Very honest, friendly, very knowledgeable, and efficient. If you're looking for a quality shop with trustworthy and knowledgeable staff, this is the place. This shop will always have my business and I will definitely refer everyone else here. I drove from an hour away to this particular shop and it was well worth it. These folks definitely have my trust for all future needs/repairs. They surprisingly had the parts I needed for a foreign model vehicle and they fixed it then and there. All the staff here are life savers. Thank you to all the staff here.

Luis and Abraham did me proud today! I had a blowout on my loaded single axle trailer taking a FULL LOAD from storage to my new house the tires were oldish, and I should have known better I got off the freeway and started calling.. it was Presidents Day and nobody had the tire in stock I started calling close by shops and got lucky with these guys, only 2 miles away! They hooked me up with 2 new tires (they had to go to the warehouse) and a rim (ruined one with the blowout and drag to the shop), and had me back on the road in less than two hours!Thanks guys

Excellent attention and service from Abraham. He's a smart young man and very very knowledgable and passionate about what he's doing. I did my research to see pricing and fitment for my wheels on my car, and I can say Hernandez Tires had the best pricing and service. I will totally be returning for any future tire needs. Best tire shop in town! Amazing service and unbeatable prices. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and they really go the extra mile. I won t go anywhere else for my tires. Highly recommend!

Took a little longer cause needed a part but customer service was great..explained the different tires. No pressure took our time and the tech noticed front break pads had heavy wear and let us know and offered the service incase we wanted.

My husband trailered our custom bronco up because no one in Tucson would mount my wheels. They took care of it, they were fast and professional. Well worth the drive! Would highly recommend

Hey everybody, This past Saturday I was waiting for my truck to get the final touch ups on the paint and right down the street, I saw this tire and wheel shop. I walked in and I was amazed at their display and all they had to offer so I was approached by the employee and he quickly greeted me, this young man really took care of me. I found the wheels that I liked, that would fit my truck and I was not disappointed. I took my truck to him got the wheels swapped out and my truck looks amazing. I recommend these guys as they know what they're doing and the fact that they took care of me as fast as they did, that was amazing in itself. You all will not be disappointed. Well done Amigos!

I go here to have tires repaired. Usually they ll find a nail and patch it. Never been charged more than 12 which is very fair. The guy that helped me most recently was very nice and made sure to correctly tighten the bolts. I ve never purchased tires here so I can t speak to that but tire repair this is the place!

I was charged 90$ for an alignment, waited 35 min. And my front tires are still unbalanced, no good my friend.

Very nice, friendly and professional service. Took care of me and my car with great care. They ordered my rims and had them powder coated to match my car. The owner worked on my car personally and took extra care not to scratch or mark my new rims. The Ghost is looking sweet with it s new Dubs!!

I 1st want to say the customer service was good. The ladies at the front desk and the guys all had good vibes and took care of me as quick as possible. For the most part this is totally half my fault. I had just purchase a black Nissan Titan. I went To Hernandez tire to get off road and new rims put on my truck. Due to circumstances I wasn't able to take my old tires with me at the time so they offered to hold my tires which I thought was great. But when I went back to get my tires they gave me the wrong set of Tires. Meaning I got 2 of my own and two others that they had already had in a shop. Now I didn't notice this which is my fault until I went to sale the tires on offer up. The gentleman that brought my tires which thank God he still brought them Let me know that the tires were different and showed me the different of the work out patterns on them. So basically they kept two of my tires and gave me older ones. So please never ever let them keep your tires until you're able to pick them backup you will not get the same tires back .

They are great ! The guy that helped me did a amazing job getting the look I wanted on my patriot ! He hooked it up exactly how I wanted 20 inch rims and tires with a aggressive tire ! He was super helpful and I did not have to wait very long for them to put them on .

Been going here for years and they always take care of me. I bought tires, wheels, lifts kits and drop kits and had them installed there. Luis is the best.

Great customer service! They listened to my needs as a customer and recommended the perfect tire for the look I was after. Would definitely recommend for anyone in metro Phoenix area looking for reasonably priced tires.

I have been a customer of Hern�ndez Tires for a while. I have purchased 3 sets of wheels and tires and 2 weeks ago 1 set of Mud Terrain tires for my Nissan Frontier. Service is excellent. Luis is a very knowledgeable guy and always exceeds my expectations. On the other hand, Rosie, the owner, she is great. She is fantastic individual always with the best attitude to help.Thank you guys for always being there for me.XOXO"s. You both rock!!!!!!!!

Never buy tires or wheels from this place. They are a bunch of scam artists' order VE212s for a truck and they thought I wasn't going to notice that they were trying to put different wheels. When I asked the guy he said well I didn't have the other ones and didn't even inform me. Customer is paying they should he paying for the wheels they want not what the tire shop wants to give. Terrible experience lucky to get 1 star.

I'll start off by saying I've been going here for tires since1997. I recently went here for a 22 in low pro because they were the only shop that had the tire in stock. I then paid more than half price for a quality used tire at the rate of $55 and was told by the man working there if I had any issue with the tire to come back and they would take care of it. Well I went home and put the rim back on my car and noticed a small bubble in the side wall. I drive the car to the meet held every sun at g.&s. Smoke shop and my wheel was wably. So went home and parked the car. I take back out to the meet the following sun and the same thing wably wheel. I take the car home and wake to find it flat the next morning. I then go to Hernandez tires like they told me to if I had a prob. So I speak with the same guy and he tells me no warranty on used tires but didn't say that at time of purchase. He tells me he sold me his tire off his car and that is how he knows it was a good tire and that he can't help me. I asked a few more times what could be done. But I was told to get bent and called a wuss because I told him I would report this to the better business bureau. So if you like to get screwed over even if your aalong time customer or even if you're in the car show scene..... Then yes this place is awesome. Thanks for robbing me guys great customer service. Just so who ever reads this knows.... The guy who said " HE SOLD ME TIRE OFF HIS CAR" names is LUIS. DO NOT SPEND YOUR $ HERE!!!! THEY WILL SELL YOU THIER PERSONAL PROPERTY...... NOT QUALITY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES!!!!!!

Really bad service, they were quick to take my money, didn't finish the same day, came back the next day to get the alignment and call in advance to check for waiting time they told me to come over then when I got there and wait two hours they told me 3 people were in front of me and no time for me that day, since they took my money the day before I wasn't important to them, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!! My tire pressure sensors light is on and they told me is mi trucks issued NOW!!

My #1 place!!! I was riding around for months with weird noises coming from my front end suspension because I was not happy with the results of previous repairs. ONE TRIP to Hernandez and the noise was gone. The staff customized a solution for my vehicle! They went above and beyond. I feel like Family. Thank you Hernandez Tires 16th Street and Washington!!!
