I have a monthly pass; it is close by. That concludes my positive list. I've been coming here for 25-plus years. Only a handful of times has it met my satisfaction for cleaning. My husband and I come here every Monday morning. We let them clean it, then head to the vacuum and clean it ourselves. I do have my dogs in my car every day, so yes there is hair that gets stuck. Anyway, I might have high expectations. Some say I'm a glutton for punishment, maybe I'm just in my comfort zone. To each is own. 3.5 stars for now.

The worst customer service ever. Paid $25 for a car wash and couldn t even get the dirt off. Management and customer service was absolute trash. They couldn t do anything for it unless I paid another $25 for another wash. Do not recommend.

The employees were very disrespectful, rude, and not to say the least unprofessional their work ethics as far as being a customer service representative is lacking and every department possible as far as the personnel goes and that's an understatement as well. I watched them deny two pardons the right to have a glass of water and scream at them to get out as soon as they walk through the doors for no apparent reason at all the part is to say we want to get a glass of water they said no get out. As a bystander and a customer in the store witnessing this behavior by employees at this cobblestone Auto/Shell I would not recommend any business or hardened to be sent there they should either fire the entire staff or shut the place down you can't treat people correctly you shouldn't have the right to run a business this customer service oriented if you're not going to be able to deal with customers the correct manner

Cobblestone has lost my business. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR OR TRUCK HERE. If you care about your paint or getting what you pay for this is not the spot for you. The scratches on my truck caused by this place are irreparable, the manager of this location flat out called me a liar for saying this was caused by the tunnel wash. On top of that the clear money grab charging someone $20 to clean wheel wells is ridiculous .THEY DIDNT EVEN CLEAN THEM!!! On top of all that, it s advertised as full service yet my interior is dirty my door jambs are filthy and my consol wasn t touched. I ve been an unlimited member for almost two years and it s a shame that two bad car washes and a terrible customer service experience is what is going to make me never return.

Zero starsVery poor car wash..Windows not cleaned, all bugs still on front of car and didn t even try to clean them off .Moonroof glass not even attempted to be cleaned.Front windshield had all bugs still on glass.Rear luggage area at hatchback not vacuumed.Wheels not wipedPaid a ton of money, and this is the poor car wash they provide??I will not be returningF-

We had excellent service today for an oil change and car wash. They greeted us kindly upon arrival, communicated the services and prices effectively, worked efficiently and provided us with a great outcome. The technicians, cashiers and all service personnel were wonderful. Robert, our technician, and Patricia, our cashier, were professional, patient and outstanding. Appreciated the experience at Cobblestone Auto Spa and will return.

It's average at best. They always screw up my seat and mirror adjustments and always need to be checked closely because they miss details that go with the platinum car wash service. They always ask what kind of air freshener I would like, but I can never smell any difference or see an air freshener hanging anywhere. Used to be a pretty great car wash.

Disappointedusually take the basic wash but decided to go with the carnuba wax ($19) option today , not only the car is not washed ( even basic dust is still there ) they art huge globs of wax on the car frunk that I would now have to fo somewhere to get it fixed / cleaned , hopefully it hasn t messed my paint

You see the sticker in my window. Obviously I've been here before. I don't need you to "finger me" through the gate like you're guiding an airline across the tarmac. I know you're trying to look cool, and are looking for something to do, but I got this. I also don't need a thumbs up when I'm going through the gate.

I took my minivan for the "works" wash. It was my visit so cobblestone after a long time (for no specific reason). Unfortunately, I was pressed for time. So couldn't check there itself. But the job was severely lacking. There were spots and stains still left in many places. Three inside was not vacuumed well. Not at all worth $31. Still giving 2 stars instead of 1, since Ithis was my first bad experience here.

Ugh!Just got my truck washed with the Ultimate wash @ $39 plus a $5 tip and the inside was lightly vacuumed, chrome steps not cleaned and the interior was hardly wiped down, had to clean it all myself so now they should have to pay me...! Not Good!!

