I called a few places for an oil changes and other things that I needed done in my company trucks and vehicles and spoke with Joe and Carlos, it was an amazing experience. I came in and talked with Juan and he showed me the shop, they have at least a hand full of certified mechanic and also a few general service guys that work on every vehicle gasoline or diesel. I was so impressed that I even bought my 2019 Corvette. They fixed the engine and added a few performance improvements so I m definitely recommend this place because of the quality work and they are affordable, so now I m bringing my personal vehicles and my fleet. The place is clean, bid and it looks like a dealership. They work fast and they communicate with you immediately.

I had hoped to leave a positive review this second time around, especially after speaking with the owner, Joe. However, my experience and interactions with him and his mechanics at the shop were disappointing. Despite Joe's assurance and commitment to refund my money, as mentioned in my previous review, I have yet to receive any refund a week later, and my calls and texts remain unanswered.Both the reliability of his shop and Joe as the owner have come into question. It's essential to take accountability and ownership when things are not done right, rather than misleading customers with a "money back guarantee." My dissatisfaction is not only due to the service but also the way I have been treated. I hope they will respond to the legal action I am pursuing since they have failed to address my concerns.

Despite positive reviews, my experience with this shop was far from good. I believe I was scammed, possibly because I'm a woman with assumed limited knowledge of mechanics. After being told my vehicle needed specific parts to fix an issue, I trusted them and left my vehicle. Upon picking it up, they charged me for something that didn't resolve the problem and even added an unconfirmed charge. To make matters worse, my vehicle was returned in the same condition, with an additional questionable suggestion for another part. I sought another opinion, and it turns out their initial diagnosis had nothing to do with the actual issue. Disappointed with their lack of professionalism and apparent attempt to deceive me, I wouldn't recommend this shop.

I came in to D'Auto Boys with a problem in my suspension, i spoke with Joe the owner and Carlos and they showed me the problem in my car. Also, they gave me payment options through Snap financial, I was able to get my car fixed and in a fast and very affordable way. I want to thank the team at D'Auto Boys for raking care of my car.

Absolute excellence.I came in for an oil change. The place was clean and comfortable. The oil change was quick and the customer service was impeccable.They let me know I needed my brakes and rotors changed out - I already knew because my car was shaking every time I braked. Before I left they provided me with a quote and after calling around to other places they had the best deal available.When I came in for the brake service the owner came out and talked to me and walked me through the services and charges step by step. I was treated with kindness and respect, which feels rare in customer service type interactions. I'm really grateful and I cannot recommend this place enough.

Joe and Juan are honest human beings. I went in with concerns about my vehicle, and they listened and explained what could be wrong. 1st time going to D'Auto Boys and it won't be my last. I work in the area and needed a mechanic shop very urgently. I ended up calling them and getting the car to them as quick as I could. I was greeted with the best customer service. They sent me an estimate like they said they would and also the work was completed when promised. I went to pick up the car and was very impressed to meet the owner and his wife. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of work done. Went in today for my noon appointment for an oil change, first of, it was clean and smelled fresh considering they work with vehicles.. which is a big deal when sometimes you have to stick around and wait for for a while. Thankyou for providing a positive clean environment for your customers. The owner and his wife were friendly, respectful and, professional. Definitely go above then they should. My truck was ready within an hour or so.. not to shabby.. highly recommend ..

Joe the owner and Anthony were great! Honest people with affordable prices! I would highly recommend anyone to take their vehicle here first before anyone else. Their prices are great along with their customer service. NO SCAMS like most places. I ll definitely be coming back here again in the future!

This shop is a joke. Don't trust this place. There is a reason why this guy has so many one star reviews. Just look at the giant list of one star reviews and then the owner trying to justify his end of service. My one question to this owner, do you think all of your one star reviews are just a coincidence? Or maybe your shop is pure doo Doo butter.

I brought my older high mileage van here to fix a brake light and figure out why my "check engine" light was on. I just had a pair of twins, so the safety of the vehicle is crucial for our family. They were able to figure out the cause and fix the issue fast and efficiently. I spoke with the owner Joe and he was very friendly and gave a fair price for my repairs. I even met the mechanic who has helped me before with my new oil pan installation and was able to stop to say hi and help the new cashier cash me out correctly. I'll continue to come back here with both of my vehicles. Especially for our oil changes!

Best Auto Shop in Phoenix, Arizona! The customer service is 20/10. I had an ongoing issue with my A/C and Engine and D Auto Boys went above & beyond to fix the issue. The communication and experience the staff has is outstanding! Huge Shout Out to Joe and his team as they treat you like family versus the generic auto shops in the valley grabbing your money.

