small crack in my windshield that was starting to creep into my view. I hopped onto google and ran across High Tech Auto Glass and they had good reviews. I reached out to them and scheduled for a replacement. Made the appointment and they said 2 guys would come out to my home for the replacement. On the day of the appointment one tech showed up in a really beat up personal truck and scrubby clothes. He said it would be about 30-45 minutes to complete the job, I gave him a bottle of water and went back inside. 20 minutes later he knocks on the door and says it s done. I come out and immediately see 4 chips and a dent on both driver and passenger side A posts that support the windshield. It was obvious he found a purchase point to pry up the glue to remove the windshield and damaged my truck. They were pretty much same location on driver and passenger side. This is a new truck with 23k miles on it garage kept. I point out the damage and he looks me dead in the eye and says he didn t do it. I was polite since there was a language barrier with the tech but I told him that for sure wasn t there. He said sorry and he would have the office call me immediately. When I didn t hear from the office I called myself and spoke to Mike the shop foreman. He apologized for the sloppy install and they would make it right. I was told to take the truck to Right Toyota in about a week and they would make it brand new again About a week later I took the truck as advised and dropped it off around 11am. The tech at Right looked at the truck and noticed dent as well. Said he would call High Tech and see what they wanted to do about that as they were only told to match the paint. He said it would be ready for pickup the next morning. Around 4pm the next day I called Right Toyota to see what the deal was and was told it was ready. I asked if he had spoken to High Tech about the dent and he said Yes but they are only covering the paint, not the dent I immediately call High Tech and spoke to the secretary and explained the situation. The shop foreman was in a meeting but would call me back ASAP. I ve called multiple times since but due to caller ID, it always goes to voicemail (I ve left messages)I get to right Toyota and it looked like they took whiteout and dabbed it on the chips. Not joking. It was there 30+ hours and looked like something my 8 year old could ve done.Long story short, skip these guys for glasswork. It was a sloppy interaction from top to bottom. The cracked windshield was annoying and temporary. The chips and dent are infuriating and permanent. I gave them 2 stars since they did change the windshield. I 100% used High Tech in case they reply with We did not perform this work and you are not in our system, blah bliddy-blah I ll also adjust this review if they reach back out to me to make it right. The dent and chips aren t major but they caused them and should repair them.

I love supporting local businesses, and happily give then a 5 star rating...more than 5 if that was an option. I found them at the recommendation of my Honda service adviser. This is an excellently run business. From initial intake to setting up details with my insurance, to the actual installation of the windshield and final camera/sensor calibrations. Perfect! The technicians were professional, friendly arrived when they said they would and carried out their work in a highly efficient manner. I couldn't be more pleased with High Tech Auto Glass ..Highly recommend!!

They did an amazing job and finished in under an hour at my home. The technicians told me at the end that his boss would be calling to accept a payment and he left trusting I would pay. Very nice people. And a very good price!

Pleasant to talk with on phone and in person. In truck stop parking lot in half hr from initial call. New windshield installed within 30 min. Re-hookedup dash cam with no pause. Good family owned business. Even better to know the do semi windshields.

Fast and easy service. I had a shattered sunroof due to a dump truck snapping a chain. No other company wanted to do it cause I have new GMC Denali and the new sunroof could only come from the dealer and my truck was too tall were the excuses I heard from other companies. High tech Auto Glass always answer the phone and answered all my questions that I had. Definitely will use them again.Service: Installation

I had a cracked windshield on my car and learned that my car insurance deductible is $1000 so I had to find a place to do it out of pocket. I called maybe 14 different places in my area trying to get quotes. Mike called me back with a competitive quote, he was prompt and very friendly, and he was able to book me to get it done the next day. They have a mobile service so they come to your door to get it done. The work is also thorough for the best price out of all the places I called. So glad I found this place! Super great service!! I was super happy with my windshield install for my Range Rover. Great pricing! From the beginning it was easy to get my info to them with a simple pic of my windshield and vin then asked me what day. gave my work address and was DONE! The easiest ever. Awsome company to deal with. They did perfect job. This is the third time I am using them to replace my windshield never had any issues. They have really good free chip repiare after they replace your windshield. They come to you and fix it not like other companies who ask you to go to their place. Thank you High Tech auto glass.
