If you're looking for an honest shop to bring your car for any repair or maintenance, then look no further. Jim and his team are absolutely incredible. We are always offered options for repair, without feeling pressured to do so. They also carry wonderful warranties on the work they provide.We bring our personal cars, our company vehicles and even my mom's vehicle to Hi Tech. I am always offered a ride if I do not want to wait for my car, which is above and beyond, but if you decide to wait, there is a clean and cozy waiting area with wifi, and refreshments. I highly recommend you give them a try next time you need any service on your vehicle.

This firm has been caring for my cars through 3 generations of owners and more than 5 cars. I couldn't be happier with the service that I have received. It gives family business a great feel.

I dropped my car at my appointment time. As always, they were ready to handle the service, did so promptly and perfectly. They offered to drop me at my office, but I was able to do my work via their guest wi-fi and waiting the 90 minutes was no problem. Best place in Phoenix for automotive repair. Honest, fair pricing. And on the one occasion I had an issue post appointment (about 8 years ago), they apologized and corrected it immediately at no cost.

If this were any other type of business, I would probably give it at least 4.5 stars, but like many people, I find it very difficult to trust car mechanics.So far as I can tell, this is an honest business, run and staffed by honest people. Their prices are reasonable if maybe not the lowest out there - but not the highest, either. I've always been satisfied with the work performed, and I've always been treated with courtesy and respect.UPDATE:After bringing my car to Hi-Tech a few more times, I have upgraded my appraisal to a solid 5 stars.

I've brought multiple vehicles to Hi-Tech Car Care since 2020 and could not recommend them more for just about any type of automotive maintenance that you might need. Gary, Brandon, Rob, and anyone else who I have dealt with at this shop have always been incredibly honest, friendly, and straight-foward with me about what is going on with my vehicle(s) and offer a resolution with a very reasonable price tag.Finding an honest mechanic can be a seriously daunting task nowadays, so do yourself a favor and give Hi-Tech Car Care a shot.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

Overall my experience was very solid with both the honesty and the speed of their work. However, compared to another mechanic I frequent the prices can be a bit on the pricey side but I definitely would come here before going to the dealership.

These guys are excellent, I bring them whatever my dealership tells me to do so I know what actually needs doing and what is just a money grab, then provide pricing that is way more reasonable without any pressure to do it. Have been going to Hi-Tech for all of my routine maintenance and more for the last 2 years. I recommend them to everyone. Very reliable and always give you an honest assessment as to what needs to be done.

Hi-Tech is hi quality. I own a 2008 BMW 335I. Out of nowhere my car started acting really funny and not performing or driving the way she should. I called Justin over at Hi-Tech and told him what was going on. He had my car in the shop the same day. The problems I was having was pretty extensive but he took care of all the issues in a reasonable amount of time at a decent price. When I got there I come to find out they are topshop last 6 years in a row or longer. I was very happy with their work and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs anything done involving their car. Thanks again Justin for taking care of me.

Hi-Tech car care is the best auto mechanic shop in the state! There is no other place I would take my vehicles. They are very knowledgeable, fast and reasonable. Above all they are honest. I have never felt like I have been up sold on anything that wasn't necessary. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I'll be the first to admit I got frustrated. However, this shop, the personnel, their level of expertise, and customer service is exemplary. I highly recommend you choose them for any of your auto repair troubles. They're sure to treat you right.

Jim I was happy with how you know how to deal with the Audi s electrical problems. I would like if you could update the computer print out as well. I had a good experience with hi-tech auto the first time but the second was a little less so and my last time there was down right awful. I think they are a great place to get oil changes since that seems to be their main focus but when my car needs real work they seem reluctant to actually talk to me about it or get it done.I wanted to understand what my car needed and when I tried to get clarification I was told that it is a 16 year old car and what do I expect. Ironically I had every intention of having major work done on this car but apparently they weren't interested enough to answer some questions. Also they have pointed out three times on the paperwork that the car needs shocks but both times I brought it up they said "oh that can wait, the shocks can seap for a long time."Overall I got treated as if I'm unwilling to put money into my car and instead had to take it to the dealership for the work it needs. I also expected it to be more expensive at the dealer and so far it looks like it'll be a little cheaper even, AND they want to do the work, ALL of the work the car needs.

Great. But went over my car with a fine tooth comb and told me every microscopic thing that was wrong with it. And, said my rear yellow brake light didn't work?? Cars don't have yellow brake lights. In fact all of my lights were working just fine. Other than that, I highly recommend them.

Gary is not particularly friendly. The price of an oil change has skyrocketed. Granted, I went with synthetic oil, but the cost of a traditional oil change has easily doubled. And that s with a discount. You used to offer coupons. I haven t received any in a long time. Your work, though, is excellent as usual.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They give honest service with fair pricing. The customer service provided is the best I've ever experienced at any mechanic shop. It is nice, as a woman, to be able to go into a mechanic's shop and not feel like I am being taken advantage of and looked at like an open wallet. This car repair shop is awesome! When I came in to get my oil changed, they looked at a lot of things in my car and let me know what my car status was. They were very polite and friendly, and they even gave my car a bath!