The issues with D'Auto Boys auto shop on Friday Oct 6th 2023. I had purchased a Groupon for an oil change. I arrived for my appointment at 8 AM where i was informed that they in fact didn't have the oil needed for my car. I provided my number and they advised theyd call me by end of day to let me know if they got the oil in or not. Never got a call.Proceed to the following Tuesday 10/10/23. The afternoon prior on. 10/9/23, I reached out and asked if they had my oil. I was informed they had received it and they were totally open past 9 AM. I had recently purchased new tires to be installed on my car. Brand new Falken Ziex ZE950 All-Season Radial Tire - 215/50R17 91W with the stickers still on them from Amazon. The advisor told me they could install it no issue. I arrive to the shop around 9:15 AM. Check in and my car is taken back. One more person trickles in while im there. At around 10:45 AM I have not heard ANYTHING from the shop and there was even a period of time where there was no one out front. Several other customers have come in and no one has talked to them. Finally one of the owners walks in. Talks to me and tells me they will get it handled, they are busy and needed someone off the lift. A mount and balance normally takes an hour or so. Never been to a shop that took that long but Ok. Fine. Im beyond late for work at this point whats some more time? Cut to around 12:02 PM and my car finally whizzes around the corner for me to pick up. The owner attempted to give me a deal on the tire install and lowered it down to $100 from the $111 it was at. I was thankful. He tried.About 3 minutes after I left the lot, the TPMS sensor goes off. With how long I was there, and with the fact another customer was already yelling at them when I left, I stopped by Discount to have them check my tire pressure. Come to find out they had filled my tires to the MAXIMUM allowed on the tires, 45 PSI. Speck on the car is 36 PSI. Air was let out, and I left. I had to get to work being that I had already missed half a day.Now the morning of 10/11/23 I get in my car and the TPMS light is still on. I called them during my lunch at work to talk things out. I explained the series of events that lead up to the call as well as my frustration with the issue. The owner I spoke with went back and fourth with me. We didnt over fill them, its within the spec of the tire, you got a good deal on the oil change, we dont do anything with the TPMS sensors without a separate charge, why didnt you call me as soon as it happened.I asked him where any tire shop checks to see how much air should go in the tires? He swerved past that question. Its on the door frame on your driver side in most cars by the way. Ill admit I was frustrated and got loud with him. Thats on me. He proceeded to tell me at one point that if I had been nicer he would have just covered things for me. Doesnt that mean you admit fault?At this point, my TPMS light is on, I have 4 brand new tires put on that, now I dont know if they were done correctly, and potentially an entire repair I might be out of pocket for.Its one thing to take as long as you did. If the quality of work was there, id honestly not have complained and just planned better. But the quality of work doesnt match how long I was there.

This place is a scam. They are not communicative with their customers regarding time estimates. They started working on my car without my approval, doing work on it after business hours and then letting me know in the morning that they had worked on it. I told them I would call them in the morning to let them know if I could approve the work. They started working on it without my consent. I would not use them for anything. Their labor prices are insanely high and not comparable to other shops in the area. They use online systems to trick their customers into agreeing to estimates. Unless you wanna pay 50% more than you should be for labor don t use them.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Never had any other shop ask me how much I paid for the Groupon and get offended when I ask why and explain that no other place has asked so it s little off when someone does. As the saying goes, common sense isn t too common. and Anthony proved that one today. They can keep the little 20 something bucks I spent on the Groupon, especially cause Anthony couldn t seem to understand that I don t recall how much I paid for the Groupon 2 months but it was on sell and is currently $37.50 on Groupon if that can help

They take way TOO LONG. I told them the error code and that it needed an alternator. It took them about seven hours to finally figure it out and get an alternator installed.They tried to OVER CHARGE me $450 for a REFURBISHED alternator. I told him that was way too much and sat back down. 5 minutes later they found a new one for $250. They CHARGED $25 for a disposal fee but they get $40 for returning the core.They had a good LAUGH AT RETURNING CUSTOMER with the over heating engine. Rather than learning how to trouble shoot they part swap and hope it works.DO NOT GO HERE. What brought me over the edge is a LIER. They didn't tell me they broke off my dip stick but were nice enough to put a green string around it so it wouldn't fall in. I called them about the dipstick but they were VERY RUDE and gave me the run around. He said he would ask the mechanic but never got back to me. CUSTOMER BEWARE.

Very great place. I was in a bind when I woke up to find my tire flat. With everyone in the neighboring area being so high priced and or booked up d auto was the only people who were prompt willing to help and gave a humanizing experience that has made me interested in future business. They also went the extra mile for me from both helping me find a cheap tow truck guy in the area that saved me 50% of what I would have paid anywhere else, and also took time out of there busy day to find and replace my tire at more than a reasonable price. I have other work to do on my car and honestly with just this experience alone I don t even want to go anywhere else. They really love what they do and want to help people. I should reed reviews before take my car there.. stay away.. go somewhere else.. look like 5 stars are all fake..PS:regardless of the parts... you took the payment... you didn't mention anything about the car not being drivable... after driving 2 miles I had to tow the car... They charge by the time it s not a flat rate so they will be milking it to overcharge you. I knew it too stay away from this place cause I am. Came for a valve cover gasket change and to replace my window motor. Appointment started at 8am and I m still here and it s after noon. Just don t come

Great place to bring my car to get fix my AC Family owned honest friendly and very professional. My blower motor got replace last October 2022 by the dealership KIA but it stop working from the nowhere it seem that the dealership did not replace the pigtail cable connector or inspected the cable since the issue was that one side of the connector was loose which with the time it burn out and melt the cable and burn the blower motor connector here at D Auto Boys even show me the issue and the burn cable and burn blower motor which im impressed of their honesty most of mechanics places they just tell you what is wrong and never show you and we as customers just take their word for it thanks D Auto Boys for your great service and to fix my AC i will definitely recommend your services to any one. Thanks all for your professionalism and great work
