Very nice place, and awesome customer service, like every single person I talked to were amazing! Prices are definitely better than other shops, and they also have financing available, which helped me out a lot! They called and kept me up to date, talking to me where I can understand. I think I found my new home mechanic! Y all rock!

Nick and his Staff at Half Price Auto and Performance are great. There prices for repairs are amazing. And Nick is awesome he calls you and lets you know whats wrong and hes straight up about what needs to be repaired. If Nick and his me hanics notice something needs attention on your car they let you know right away. But they wont do anything unless they have your permission. These mechanics at Half Price Auto Repair and Performance they are Great. Thank you for the repairs on the charger. My son is very pleased with the repairs.

While I didn t actually get services here, Nick was very friendly and knowledgeable. I requested a quote over the phone for a repair that was recommended by a dealership and his quote was hundreds less than the dealership and he was willing to figure out a way to keep costs down even further. He was patient and explained all of my questions. I appreciated the transparency and will definitely keep this place in mind for future repairs!

Brought in my old workhorse Chevy Cruze to fix a long standing oil leak which eventually caused some bigger problems.It.took a couple days but they got everything up and moving like new. Been coming to them for everything ever since.

I truly appreciate to Paul, technician, who is very knowledgible and skillful about cars as well as his patience and kindness and time on my car. From the beginning I knew he would take care of my car in his ability and I trusted him. Bless to him and his family!! Also bless this place whose owner's name is Nick and co-worker Mose are very kind and honest will do their best on behalf of customers well-being. Thank you for everything done for my car. Excellent customer service, great work and all together one of the BEST experiences with vehicle repairs. Highest recommendation! Transparent pricing, detailed explanations and everyone I interacted with was so helpful and friendly - especially Nik who went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He communicated everything thoroughly and in a timely manner and is all around great to work with.

I took my car to Half Price Auto Repair and could not have been happier with my experience. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and my car was fixed the same day I brought it in. The owner, Nik, was so professional and kind. He took the time to call me throughout the day to explain all the issues he found and the repairs that needed to be done. I was so happy to have found a mechanic I can trust. The prices here are very fair and I never felt that he was overcharging me. I won't be bringing my car anywhere else from now on. Thank you Nik!

Took my truck here for a diagnosis and Nick was wonderful and polite. Took the time to explain each individual thing so i understood what needed to be fixed. Moses was also very helpful and polite every time I called and had questions he was patient and answered them.

I brought my jeep in for a diagnostic after some trouble, I just expected the worst..hoped for the best! But they were very thorough in exploring the issue and even got some general maintenance done as well. Huge peace of mind, and not to mention calling me with updates daily, thank you Nick & the rest of the team! Turned out to be a very simple fix.

The front office staff didn t even know what they were doing to my vehicle when I got there even though we discussed over the phone and they wrote me an estimate. That was my first red flag, I should have just walked away.On the work order I wrote to find out about a squealing noise when turning, it was not addressed, when I asked them about it they took a wild stab in the dark and said it might be an alignment. After searching forums extensively for that vehicle, there were lots of issues that presented due to squealing but none involved an alignment, I believe they were just trying to pad on an unnecessary service.Then they didn t tell me about credit card surcharge until after I was already on my way to pick up the vehicle via text message. No where on the estimate, no where on the work order was it disclosed.I come to find out it s under new ownership. After I explained the situation he refused to refund me or even have any empathy to the situation. I have gone there for the past 6 years to service two of my vehicles. I have recommended them to my friends and family. The previous owner was great, friendly and actually had business sense. They have lost my business permanently and I will be recommending people go somewhere else. Very short sighted to lose a customer with thousands in future business over a $20 surcharge.

Nick and the rest of the mechanics at Half price were so friendly and very helpful. When I was asking questions, they didn t make me feel stupid and fully explained everything in a way that I understood. They didn t try to upsell me on things they knew could be easy for a girl to not know the difference. I will continue to bring my car here for everything that needs to be done. I'm beyond satisfied with the services I received.

