I had them completely remove my dash to fix my ac on my precious Jeep Cherokee. Works great now! There was a small issue with my microphone not working on my stereo after the work was done. I told him about it, he had me bring it in and took care of it no charge. Personable, honest, fair pricing. Finally found my mechanic! I'll be back.

A few years ago, my 2010 Suburban was in need of brakes and service. I posted a note on Nextdoor asking for a referral to a reputable auto repair service. The name that was most often mentioned was Dr. Automotive on Cave Creek Road. It only took one visit to make me a forever customer. I'm a 75 year old woman and have never been up-sold or over-sold by this merchant. I've never been given a quote for major work and then charged more when the work is done. Without exception, Armen has always made sure that my safety on the road is a priority. Mario is a master mechanic and when the work is done, I'm confident it's done right. I no longer live in the neighborhood but I still make the drive from Scottsdale anytime my car needs service. It's so nice to find an honest business that still provides good old fashioned service!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

I took my husband's truck in to get his air conditioning fixed. Armand assessed the problem and reassessed other issues causing the air conditioning to not work. He was in constant communication about everything. I was very impressed with his work ethic. His mechanics did a great job, and my husband now has air conditioning in his truck! It's nice knowing he's driving to work in a nice "cool" truck. I feel very fortunate that I found him.

Overdue review... These guys were really great. Top notch customer service. I rarely ever write a review, but an honest and reliable mechanic is hard to come by. Armon, the owner was very courteous and explained in detail what was going on with my Ford Explorer. He showed me the faulty parts and quoted me a very fair price. Actually $200 less than the shop down the street from me. I've since had my CTS serviced here as well, without a hitch. Definitely won my business. Thanks again Armon!

The shop is hard to spot from the road, but it is a good shop with quick mechanics. Armand towed our car (built into the repair cost), kept us updated on the work as it progressed and other repairs came to light. Did not try to pressure us into doing it all right now and the total bill was affordable.

What an amazing automotive repair center!! I was referred to Armen by my auto body shop USA Collision and what a fabulous referral it turned out to be!! I learned MORE about the car I was thinking of buying in 30 minutes than I could have by reading the entire manual!! The guys at the shop were ALL very friendly and quite knowledgeable in their own right!! I was charged a VERY VERY decent price for them to look over & test drive the vehicle & I walked away with not only the satisfaction that I had chosen a good car, but that I had now found my new automotive mechanic!!Look them up if you are wanting honest, reliable, friendly and fair service too!!Lindi CaputoPhoenix, AZ

At first I loved this place. Good service and a great price. However, for the past month 1/2 I've tried to get JUST an oil change appointment for 2 of my vehicles. They are either closed or won't make an appointment. They advertise no appointment needed and walk in welcomes...neither are true. My daughter called on Monday and was told to come Thursday (today) after 11am. When she called to verify going in (thankfully she didn't waste her gas), she was told they couldn't take her until July 5. I'm done trying to give my business to someone who clearly doesn't want it.

These guys are very good and hard working with reasonable prices for what ever the issue is, they are also very understanding. My truck had a major oil leak and because I had no other way of transportation it was devastating for me, I would have to find some way to get around. Luckily the guys here at Dr. Automotive assured me they would work as fast as they could to get my truck back to me as soon as possible. I recommend this to anybody looking for a good mechanic! Thank you for everything Armen.

Ive been going to Dr. Automotive since he opened his shop. I inherently do not trust mechanics because most will sell you work that doesn't need to be done. This auto shop is honest and will not perform work that doesn't need to be done. I moved to Surprise and will still drive only to Dr. Automotive to have work done on my vehicles. If you want quality work done at a fair price, go here you won't be disappointed. Thanks for years of excellent car care!

As an auto tech my worst fear is breaking down on a trip. I had my ac fail on vacation. They installed my part and relied on my diag which no one else I called was willing to do. Gave me a reasonable quote and delivered ahead of promise time and cheaper than quoted. Highly recommend this shop.

these guys are amazing!!! A month ago they replaced my A/C and it blows colder than ever. Yesterday my starter went out. These guys came to my place tried to get it started and when they couldn t they strapped up my car to theirs and towed it around the corner to the shop and fixed it quickly!ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!

I got recommended by a family member to visit doctor auto and going there was by far the best choice. I went in thinking something was wrong with my transmission but I just needed new spark plugs and wires. He was honest, professional, and caring. He saved me time and money. I won't be going anywhere else to get my car fixed. Thanks Armen

save this automotive repair shop in your phone now. i have used Amer (owner) since 2005. Even when this shop moved locations i followed them as opposed to using closer more conveniant shops. if you have multiple repairs that are linked together this shop will not treat them like individual repairs. if you have to move a part you are replacing to get to another part you are replacing you are not charged as if they were on the opposite sides of the engine. i will never take my car anywhere else period. save this shops number and consider my advice as a gift...this is a rare findjohnnyService: General repairs & maintenance

Armen and his staff are great. My truck needed work and they were able to find the parts at 1pm and complete work before close and I was able to get back to work the next day. Trustworthy shop, they did not try to upsell me.

The shop is a little difficult to find when driving by. It's currently located behind a car wash, but they are moving at the end of September 2016.These guys are very professional, quick, and knowledgeable. This is the only shop I trust with my cars. No appointment necessary.

Charged me 2400 total for gaskets and suspension work 1200 miles later the car still leaks the same in my driveway and the same suspension work needs done again. I have the correct business Armen don't play games. I'll be in there Monday.
