Not the same place. It s not Mitch s anymore and was not told that on the phone. Just came in for an oil change it took longer than necessary so they can do an inspection . The report is digital so that was nice and it includes pictures so it doesn t feel like they are making stuff up. That s why the 4 stars. But it was more like a jiffy lube experience. I really feel like there should be an opt out option. I don t ask my doctor to give me a full check up (head to hole) when I go in for a cough.

Really nice and easy to work with. Had an oil change done. Have some minor electrical issues with my car provided me with name and number of a guy that he thought could help. Also price was better than other places

This is one of the worst car mechanics around. I went in today and was treated poorly. They provided me with No customer service. I ve been going to this place for a few years and have paid hundreds of dollars in repairs. Long story short I took my car in and told them that my engine is running rough and I asked if I can get my car looked at. And Mitch s son said no I can t look at it. And after I said what do you mean. He said well you can leave it with me over night. And than to add to it Mitch the owner said time for a new car . Very disrespectful. Stay away from this business. I feel as if I was only being ripped off. Very dishonest. Also last week I took my car in on a Saturday for an oil change and told them that the belt they replaced was making a noise. Mitch told me to bring it in next time and would not even take care of the issue. I m very disappointed and feel as if I was only being robbed by this business. Anyways look at others reviews and you will see how bad they mistreat people. What goes around comes around.

They were great! Oil change was fast. I had a bunch of corrosion on my 6 year old battery so one of the employees took a picture of it on his phone, showed me then said "Just letting you know." There was no hassle or pressure. I asked if they could replace it and they did for a good price. I plan to keep coming back here.

I went to this location two weeks ago for an oil change and the technicianfound a leak in a turbo hose. He told me it would be okay until the following Saturday at 7Am and they would get the hose for me then. The owner told me at 7AM that morning that there is a reason why the technician is on that side of the counter and why he is on his side.( in front of his employees). Very disrespectful to his employees. He also told me that he would get a hold if the dealerships and call me that day( he never called). I will never go back, I will also let people know of this experience.

I can t say enough good about this shop. Family owned, Mitch himself is typically there and is the most genuine man you ll ever meet. We use them for all our service needs. The repairs cost half of what dealer quotes and I ve never had an issue.

This is an incredibly honest business. Twice, I went in and told them about parts I thought the time had come to replace. Both times, to my surprise, they let me know I didn t need to replace anything and simply changed my oil. The integrity this business has is hard to find. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going here for all your car needs.

I have been using Mitch's Econo lube and tune for 4 years. I have taken every car that I have owned to them for repair 8 so far. Honest, to the point, do a good job and no upsales/charge. Steve is excellent and a good resource. Mitch,the owner, a great guy, get to know him. We all have bad days, and he is known for occasionally being grumpy. Look past it, he has a busy business and I would be the same way. His son, is great. Just explain you want the basics done, no extra's. I have never really had a an issue and will continue to use them.

Darren is very rude and combative lacking every ounce of professionalism. My car was making rattling noise and not running/accelerating smoothly. I told him the problem and requested that he test drive the car to get an idea of what I was talking about and just to listen for the noise, that mechanics are trained to listen for. Also, it is a part of the diagnostic process and not outside his job description. He immediately refused to do so, claiming I need a spark plug. He charged $535 for total repairs which I thought would eliminate the problem. He later called back saying the diagnostic he gave me was wrong and the spark plug was not the issue. After he did the repairs he decided to test drive. By then it was too late, because if he had done so from the start, instead of arguing with me he would have known that he was ignorant and clueless. I was extremely upset, as a young woman that has various responsibilities, like most people, I don t have money to waste. He was dishonest, took advantage of the situation and preyed on someone vulnerable. After years of loyalty, my family and I will take our business elsewhere.

My family and I have been going to Mitch's Econo Lube N'Tune for about twenty years. They are extremely service oriented , friendly and always give us the best prices for fixing our cars. I appreciate Mitch's amazing customer service, and how skilled his staff members are.

I've been going to Econo Lube N' Tune for over a decade and the service has always been nothing short of exceptional. Knowledgeable, friendly and always fair priced. I would encourage anyone who needs a reliable mechanic or anything simple as an oil change to check these folks out!

Best service! The employees are very polite and friendly. The service is stellar. They go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is taken care of. Prices are reasonable and there s no pressure like most service department companies.

