My Range Rover was crashed into about two weeks after buying it! I was heartbroken and didn't want to drive around in my car with dents and scratches all over it.Anyways, after searching for repair places in California (where I live) and Arizona, I found the reviews for this place to be the best.I must say, they exceeded my expectations! My car looks as good as new. I don't know much about cars, so get intimidated dealing with them, but everyone was so friendly and they're very communicative and give updates when inquired. You get treated like a human being. I really hope I never have to go back to them again, but if my car happens to get banged up again, I'm definitely going back there.The prices were very fair too. I spoke with many of my friends much more car savvy than myself, and feel like I got a very good price.

I normally don't write reviews. Louie was so helpful in getting a replacement bumper painted for me in 2 days. I was having a hard time putting the bumper on and he was able to come to my house and help me in no time at all. He normally doesn't do that but he did.Louie wouldn't allow me to pay him for his time either. He has OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! His Dad is very kind and helpful also. They are a Great family business. Please give them a call.

I took my car to get a dent and scratches fixed. I am so pleased with the way my car turned out. It looks so good. Louie said he would only take a few days and that's exactly what he did. Absolutely AMAZING! This family owned business saved the day. I was beyond devastated upon finding my 2016 Camaro keyed up from the hood to the rear driver panel. Other shops were quoting me more than double the cost and 1week+ timelines. Encanto took care of me immediately on a Saturday, took my car in, and had all the damage completely repaired/repainted within 3 days!! They went ahead and took care of random dings from rocks and even fixed some bumper damage for only a little bit extra. My car ended up looking better than before the damage!!I was able to text the owner and get updates from him. Super responsive, courteous, professional. The quality of the job was superb and I m happy to recommend him to friends who need paint work done on their cars.Honest, high quality professionals who you can trust.Thank you!!!

I brought my car into Encanto about a week ago. The owner was very nice and professional. I just needed a few scratches fixed on the hood , and I told him this is my only means of transportation and that I needed my car done as quick as possible. And THEY DID ! I would definitely recommend this shop! The process to repair my car after an accident was easy and had a quick turn around time. This place is fantastic. Extremely professional and quality work at a reasonable price. Luis and his team did a phenomenal job on our BMW, which had been peppered with rock chips on the hood and front bumper. You would never know it from the end result! It was as good as new when we got it back. They were friendly and communicative, but efficient and to-the-point. You can honestly stop searching for another quality, independent auto paint shop, you've found it. No more googling needed. I will not be going anywhere else for my future paint work needs, and would highly recommend Encanto Auto Body & Paint to anyone.Service: Painting

I'll try to be as fair as I can with this review. I told Louie that I wasn't in a hurry with the car. He took three weeks, which is longer than I had thought it would take, but it was my fault for not setting a better timeline. I turned over a 2008 Corolla S that had sun-damaged paint and missing parts of the body kit including the spoiler. Louie is not good with communication. Doesn't answer the phone and is spotty with texting if he does answer. This was the most frustrating part. I don't think he actually got to the car until he had had it for two weeks. I said at end of second week that it would be done but then said he got sick and he couldn't find a spoiler, which was the only missing piece. I had to buy the spoiler myself and drop it off for him to paint. When I didn't get any answers end of the second week, I made a surprise visit and saw that they were just starting to prime (beginning stage) the car so he obviously didn't have it ready and was just starting on it two weeks in. None of this would have really been a problem if he was just upfront and better at communicating. I finally got the car the end of the third week. He wasn't there to speak with me. The price was in the range he said and the car turned out great, but communication and timeline aren't his strong attributes. Just know that so you won't be as frustrated.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Louie and his team did an amazing job for me! First time was in 2020 had some backend damage to my Jeep his team was great he helped me work with my insurance and had my vehicle back to me in a timely matter! Once again this month my vehicle was totaled by my insurance but he assisted me with my insurance and even lent me a car while everything was determined. He goes above and beyond with all of his customers and explains a lot of things that other shops just try to hide or oversell you on. I will definitely be returning and recommend Encanto auto body & paint!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Never had been in a car wreck, I'm so thankful i was recommend to Encanto not only where they professional , HONEST! , courteous & very good communicating with me any time i had a question but they helped me liked my car again! They worked with my insurance & got my car back looking better than how it looked before the wreck in just a matter of days. I would recommend this to any of friends & family that appreciate a good quality work with awesome customer service.

The man who runs it was super awesome, and actually came by to see my car himself so he wouldn t end up wasting my money before he decided he could fix it for me! Everyone was super professional and really nice! It s awesome to have mechanics that have your well being in mind and not only want to help fix your car but do it in a way you can afford it and won t get taken advantage of. Again I highly recommend this place for every one of your needs. Thanks again!

Amazing work! Reliable, honest, and great communication. Very reasonable! Took my car there on a Monday, texted me with pics, answered my questions, got car back Thursday afternoon. Replaced front and rear bumpers, and went on rear quarter panel. Can't even tell there was ever damage there. Great work! Thanks Louie!

They were great in working with me when I had a hard time coming up with the money to fix it. They gave great attention to the details needed in fixing even the smallest concern. Yes. I would take my car there again if and when anything needed repair. They also treated me in a professional manner. Fast and efficient and taking the time to give you individual attention.

Usually when you shop around for auto body shops they are usually a dime of a dozen everyone just wants your business so they can get paid.. that was NOT the case at all here. Very friendly honest and dependable! Very understanding with your schedule and they are really there to help! Customer service was great and prices are good! Turn around time was surprisingly reasonable!!!! If you are shopping around for a shop this is where you should stop!

The shop was very professional and explained the whole process with detail to my mom who was in a car accident in Jan 2021 and had to have her truck towed to a shop for damage estimate. Came up here to get my side skirt thrown back on and pay. Even tho I only had card. Louie was willing to do the work for free. I appreciate it sincerely even though I wouldn t of minded paying for the work done since it bothered for a couple of days but still all in all. Thank you so much Louie! Great customer service and quotes!
