Carson was extremely helpful. He was kind and took care of my tires and again when I got a hole in one a week later. Great service. So quick too!!

Other than the horrible luck that always falls after all my visits.This place after I always get new tires.Seems they always total my vehicle but maybe that's just me. The place is fantastic.Customer service is wonderful and they do take gentle care of your leg nuts because i've been through before with them. I mean, feel there, then I just hope that you trust them to drive vehicle because that's about the most nerve-racking part is that maybe they're gonna go through the tire rack or maybe accidentally put in a drive and throw a throw a wall.So I mean if do have to have some type of confidence so if you have that type of confidence maybe you should get your tires

Update from review below. My last experience was good there. Steve, the manager tried to make things right. I appreciate him doing that.A tire I purchased from discount tire and bought the road hazard warranty on had an unrepairable leak. Discount tire did not have that tire in stock and had to order it. I was scheduled to have the tire repaired two days later. On the way home my tire blew out on the freeway, I put on the spare when I went to discount tire to have a new tire put on They informed me that I had ruined the air pressure sensor and it had to replaced at a cost of $60. I paid to have it replaced. When my car was ready, I went out to look at it and noticed that they did not secure my jack or tire iron in the spare tire storage area. I informed them of this and told them I would put it away. As soon as I started to drive away, I noticed that my low tire pressure sensor was still on. I called them on my way home and told them about the tire pressure sensor. After doing research, they informed me that they needed to reset the sensor and I needed to bring the car back in but they would do it quickly. The last few years I have not had good luck with discount tire and have been changing to getting my tires from Costco. This is unfortunate because I use to think they were a great store.

I visited the location at 32nd St & Cactus. They worked with me on pricing to get the best deal by giving me credit for the tires that were on my vehicle (they were really worn). The staff was very helpful.

This is THE Discount Tire to purchase tires and have them serviced. The staff are skilled, friendly, and fast. Even Though all of the shops offer great prices, the service at this location WILL make you happy

I have been going to discount tire for nearly ten years. For new tires, air checks, flats etc. I had always gone to a location in Tempe and always received great service! After moving up north I needed an appointment for a flat tire that has a screw in it. I came to this location and am very disappointed in the service unfortunately. When I dropped my car off I told the boy at the desk I was just going to be across the parking lot at Chompies and he said they would call me when it was done. The tire either needed a patch or to be replaced, shouldn t take too long. After two and a half hours I finally called and asked if they had an ETA on when it would be done and the boy said it was finished. So who knows how long it had been done and no one had called. When I went back in to pick up my keys I had to ask what they ended up doing with the tire the boy didn t even tell me he let me know they had put my spare away as well. Got home to see they did not secure my spare and just dumped it back in the trunk. It just seems like pure laziness and is sad to see the lack of service happening at this location. I saw another review mentioning a similar situation with a spare so hopefully the store manager can address these issues and things can improve. I will stay a discount tire customer but unfortunately will not be returning to this location.

By far the nicest, cleanest and most efficient tire shop I've ever been to. I was just spending vacation time in AZ and decided to get new tires on before travelling back to CO and I'm glad I stopped here before heading back to the snow, not only for the new tires but for the amazing customer service, too. It may have helped that I purchased the tires online 2 days in advance and scheduled an appointment for first thing 8am in the morning. If you can plan ahead then I would recommend doing so as it was a seamless, fast appointment.

Something has gone wrong at this location. Been going here for over ten years but will not be returning after my last experience. Staff put the wrong size tire on my vehicle. When I noticed and scheduled an appointment to have it fixed, I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time and finally gave up. I rescheduled the appointment and when I came in I was treated like an inconvenience and offered no apology.

I brought my car in because tire pressure light was on. I made an appt for 4:45 and my car was quoted to be ready at 7pm. I ubered home because of how long a wait it would be. My car was ready for pickup less than 5 minutes after showing as in service bay. I pickup my car at 6:30(after close) and the tire pressure light is still on. Just wasted the price of two ubers plus 90 minutes of my time to not have my issue addressed. No wonder the car wasn't in the service bay long, I don't even think they checked all 4 tires that are under warranty.

What a wonderful experience! I had been meaning to get two new tires and on my way home driving on the 51 one of my tires started to split. Was very thankful to have Discount just a mile away and Zack went above and beyond to make sure I didn t leave without being fully safe with 4 new tires at an extremely reasonable price! This store definitely sets themselves apart with their exceptional customer service, bravo to Zack and the rest of the team.