I went and paid for an oil change, detail and to have my vehicles carpets cleaned. I checked in at 1:19 on and was given and estimated time of 2.5 hours. The oil was changed and ran through the wash and then sat in the detail bay until 3pm. I asked if someone could check and see how much longer. And I was told 1 more hour. 10 minutes later, they finally began detailing my car. The inside hatch cover was completely missed the dash wasn t wiped down. My oil change sticker said my next oil change would be 8/8/2022, today is 1/21/2023. The mileage on my vehicle is 43,695, the stickers reflects 43,299! My vehicle was done at 4:30.I paid a little over $200 for misquoted time and and inattention to details. I watched service technicians run around doing their best while managers argued with each other rather than pitch in to catch up the back log. When I first drove up the salesperson attempted to speak to my son who was in the passenger seat rather than me. Not the best experience. I m had I been given a better time estimate I would have chosen different services to fit my schedule. I will not be returning to this location.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

If I can give them nothing I wouldSo I went to wash my car I parked the vehicle and I got down and I see this gentleman. I don t know his name he built. I asked him I wanted to wash my car just a basic wash that s all I need how much you guys charge for that and he reply back to me with $70 so I said really $70 that s too much to wash a car only?! So then I asked him would you wash your own car for $70 so he replies back with so how do you think I m going to make money and how this company is going to keep their business open, So I said huh and he s like do you own your business so I said no, but then I said what this has to do with me owning my business or washing my car Now, are you making fun of me or are you degrading me?I felt very uncomfortable and felt very unwelcome And very harassed. By the way he talked to me and he said what he said to So then I just Walked away and I got inside to use the bathroom and I saw his picture, so I took a picture of him and I reported the incident The manager in the Location, which is they didn t do anything, but what a nasty attitude, and a way to talk to a customer, and for what just to wash your car, I ended up going down the street, and I washed it for $10 and I was happy with my service, I would not recommend going there specially if you re going to Face this gentleman and I will post his picture in there.

I have to give credit to the manager Billy.We all know that some of these facilities are hard to confirm if you get your car washed correctly or not this particular incident I politely explained that my car was not done. The manager overheard me and quickly remedied the vehicle by running it through the wash again, and completing the process himself. The car looked amazing. He was very polite and very sweet and very, very respectful.I never point things out like this because they do a really good job in the first place however, this particular situation the car was definitely not clean and definitely need to be vacuumed and clean one more time. It looked like they didn t even do it, and he clearly saw that.The facility is decent. The vacuums are really good. There is a mat cleaner that I ve never used before and it seems to work really well. Everybody inside is very polite and sweet. I highly recommend using this car wash and also saying hi to Billy.

I've been to this location a few times and I won't be back. I stopped in to cash a ticket and pick up a few things. The lady behind the counter rolled her eyes and asked how much it was for? I told her not thinking it was a big deal she then told me that she would not be cashing anymore. I only had one thirty dollar ticket if it's a hassle take it out. Another worker with dark hair tried to explain and I would understand if it was a large ticket but thirty dollars. I went to Qt to get my stuff.

I got an oil change. I was charged $115 for my 2019 Camry.Later in the day, I took my 2013 F-150 to the Cobblestone on Tatum/Cave Creek where I was charged only $88 for an oil change that even required additional oil!I felt cheated by Bell/51.Tatum/Cave Creek had an honest, professional staff. Bell/51 did not....

Julian and Rob over at the oil and lube department were beyond professional and courteous. Despite my coming to them without any appointment they helped fill my tires with air. The tires were dangerously low. They did not make me feel as a burden despite the fact that I did not come for any specific paid service there today. They were helpful and respectful. I appreciated how they mentioned services that their company provides, services I was not aware Cobblestone offered. They checked all my fluids to ensure whether or not I needed anything performed that day with my vehicle. They were honest and gave me a coupon to come back to them. I will for sure do that and encourage my husband and friends to do as well. Cobblestone should hire more people like them. Rob should definately have a more prominent role with the company as he has superb people skills. Bravo Cobblestone!Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Only reviewing this particular location due to the close proximity to my home. (13139 W Alameda Pkwy, Lakewood, CO 80228) Of course I had to submit to cancel a memebership that I did not intentionally subcribed to and unfortunately I did pay twice plus the autodeduct for the monthly memebership. (NO the stop bar did not detect my lic plate). From past reports and reviews of this location the practices of the employees are deceptive and not clear on how their membership works. Either they don't care or lack of training from the management.

These guys are phenomenal. I received a free full service (welcome to the neighborhood) card in the mail and decided to go in. I had tree sap all over my car and just wanted to run through quickly because I had to be somewhere.BRENTON, one of the managers there, told me to hold onto the card and use it when I'd have time to enjoy the full service carwash and let me go through at no charge. My car looks BEAUTIFUL!!That was soooo amazing! The whole team here REALLY ROCKS!! I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Horrible customer service.Interesting as I go to write this I see another review 2 weeks ago stating unprofessional and rude. Validated my feelings.It s been many years since I have been to this location due to poor service quality. I figured in time all things change it was worth another shot. Upon arriving today two associates were so busy talking they could not acknowledge me enough to stop their conversation and tried to just waive me through the express lane . Which I did not want. Upon addressing them on lack of acknowledgement and poor customer service it shows they do not want my business. The one person immediately said we were almost done like I was in the wrong for even suggesting I was slightly annoyed since I wasn t sure where to go. I found out he is the GM which is extremely disappointing since he was demonstrating a poor way of interacting with a client. I strongly advise if that is the leadership in this establishment stay far far away.Hopefully that was a bad day for him but he should have assumed accountability and the issue would have resolved instantly.

