Extremely honorable tire center. Ask for Billy, he was honest, sympathetic, and kind when we got a flat nearby right as the Tire Center was closing. Hadn t bought our tires from Costco, but now I might be going back just based on this positive experience. Truly reassuring and understanding during a nerve wracking incident.

Bought new tires from online and had them install them. They scratched the side of my car and I didn t notice until I got home it was getting dark outside. I called them right away and asked who was working on my car because it s completely scratched right by the tire area and the guy said sorry it s hard to tell who was working on your car Obviously he knew what happened. The deep scratches had the powder of the new tires all over it with the tire lube soo hmmmm I wonder who it could have been!! What a joke! Corporate is not helpful at all said they didn t see anything on video

Not a good experience at tire enter. When there is flat and with 2.30 hrs left to close I was turned away saying they cannot take walk ins. Disappointed. Another bad experience is when I wanted replace all 4 tires, I was not even getting help to check the size from the sales person. I was asked to bring the photo of the tire. The worst experience!!!!

Skip this particular Costco and go to a different one if you want to enjoy one second of your shopping experience. This Costco has a very crowded layout and there's not enough room in the aisles. Also the demographic of this neighborhood is quite low and it comes across in all the Shoppers that are in this particular Costco. There is no way to push your car with everybody shopping like they are driving like they're on the 101 loop. If you want to be around a bunch of self-centered people that cut in front of you and drive you crazy won't let you move your card and are just literally oblivious to everything around them and stuck in their own heads and their own world and being selfish the shop at this Costco.

The Costco tire shop that I went to today was very helpful as I had to get a new battery for my vehicle. And they even opened up early for me to switch out the battery because I had to go to work today. If you run into Todd he's the man you need talk to he knows everything about batteries. And yes even when you under stress the staff is very friendly and helpful in a time of need.

I needed tire balance and rotation done on my vehicle. Called few shops around and they were all quoting me $60-$65 for balance and another $40 for rotation. Got it all done for $25 here! Very happy with the service and price!

I really like the way this Costco has their their separate entrance to the tire center. Very polite and helpful.Dave is great! Gage was very informative.

Attendant gave me very straightforward (& much needed) advice. Answered my endless questions with his very helpful solutions and provided me with all the relevant information that I was in need of. Even changed my tire w/out charging me. And did so with a smile. Thoroughly impressed.(Also, FWIW: Prices are almost as low as Discount Tire's prices. Selection is just nearly as large.)

Great service! I am so happy I purchased my tires here - the warranty is worth it. The crew has great attention to detail. They put my spare tire holder & spare back into my trunk very nicely, which I really appreciated.

You get a very good quality and as long as you can live with their hours. it's a very good product and I do like the nitrogen fill tires. for the price you pay, you can't beat it especially if you can get the tires that you want on sale.

Love having Costco really close to home. This store is the perfect size. I like the layout. I really know where everything we shop for is. The parking isn't so bad even during busy times. When it is busy they can move people through check out really fast. I like getting In and Out after Costco.

Love everything about Costco, never had any bad experiences in any part of the store. Very helpful happy employees and management. Return policy is the best I have ever encountered. And did I mention thd Hot Dogs!!!!

Ordered 4 tires last night, Costco's tire crew had them on within 45 min of its arrival. It's the BEST service I've ever received. And I know about bad service because of my long history with terrible cars. Thanks Costco tire service for getting it done.

My problem with my TPM S LIGHT WAS NOT RESOLVED.DROVE MY van home, 8 miles, and the TPMS LIGHT STAYED ON.My tires were rotated, and the tires were filled with the nitrogen. Problem was not resolved. Service men did a great job. But no solution was not resolved.thanks

Had a family emergency, they ordered my pair of tires on good faith, got me in the nedt AM and had me out in under a hour. Very grateful for your help in a crazy time. We appreciate it a ton.

I will always use Costco Tire! The warranty that they provide on their tires is amazing. It is extremely valuable and fair. In addition, I ve always experienced spectacular service- no matter which Costco I go to. But this one, in particular, has a great staff!

Got new sneakers for the Buick and they were scheduled to come in on Saturday .... tire installation at Costco on a Saturday .... I was not looking forward to that!! They do appointments now so I set one up for 2PM Sat. Got there about 5 till 2. they took the car back about 5 after and I got a txt at 10 till 3 that it was done (including changing one of the pressure monitor thingys). I like this system !!

Needed a new tire mounted on a spare because we blew a tire on the freeway. The vehicle was sitting on the freeway. They said they would quickly mount it. Took an hour. Then they mounted it incorrectly from the way we asked them to, which was white letters out.

The salesperson was very helpful and they determined what was causing the tire to loose air and had to replace the tire as the puncture was into the side wall and was not repairable. The process was done in a timely manner and was covered warranty.