Do not come here if you are a person of color , specifically black . I called around 9:45 am and set an appointment for 4pm for two new front tires . However upon arriving , i was told there was no 4pm appointment . I was overlooked and ignored by many of the employees for their white customers behind me in line . Then i was told i needed an alignment for my front tires because its wear/tear on the inside , ok no problem . when i asked the price on used tires they said $279! However i was then told to pay $100 to reserve my tires and appointment for the following day . I left , do not come here if you don t want to be scammed out of your money .

I will say Branden did a sufficient job and was empathetic in handling my concern. My Yokohama tires have had nothing but problems, so will not recommend that brand at all. Prices have increased in comparison to other companies. The name "Discount Tire" is misleading. It seems corporate might be getting greedy.Thank you for listening.3.5 stars

They busted my rear window wiper and then tried to put the wrong brand on and then told me to super glue it. The manager tried to tel me about putting in some claim . I could see them all laughing about it while each of them hacked away at the now mangled wiper housing. I ll be getting this fixed correctly and they will pay for every cent of it. Terrible. Never using discount again.

In the last month I have been to this store for my Jeep and Ford F250. I would like to say Thank you to Chase, Justin, Nick, Stephan and the rest of the crew. Very polite and kept me updated on the order of my tires and install . With the weather being as hot as it has been everyone worked diligently to get me in and out of the store both times. Thank you guys again for a wonderful experience.

Shop is always on point. Did a lot of driving this summer without rotating my tires so had some bad fronts. I didn't have an appointment but got there at opening about 6th in line. Had me in and out in about an hour. Chase took charge from the start and all the sales people took care of people with the quickness. Have bought 10 tires total from this place and will continue to do so.

Appointment at 1, showed up on time, given an eta to be out of here at 2:45. At 3, after pleading with them to get my car done, they finally put it in the bay to start working on it. Was out at 3:25. I noticed a pattern where several others weren t seen until they said something to management.While they were apologetic, and the front office folks were polite and friendly, I wouldn t recommend coming to this location if you value your time. There are other discount tire locations in the valley with better management.

Of course it had to be a holiday weekend when we got a flat. Went in to Discount Tire and ended up with 2 new tires. I thought we would wait hours as busy as they were, but nope. These hard working people got us out and back on the road in reasonable time. Thanks for all the hard work!

Great experience at Discount tire. My flat tire was fixed ASAP and my car was ready for pickup in record time. Everyone was very nice and their quick attention to my vehicle was very much appreciated since my husband is in the hospital and it was important to have my car back quickly.

After a few hiccups Nick, Tanner and my boy Justin for the win!! They were all so polite and helpful, Justin was super nice and informative with my choice of tires and honestly he was not wrong. That man needs a raise or promotion, my jeep feels like it s floating and I can t wait to take it out to the trails. I couldn t have be happier with the outcome. Cheers to the team cause they rock!!

No matter how busy, worth the wait. Estevon helped me this afternoon at 5:53pm. Had a flat and he "knocked it out" even though they close at 6:00pm. Can't get better service than that

With our helper Devon he has been very knowledgeable helpful, straightforward with us and was a breeze to work with my wife and I greatly appreciated the help of changing our cars tires and their speedy services! Remember During this time however, it is important to make appointments and they can be helpful as fast as they can during that time!

I come back to this store because the employees are wonderful and the work is completed quickly. They order my tires, called me they were in and took my truck when I arrived. They had the air conditioning going when I climbed in to take it home. It's right off the 51 to the right when you are heading west.

Before I begin why I gave 2 stars . I ve always had great service when dealing with discount tire, 5 star service for sure especially from Chris, however this review is in regards to something that s heavily ignored . I ve purchased two sets of tires in the past 2 months for two of my vehicles and both were returned to me with over Inflated tires thus triggering my TPMS light. I personally don t mind checking my own tire pressure but it s extremely inconvenient and frustrating that the neglect to check what the requirements that are specified by the manufacturer are ignored and the maximum inflation specified on the tire is utilized. In the hot Arizona summer it can cause blowouts with the pressure reaching even higher. It s unacceptable and causes inconvenience. This quality service check needs to be addressed. I hope this review helps to sort out those issues.Update: I have gone back multiple times to discount tire and I m happy to report that this issues has been resolved. Changing my rating to 5 stars.
