best mechanic shop in tempe. Nedal and his crew is very professional and honest. I've been taking my family cars to his shop and they always diagnose and fix the problems quickly and for a fair price. Thank you and highly reccomended

BEWARE: READ REVIEW ENTIRELYI had to take Nedal Fayad to court since he damaged my car while it was in his possession on the lot, and he dragged his feet into having it repaired. I ended up footing the bill and sued him for the cost, to which he came up with an untrue statement saying I owed him $400.00 for a diagnostic test that was never agreed to or mentioned. To this day, I am still waiting to receive the money awarded by the judge on 8/11/2022 to be paid by Fayad Auto Tech. Shortly after our court hearing, Fayad Auto Tech was "permanently closed" and the demand letters I sent to the shop were coming back to me. I reported Fayad Auto Tech to the BBB, and the AZ Attorney Generals office and there has still been no resolution.

THE BEST MECHANIC IN TOWN PERIOD!Honest, Professional and reliable mechanic I've ever seen in my life!My car had a problem that nobody could figure out ...this guy fixed it for like $180 !Extremely happy and I strongly recommend it.

Shop has called on two separate occasions. They've ordered engines, made us prep and drop off only to be given the run around. This time the boss was in Vegas at auction, huge of waste time.

Honest, reliable and fair. We've been taking our vehicles to him since 2008. He has always taken the time to answer all of my one million and one questions. I have never walked away feeling as though I've been overcharged or that an unnecessary repair was done. Additionally, my daughter started college and needed a reliable vehicle for her commute. We were going to have him inspect a used vehicle for her. Long story short, we ended up buying a car from him instead and for a far better price. The little car runs great, looks great and she loves it. Great guy and great service!

Fayad auto tech takes care of all our car needs. If you want a team that gets the job done right and in a timely fashion. Go with them. We have had small things taken care of by them as well as big issues. They have changed oil for us, brake pads, rotors, changed an engine for my brother, changed my car battery and everything in between. They even offer you an Uber to take you home or take you to work as they focus on your car. This is a complimentary service they offered me that I thought was generous and professional. The owner himself is always there and the team works together flawlessly. They are educated in this field and can solve any issue you have. Their lot is full of different cars they fix and from what I have seen here there are a variety of types such as Toyota, Ford, Porsche, Land Rover, Chevrolet and many others. They know what they are doing and I could not recommend them more.

Nasim and Nedal were both fantastic in service and integrity. They were honest and upfront with all information pertaining to a vehicle for sale. Honest & reasonable repair pricing for our family's auto needs. I was referred to Fayad's about 2 years ago and so thankful for this. My Kia Sorento is my baby and recently in need of major repairs. The owner ensures inspection is done upon arrival and completion/departure. Repairs & maintenance is completed in a timely manner. Thank you!

Would leave 0 stars if I could. I purchased a car from here a few months ago, that supposedly had no issues. Within a few days the engine started running terribly. At first they were working with me to fix the issue, however even before their 15 day "warranty" expired they stopped responding to me. After a few months of work and putting $300 more into the car I found the issue to be some cheap used parts they had installed to hold over until the warranty expired.

I used to work here and all I can say is wow. These guys are the shop you want to go to. In all the time I worked there, there was never any jimmy rigging, slacking, or pressuring when it came to service. The boss really pushes his employees to do their best and it definetly shows for it. Not only do they know their trade, but they always do their job with extreme positivity. They'll work with you in any circumstance and even give you a ride home clear across phoenix. Dealership quality, at a discount.

Fixed the issue with no problems after leaving. Work was much harder than expected but they held firm to original quote. Friendly staff and communicative about options and parts.