This was the first place I went with my car to get it checked out because it was having issues. I read reviews on Yelp that seemed pretty positive so figured I would give them a try. They did take my car and spent some time going over the concerns and looking for any issues that needed to be corrected. Sadly when it came time for me to get the bad news they informed me of several problems and an estimate close to $3000.00 One of the biggest red flags in my experience was they would not list the part #'s on the estimate. Just general part name and amount. One part value was 4x the price that I had to pay for another shop to fix the same issue.Other red flag was the mechanic was a bit miffed that I didn't agree to doing the work that day. Sorry but when you have to spend that kind of money any person with common sense would at least get a 2nd opinion and verify the issues that have been brought up. Any honest business that gives a fair price would expect no less. I did take my car to several other garages and got a total of 5 estimates. Just a note to everyone if you go west of the 51 you will get much better prices on both labor costs and parts. (Note: This garage is about a mile away from the 51)Also, they misdiagnosed a couple of the issues and because of this were going to charge me for things I didn't need nor would have fixed the problem or concern they even stated in there estimate. They also missed items which I'm sure would have been found by the final bill and of course charged me there inflated prices. Again I will state Yelp had good reviews on them but Yelp is not truly a great source for reviews because anyone can post fake reviews on there site. Google has its way of checking and tends to be much more honest. My whole point in posting this is to make everyone aware if you getting a huge estimate don't assume you have to use that garage. Take there information to another garage and let them verify the issues. Also by doing this you will allow another garage to give you competitive pricing. Because I didn't fall into the pressure sales tactic I saved myself over half the cost of there estimate.

I've been gong to Mitch since 1999. He is there in person every day. They WILL NOT do work you don't need. I give them platinum status. Last mechanic you will ever use. Believe it. D

As always, great service !!! Steve got me in and out quickly and had pre-ordered what I needed. I drive quite a bit so it's important to keep my Durango in top shape and I can count on Mitch's Econo Lube N' Tune and Brakes to do that every time.

New in town and stopped in for an oil change. Guys were courteous, thorough, and fast. The team pulled me in and jumped on my truck right away. All in all I was there less than 30 minutes.

Let me start out by saying that my Family has been coming here for many years and have developed a trust with Mitch. He truly is one of the nicest and trustworthy men in the business. Never ever tries to over sell you things that you don't need. His Mechanics are top notch too. The problem is the son. When Mitch is not there the son will always try sell you items you didn't need, or up the labor time. My Family and I have said it's like Russian Roulette you either get Mitch, or the son (the chamber with the bullet). Today the son wanted to charge me close to $1000.00 for an AC repair.I feel terrible having to write this bad review because I rally do like Mitch. The son could careless about the customer. Sorry Mitch, we will no longer be back till you teach your son some and Customer skills.

Mitch s was recommended to me by a close friend and mentor. I was 100% pleased with their friendly, honest, and high quality service. This is my mechanic. I m a loyal customer to them now and would recommend them to anyone!

The owner, Mitch, has terrible customer service skills. I had my oil changed here once before and I will not be giving them any more business after sending an enquiry about what azdot.gov refers to as an "emissions tune-up". He treated me like I was stupid and told me he didn't want my business. I will post pictures of the conversation showing this.

The people at Mitch's have been doing the service and repairs on both our personal and business vehicles for over 20 years. They tell me if it's an immediate need or can wait until the next service. They stand behind their work. No hassle.

Mitch's Lube n Tune rocks! These guys r great! I had a broken CV boot the dealer didn't want to fix. The tech took me down the bay n showed ut to me n said take a picture. Then I showed that picture to the dealer n wouldn't u know, they're fixing it tomorrow! Thanks a million!

I ve been here twice so far and both times they took care of me very well. Very nice guys that were honest and I could tell that they understand if they mess around with me, I wouldn t come back. It s nice to see a smaller shop that actually cares about repeat business. I definitely recommend them.

They will absolutely try and charge you for something that you don't need if they can !!! Mechanics in general will and this place is no different, it's their job to make the shop money, bottom line !!! My first couple of experiences were for basic services but when I took in my Volkswagen Beetle for a diagnosis, I was shocked by their suggestion, I knew right then that this shop was nothing special or different, if you are looking for a "hometown" mechanic, unfortunately they just don't exist anymore !!! Buyer Beware !!!

I had the worst experience with this place! Darren is horrible with customer service. He is rude and should not work with the public. I can t believe this place is still in business. Think twice before taking your car there. They lie to customers and just take their money. I will never be taking any of my vehicles there and will be letting all my friends and family know how we were treated. Just awful!!
