My first experience with these guys and luckily the last one. Wasted 3 hours of my time!Re: Well, I did not want to dip into details but given the context, I'll provide clarity. According to your kind self, there were no other bookings, and our car was next in line. Consequently, we made the decision to leave the car, with a two-hour estimate in mind which was provided by you before we left. To expedite the troubleshooting process I gave some guidance on where to inspect and what to focus on, leveraging my little understanding of cars. However, it appeared that once my knowledge was acknowledged, our vehicle's priority seemed to diminish. After waiting for two and a half hours, I was informed that the car hadn't been attended to yet, leading to frustration and resulting in a negative review.

One of the few mechanics that isn't out there to get as much money from you as possible. They do solid work and are 100% reliable. I recommend them to all my friends and family. Because I know I can trust them.

I wont take my car anywhere but G and S. Very professional and their rates are amazing. Ive taken my car to multiple shops and they were by far the best in pricing and service. They did a brake service for me and the price was right. Ive done quite a few things to my car and Joe has always been fair and very reasonable. They wanted to charge me 10 hours labor to replace my cars motor mounts. No technician on planet earth would take 10 hours to change out 4 motor mounts. Found a shop who was honest about the job and only charged an hour per mount.*I never said 10 hours labor was reasonable, that was the point of coming into the shop to show you how easy it was to access the mounts. Like I said, you re taking advantage of the book time to try and juice the customer of more money. Once again, no experienced tech on planet earth would take TEN HOURS to change out 4 motor mounts. You can watch the Godfather trilogy in less time than that! Funny how I was able to find someone who was honest about the job and get it done for a reasonable price, despite you saying it was unsafe . 1,000 miles later no issues at all, just a smooth ride with no more clunking.

Absolutely awesome. No bs, just cut and dry. They were straight forward and gave me the best price in the area for the labor i needed on my front hub assembly. They were prompt, got my car finished by the end of the day and didn't add on any bull additional fees. I will definitely be coming back here and I recommend Joe and his team to anyone who wants honest work at a fair price.

All of the guys who work here are great and fast. Joe is the best to he helps and always makes sure you are good to go. And they work with you not the rip you off kind of guys. It makes a big difference. Thanks again Joe for everything always will refer to you!

Brought my work truck in today, I rolled in off the cuff at 11am had back by 3pm - Toyota Tacoma. Joe and his team nailed the problem and fixed it proper with a respectable fee. Def coming back when needed

This person seems incredibly nice and honest. I went to him to get a car inspected for purchase off craigslist. His lift was occupied but he actually laid on the ground and took a look anyway and looked at the other mechanics report. He could have had me come later (which I offered) but he told me that the report looked accurate and he pointed out the issue for me. He wouldn't even let me pay for the 20 minutes he spent going over the paperwork and everything. What a nice guy! I will be going to him today to service my new (used) car!

Took my Lexus in for routine oil change. The tech discovered my right axel was about to fail, and my stabalizer bar was broken. Even though cars were stacked up on a Friday afternoon, Joe put me ahead of others for my safety. Thanks Joe!
