I Ioved the way my car came out at the end, the staff were professional and followed up with me weekly about car status. will definitely recommend to friends. also they cleaned and vacumed the inside of my car which I was not expecting so thank you for everything

Kody and his team did a really wonderful job on my truck they are quick and wonderful, the front desk lady is friendly their restroom is clean they have beverages and hot coffee for costumers. I m from seattle they valued my time within 24hr they did their job. They replaced the broken fairing and did the paint job. Its a brand new 2023 volvo truck no one can find that the raiding is painted. 5 stars

If you need a vehicle or RV fixed, look no further. This place does EXCELLENT work, easy to work with and keeps you posted on work that is being done! Both Kody and Joe worked with me to see that both my truck and travel trailer looked new again after Hail damaged to both.both went in shop together and came out together on the same day! Kudos to the receptionist, very pleasant and always offering drinks or even candy. Thanks so much!

I give Fix auto Phoenix sky harbo 5 stars I would like to start off by saying that the receptionist is awesome, very polite and nice and helpful, Cody who I believe is the owner treated me with kindness answer all my question, Fix auto kept me updated daily on the progress of my car . When I pick my car up Fix auto had my car cleaned in and out and my gas was exactly where I left it. It was like I just drove a brand new car off the lot I recommend using Fix auto Phoenix sky harbor for any of your collision need.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Kody and company were very professional and their work was outstanding. Completed work ahead of schedule knowing I was going on a trip in the motorhome he was repairing. We are extremely happy with service provided to us. I struggle with doing reviews but Kody and company deserves 5 plus stars. #1 hands down from the minute I called with questions till I picked up my ride when it was finished I can't tell you enough good things about this shop! Flawless finish! Very very professional! Oh!! And my sunvisor was hanging when I left it and just realized they fixed my sunvisor while they were at it!! I appreciate it so much thank you for that!

State Farm shop with courteous and efficient staff. Limited parking. They have to remove damaged parts before estimating repairs and ordering parts. Small waiting area with free coffee and soda for customers. Artsy retro "sculpture" very interesting.

Bad luck meets good luck. In a period of 3 months, my 2 daughters and wife have had FOUR accidents. It was chance that I took the first car to Fix Auto but im glad I did. Excellent communication, timely repairs, perfect quality. When the next daughter had an accident, it was an easy decision to return to the same shop. This car also had the same Excellent result. They now have my 3rd and 4th car in shop and I'm very happy with the speed of the expected repairs. I'm a snowbird from Minnesota but im very happy with Fix Auto Phoenix Sky Harbor and strongly recommend them.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Have used this business in the past when they were American Collision Center. Attempted to get a mirror replaced on a Ford Mustang and over 3 months. I was quoted 2 different prices from 2 different salesman, neither would ever return calls on status of part ordered. Had to stop by shop multiple times to only receive no updates on status of mirror replacement. Finally cancelled order. I would not recommend this fixauto location. Repair salesman were rarely on site, always on excuse of being sick or on PTO. Business has gone down hill since being sold.

During the chaotic process of getting my vehicle repaired (due to the wonderful distracted driver who backed up into my vehicle at a light) was able to locate this shop in Phoenix- of course my anguish of dealing with my insurance company was a dreadful reality. Let me say the guys at American Collision stepped forward handle the job from beginning to end. The work they did on my car was amazing, honestly may have looked better then when I bought it. The customer service was truly the best I have dealt with a long time and I work in customer service. Gotta love finding a local owned and ran company that cares about their customer!

The customer service was impeccable, from the receptionist, mechanics, and all the way to the top, the owner!! They are truly the best auto body shop in my area. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AMERICAN COLLISION!!We obtain three different quotes and although American Collision was not the lowest (but reasonable) I decided on this shop because of the conversation we had with the owner, Bryan. He was very descriptive on the work that was to be completed and guaranteed the work , but my final decision was based on my gut feeling that he truly cared about providing the best service and restoring our truck back to its immaculate condition.Our truck was finished when promised and the truck is so beautiful!!! But now we need new rims :)Hassel free, Timely, One Stop Shopping and again I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE looking to restore the vehicle to new!!

Had some paint work done on my brothers truck when he was in town. This place was top notch!! The owners Justin and Brian took great care of us when were there. They had a very courteous staff of painters as well Nick and Ryan. I would recommend them to my friends!

Justin kept my car for 7 months, when we finally got our Equinox back, it was missing a turn signal and washer bottle. He promised to replace them.That was a year ago. Now just found out they skipped out on the rental bill they agreed to pay Enterprise also and now Enterprise wants $1900 from me. RUN AWAY FROM JUSTIN AND FIX AUTO.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Bryan and his team EXCEEDED all my expectations! I dropped my Silverado off to be fully repainted and also get body work done. After 12 days in their hands, I've never seen my truck look so beautiful! I would highly recommend Bryan and his team to everyone I know. I will continue to use American Collision with anything else I will need for my truck. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

This place is awesome!! I personally would bet money there is not an automotive shop that does it better then this place. I've taken two different vehicles here both with ac problems and Bryan made sure that he found out exactly what the problem was before fixing it. I know i have a habit of bugging people to find out when vehicles are going to be done because I'm a business owner and having transportation is important and honestly Bryan was awesome and attentive from the first call to the last. I don't think i have found a car repair place that care more about their customers then this place. A lot will fix your car because they "think" its the problem and charge the money without it being fixed. I've been there!! Not this place!! If you take your car to any other place you're crazy. I would give this place a 10 if I could

After a minor accident, I was in need of a collision repair shop. I was referred to Bryan at American Collision. The whole experience was top notch. They fixed my car quickly and did an excellent job! I couldn't be happier!
