I recently had my car maintenance done at Dean's and as always for the past 37 years they have given me such impeccable service with great diagnostic mechanics, knowledge of vehicle parts and with such a quick response with locating parts if necessary! The employees are honest with integrity about all aspects of their work. The company owner is at the store quite often and will serve the customers with confidence and a caring attitude. He is also friendly and will place the customers at ease. Their material costs and labor fees are very competitive. They offer a comfortable environment for those who wish to wait. All of what I have stated is true whereas for 37 years I have trusted them through the lifetime of 4 different vehicles. You will NOT be dissatisfied!

Love the mechanics at this place. Always do a great job fixing my car, no matter the issue. Prices are very reasonable as well. Highly recommend Deans for your mechanical issues.

I was having issues with my car starting. I took it to multiple repair shops who could not find the issue with my car and kept charging me inspection fees without giving me any more information. I contacted Deans and brought my car in. They were able to find the issue within a few hours and were able to fix it same day. I highly recommend Deans for whatever issue you are having with your car. They are without a doubt the best body shop I ve brought my vehicle to.

Yesterday I had my scheduled oil changes scheduled and as always the employees and owner of this shop have been detailed, ask question about the vehicle whereas they can properly evaluate problems. The shop has a couple of phenomenal diagnostic mechanics. They have always been less costly of all quotes from other places and the less costly has never affected quality parts of labor. I have been coming to the mechanics at this shop since 1987 and have no desire to go anywhere else as their reputation is exceptional.Service: Transmission

The best not only service but customer service as well. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner after I went to their shop to fix a flat and he got me in and out very quickly and even gave me a family discount . Very down to earth man and excellent service.

Had a great experience. Owner helped me understand exactly what my car needed and gave me the best price after I had talked to multiple shops who were going to charge me hundreds more for the same work. ALI the owner is a fuse ready to burst. He charged my son twice for a distributor. 12 month warranty. 475. a pop. We came back to show his guarantee. He stated the distributor had oil and the parts people wouldn't return it. He wouldn't give us the refund. The mechanic who's been there and did the job, a few days earlier when I came in for the refund, looked at the invoices and said it shouldn't be a problem. 3 days later. The short fused Ali waving his arms said he wouldn't credit, wouldn't show us the bad part or paper showing the return denial. He lied to us. His red face and demeanor revieled his embarrassment. He told us to leave and not return. Or he would trespass us. We've spent 2600 at his Dean's over the last two years. And this is how Ali the short fused owner treated us. I'm still trying to get my money back. Since September 2023. Next stop small claims court. He's not an honest ALI.

If you own a 4x4 or offroad vehicle, Deans is the spot. Used to take my rig to the typical "offroad shops" but got too expensive. Dean's Automotive is an AMAZING automotive shop. The guys are all really knowledgeable, fast, and very very fairly priced. You really cannot beat this shop anywhere. We moved from Oregon, and had our normal shop there that we used, and this shop is better than our old one from Oregon. Thanks Dean's for always getting us in an out and back on the road fast and affordably!

There s a new owner and he s a thief he stole my computer disabler . took my Chevy truck there for an oil pressure problem . It was there for one month spent $1400 never fixed it and my computer disabler was missing confronted him about it. He said he knows nothing about it . in the past three years I ve spent $15,000 there don t go there the new owners a thief and dishonest .Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Auto brake repair, Engine repair, Transmission replacement, Oil change

This is a solid no bs shop, they do great work for reasonable prices and don't try to sell you something you don't need.I went in for an oil change brakes and shocks, they didn't do the brakes because I didn't need them.Hard to find a shop with that kind of integrity.I highly recommend Gregg and his team.

I appreciate this place very much. They did a good job on the car and kept me updated. The car stayed far longer then needed on our part. But they held on to it for us when they could have had it removed. I'm very grateful. The car runs great. I would recommend to anybody who needs repairs for their vehicle.

Hands down, best shop I've ever taken a vehicle to. Prices are more than fair. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and don't try to nickel and dime you to death. Waiting room is comfortable and clean. Will be continuing service here forever.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!I brought my vehicle here because it s having some major problems. I told them if they can find what is causing the problem and they told me yes they will call me back and let me know what is the source of the problem. About 2-3hours pass I received a call telling me O2 sensor, a hose and another thing needed to be replaced. He said we should start there. I told them what do you mean we should start there? Didn t you check what the problem was? He had no answer. I was then quoted about $400+ to do the job. I declined because the parts would only be costing about $70 all together if I did it myself. It s only a 5-10minute job if you have the tools to do it. Very easy job anybody could do. Why they would charge over $400 is beyond me. Anyways, I got the parts replaced and it made no difference. I paid money to find the problem now I m out $116. I would recommend NOBODY to bring their car here. They will overcharge you and not fix your car problems.

I will bring my car back to them and recommend them to friends.Dean's didn't quote low to get me in the door and then pile on additional work and costs like some garages. Dean's provided me a realistic estimate for front brake service and completed the work in a couple of hours. They also provided me quotes of additional preventative maintenance services that I should think about, but weren't pushy about it.

I love coming here! I have been brining my vehicle here for 2 years and it always gets the work it needs. Great customer service, very fair pricing, and the amazing ability to always provide the knowledge necessary to prevent any more wear and tear to my automobile, has made this my go-to spot! UPDATED REVIEW -After writing a letter to the Better Business Bureau regarding my poor experience with Dean's Auto Repair, I received a phone call from the owner. This was very welcome considering I did not expect to ever hear from them. We spoke for about 15 minutes, and had a very good and productive conversation.He apologized profusely, and offered what I found to be a rather good and reasonable explanation for some of the issues I was having. Of course, and I told him this, had someone taken the extra few minutes to explain them at that time, we wouldn't be having this conversation. He understood.At the end of the day, I was impressed by the honest, concerned response from Mr. McMaster. I believed him when he told me that he appreciated me getting his attention with the BBB letter, and that he was going to be making some changes that would aid in avoiding these kinds of issues in the future.Additionally, he offered me a coupon for a free oil change. I still have not decided if I will use it, but given the owner's stated commitment to improvement, I will likely give them the opportunity to show me that.Previous Post Summary Owner and employee offer not even a modicum of customer service. A maintenance service was performed on my car without my knowledge or consent. Another service took 1 week to complete without any information provided as to why it took so long. The owner/proprietor was willing to nonchalantly provide a cash refund for a small portion of the service without proper documentation/financial record.

After a lot of researching for auto repair shops, we came upon this little gem of a store. We read great reviews about this place and since it was close to our house we figured we couldn't go wrong. After talking with the owner and the receptionist we knew we were in good hands. They were both such friendly people and we could tell they were genuine. The prices they gave us for repairs were reasonable, and they even gave us a print out of each individual item that needed to be fixed and exactly what they needed to do. They even gave us suggestions on what we could do but didn't need to make a priority. Every time we have taken our vehicles there we are always pleased and want to come back. There is a reason this place has nothing but great reviews. We would recommend this shop to everyone!

I was really impressed by their service they had good communication between me and them and they told me what was the best thing to do in my situation so as a young person I listened. My car was shipped from the phoenix area and drop off to my home mechanic. After he looked at it he said why did you not drive it home there is not a major problem. He did some small adjustments and said he would have driven my car he says its has a good engine does need a oil change an valve cover seals replace not really a whole engine rebuilt. Dean auto shop is a place I would probably take a car for a oil change. But not really sure about that because I needed a oil change and they told me my motor was on its last leg so its hard to really know.