These guys did a quick and great Job ! Someone at a different shop actually diagnosed my vehicle somewhat incorrectly and Nik at half price auto found out the real problem with my bmw and came up with a quick and VERY affordable solution! My car is now running better than before ! ! These guys are very professional, shout out to the guy at the front desk who made things very simple and clear with my payment.. I definitely recommend half Price auto repair!!!

I was recommended to Half Price Auto by a dear friend. I was spending thousands at a previous repair shop. When I came in to get a second bid, they were OVER half the price quoted at the other dealership. The team is professional, great customer service and have worked with me on getting my car in quickly and in a timely manner. Hi will always recommend this repair shop.

Patrick was very nice and gave me a great price to fix my car. This turned into a nightmare. After paying over $3000 to fix the car, I had it back a week and more problems. I take it back and am told the head gasket is blown. It took 5 weeks to get my car back. When I got it back after paying another $1500 my car ran worse then ever. When I opened the hood and started looking, I found that the car was not even put back together all the way. Bolts undone and broken off, wires hanging under the car. I took to 3 other mechanics for other opinions and received the same answer from all 3. That whoever "fixed" the car was a bad mechanic. Now after paying another $1800 to fix what was left undone and broken the car still has issues. The turbo that was supposedly replaced in the first $3000 now has thrown the same code as before and I have been told it was not replaced at all. The brake system that was supposedly done had just new pads. The booster was not replaced at all. I get no answer from Patrick about any of this. I paid him $4500 and because of his initial promise of the head gasket being replaced in 1 week took 5 weeks, I also racked up almost $2000 in rental car fees. I am looking at another minimum $1500 to replace turbo and fan that worked fine when it went to patrick but was completely broken off the housing when I picked up. Now I know why they insisted they leave the receipt on the seat and I pick up after hours. I trusted Patrick and thought he was a upstanding guy. His work has only cost me more money and lost time. I had to file in small claims today to try to recoup some of the money so I can get it fixed correctly.The pictures show the way the car was returned to me. The alternator bracket was broken off completely where the bolt was left sticking out. The cover for the belt was not on correctly and 2 motor mounts were broken.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Air conditioning

Nik was awesome. Took care of my z4 w reasonable and fair pricing w dealer parts even. Got my 20yr old Beemer back in the road in 2 days. S/O to the techs Paul and Tristan as well. Diagnosed it properly and knocked out the work quickly and efficiently. Thanks guys.

Very honest, transparent, no hidden fees, took very great care of my mobile detail work truck. Treated me like family and not just a number. Nick and his staff are amazing and very knowledgeable. I had check engine light on in my 2015 Chevy Malibu, I called and asked if they had any openings for today. They told me they were swamped, but for that they would get my cars diagnostic done before closing. They scanned the car for codes and they test drove it. They didn't find any of the symptoms I explained to them. They were up front and completely honest with me and their findings. The guys were great and I will definitely be bringing my cars here from now on.Great service, great guys, a total win in my book.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The work order was complete different than what originally was recommended, my family mechanic had change spark plugs and change oil and filter two days before took it to them , He said he REPLACED SPARK PLUGS AND DID OIL CHANGE He said they were bad ,which is impossible to be bad in only two days and 4 miles of driving, so he took $300.off the bill,The quote originally was $2,200 when I went to pay was $2,500 , all I can say NICK IS VERY DISHONEST and is not a half price Auto repair, they have dealership prices. Oh also they charge 3% card fee and they don t take checks

Love this place! Came here and job was done, no problem. As a woman you don t want to be manipulated. These men here are VERY reasonable and will work up and honestly tell you want you need to hear, not want. If you re struggling figuring things out with your car, have questions? Give them a call.

Nick has an awesome shop and they are always honest with what needs to be done. I like that Jimmy used to be an Infiniti mechanic. I would definitely recommend them. I plan on getting all my car service done here.
