Went to that location to get a tire check on a Saturday morning. The young gentleman that did the tire check was super friendly and very personable. Also want to compliment the manager mark who helps with a sensor issue that I was inquiring about. He took the time to diagnose immediately and provided very helpful feedback! Of all the Discount Tire locations I've been to this has been the most enjoyable and with the best customer service! Keep up the good work!

Not a good experience at all. I came in with a donut on and tire to fix, a simple nail in the middle of the tire and rotation. I got there about 2pm and was told I d be out by 4pm. Meanwhile it s 15 minutes to 4pm, I asked for an update and my car is just sitting there, had not been touched. The manager Ava, basically said other cars came in and was put before me. They re overwhelmed, They re short staffed, she s in the back and wasn t aware of what s being added to their schedule simple excuses that yields no results, just horrible customer service. To add insult to injury no one said anything to me, just allowed me to sit here with no regard to my time. I m extremely disappointed I work 6 days a week and my only day off, I m here getting excuses and no the option to wait another 45 minutes. This is the worst customer service.

A few weeks ago, I had a "low tire pressure" light/sign appear. I had just gotten off work and drove to this location. They immediately got to work checking my tire pressure in all four tires, informed me that one of my rear tires split, and got me back on the road safely. All of the employees were friendly and professional and timely. I can't say enough good things about this location and their staff! On another note - they told me I'd be sent a survey and I looked for one via my email but didn't find it so I thought I'd just post on here lol. They're awesome.

Patrick and Gabriella were amazing. Rough week getting a flat but they patched my tire changed my wiper blades which I had been meaning to do. They finished in a little over an hour and I was back on my way. Highly recommend!

They get busy but it is for good reason, these people are so nice and so respectful. They take care of you without any air of superiority and only suggest unsolicited purchases with severe and provable damage. I never feel like I am getting taken advantage of there and I am never pushed to make a purchase I don t want to make. Their free tore rotation and air pressure services are lifesavers.

Very quick service, clear pricing (no surprises), good clear communication, price match and better than car dealership. From time dropping the car to getting it ready took about 16-20 minutes. They were recommended by AAA and Costco (they did not carry the brand).Good experience, will buy in future

Firstly I had to wait for about 30 minutes with no customer in front of me. Associates were not that all busy except making some phone calls. Secondly I went there with a flat tire and told it will take about 3 hours and got a call in 2 hours that the tire cannot be fixed and if I would like to get it replaced. I was told that the same tire is not in stock and a comparable unknown tire is available for $60 prorated. When I inquired about the same tire, I was quoted $120 prorated. I knew I was getting robbed, I took the car with spare wheel and went straight away to the discount tire store where I bought the and go it replaced for $60 prorated with no hassle at all.

A+++ service at this location. Mark, the fellow that works there exemplify the highest level of customer service and easiness of working with Discount Tires. He took the time to understand my BBS wheel components, explained the tire replacement process particular to my situation, by walking to show me the parts of the wheel and installation equipment, and noted to prevent wheel scratches; all of which the team there fulfilled. I've always had great service at my 20+ years of using multiple Discount Tire location but this location bested them.

I had a 2 hr window to get my tires replaced. One tire was beyond repair & I had an important medical appointment I couldn't miss. Ava helped me choose the right tire with a good price & no interest financing. I am very grateful for her assistance.

They will lie to make a dollar. I went to have my tires rotation, and they told me that I needed new tires. I went to another tire shop that rotated my tires without lying about buying new tires. The little female who looks like a boy was trying to intimidate me. She said, "I hope you make it back to Louisiana on them tires. Hey, she dog, I made it to Louisiana without a problem. Ya'll are pure liars and thieves at Discount tires .

I wanted to share this because my service was outstanding. Gabriella went above and beyond to help me with replacing my tires. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and a joy to chat with while waiting for my tires! I would highly recommend her!

THE EGO DRIVEN MALES WHO WORK AT THIS SHOP ALL NEED TO BE FIRED! ESPECIALLY THE BOOMER WHITE HAIRED MANAGER!!! My car battery died in their tire bay and they refused to help me find a jump bc it was against their policy. They pushed my car out of their bay and left me stander in the parking lot. I got upset and took off to find a jump cussing under my breath. The small d manager had the audacity to follow me around the parking lot trying to start a confrontation even though it had nothing to do with him!!! HOW DARE A GROWN MAN follow me trying to start a fight. Will be calling corporate in the am

I needed some basic tire repair before I went on a road trip with my girlfriend to her grand parents place for Christmas. Discount tire made sure my tires were ready to go over the hill and through the woods to grandmas house, and they did it on the house, for free. Thankyou team !

4/9/24 update Discount tire remains amazing. Great service, no hard sells, excellent price on wiper blades now as well.Original review:I arrived at discount tire with a low tire pressure alert and no appointment, in under an hour I was all set. They found a nail, repaired the tire, provided exceptionally friendly service, a clean waiting area, and charged a total of $0 for everything. WOW! I will happily return and purchase tires when needed from discount tire.

They we busy. They have always backed up every tire i.ve ever purchased there.Clean place. Friendly. Answers your questions very detailed. Prices can be very high for these late model truck tires Nothing new. Will continue to be my preferred tire installation.

The new management here is pushing sales way too hard and has made going in for something simple a daunting task. The store at Cave Creek and Bell is much better.

I ve become used to auto shops over promising on time estimated perform a repair. Discount said the replacement would take 1 hour and they got it done in 40 minutes. Absolutely amazing. All the reps were courteous and the AC was really nice in the heat. Found my new go to spot.

By far one of the quickest and friendlier experiences I have had. Made an appointment a week in advance. Showed up at 8:30, dropped off my car and by 9:15 they were done and the lobby was packed at drop off and pickup. Great all around!

Was an issue of having an appointment but the tires they should have ordered ahead of time not being there when I got there. Apparently , the two tires reserved for me were given away a couple days ago BUT manager was so apologetic and made it right !

Excellent experience from start to finish. Scheduled and pre-purchased tires ahead of time. Lots of tire options to pick from. Professional and courteous staff who kept me in the loop along the way. Tires expertly installed and I was in/out way faster than I expected. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

These guys are the best! Had some issues with a tire and they Road Force balances it and ended up replacing one (they were new tires) and made my truck drive amazingly!! Shout out to Alex and Ty!!! Professional, courteous and polite!!!

I had 2 tires put on my car and weren t balanced quite right, however when I came back they quickly fixed the issue and also showed me how one of my wheels had a slight bend, overall great costumer service.

Not very happy after the results of losing my cap from the new tire installed! Perhaps a careless rush to install back together. 06 Mini Cooper. Hopefully this matter can be taken care of when I go back.Update: TY without a hesitate took care of the incident and handled the situation at its best. Thank you for this. I been coming to DT since I was 18 and glad I still am and no other place. Great job Peeps in what you do.

After having a pretty disappointing experience at a different Discount Tire location, I was hoping to have a better experience here and I did!! Christian was SUPER helpful, explained everything to me clearly so I could understand (cars/tires are definitely not my niche!) AND I was in and out in an hour. Christian was very knowledgeable, had great people skills and made me feel like I made the right decision in bringing my car here to get - a tire replaced. I would absolutely come back here in the future.