I got a coupon online to get a free car wash and I was pleasantly surprised when Jacob a cobblestone employee approached me at the Express Wash and helped me to redeem my coupon. Thank you Jacob and cobblestone for showing me customer service is still alive and well.#jacob rocks

This was my first time here. I was upsold for the interior and exterior for $110. Before purchasing, I asked how long it would take as I had plans after. The guy confidently said 20mins. Well, I was there for 80mins!!! Then, there were 2 spots on my bumper that I specifically pointed out and said I could not remove myself. The guy said, "oh yeah. We have a solution for that. We'll take care of it." As I went to get in my car, checked the back bumper and the spots were still there. Had to ask another guy to remove those, which he did pretty quickly and easily. But should not have had to ask twice for the only dirt spots on my car to be removed. This place offers self service vacuums. I'd highly recommend doing the job yourself to save time and money. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, I ended up paying $110 for 1.5hours of waiting and friendliness.Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

Had a $255 detail. First, the positive - the exterior was done very well.The interior was extremely mediocre and there were stains left on every interior door. I had to vacuum a bit myself after.However, the main reason for this review was my cell phone holder was snapped off. I ve had this thing for a over a year and it has been sturdy. I ve attached a picture. This didn t just pop off by someone breathing on it wrong. This was not brought to my attention when I picked up the car and I didn t notice it until I got home. When I called, I was bluntly told that these things happen and they re not responsible for personal belongings. The gentlemen said I could come in and they could try to replace it with someone they have laying around (what?) or offer free car washes. Mistakes happen, but the refusal to offer even an apology was unacceptable.I will not be returning here and I d suggest finding another car wash that offers even a bit of customer service.

Visited this facility today at Bell and the 51frwy for a good car wash. I selected The Works from the menu and immediately the gal tried up selling me. First it was a free wash and $140 combo detail. No thanks! I pay almost that to have my entire house cleaned, second she offered a Diamond wash which was $7 more than the works! Ok I ll go for that cause the vehicle was pretty dirty. I ask about some soda pop spots on the plastic console need to be cleaned and she informed me if they have to mix soap and water to wash something there s an extra charge! REALLY! $39.00 for a wash and you can t wipe that off! VERY DISSATISFIED! After they supposedly finished there was something gewey from a sticker or something on the car, I asked the gentlemen if he could remove a VERY SMALL area and he was useless! I mean a tiny bit of Windex would have taken it right off! (And it did when I got home). And lastly this place is nothing about Quality, it s all about up-sales and quantity! The vacuuming was substandard, all the glass was like they cleaned it with used rags from the oil change bays! NEVER AGAIN Cobblestone Auto Spa! I ll pay the neighbor kids $40 bucks and they ll clean that vehicle better than these people ever would! VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER! I d give them a NEGATIVE 5 Stars if it was possible!Service: Auto interior vacuuming

I do my own detail clean but definitely happy with the self wash options & easy drive thru wash! Also prices on fresheners aren t bad thinking about having them do a detail clean next time customer service was great!

I spent over $40.00 to get the Platinum wash and it was terrible. They didn't even wipe down the inside of the car. I'm a business owner and reviews are very important to all of us.

Used to have good experiences here. I paid for two car washes. I had to have them wipe the doors and cup holders afterward. They didn t do anything to the inside of my son s car. He stayed afterward and used the self serve towels and vacuum to clean his car. And they forgot the air freshener for both cars. I am not really sure what we received for our $39 car washes. I could have saved a lot of money and just gone to a self serve car wash. Really disappointing.

My car when I picked it up looked amazing on the outside but the inside was another story. The front driver and passenger doors were not wiped down, the back seat was not vacuumed, nor wiped down. The center console still had dirt spots on it. I had a coupon for a free full service car wash. The staff was very polite and friendly but I was disappointed with how the inside looked.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Charge port cover was broken off during car wash. After respectfully trying to get the attention of the attendant who picked it up off the ground to request an accident report, another staff member immediately escalated the situation by identifying himself as the manager and proceeded to condescend to me.The manager told me that the only way that it could have broken was if I had left it open while going through the car wash. Which I calmly explained to him is impossible, as the car automatically closes the port cover while rolling. You cannot put the car into drive or neutral without it automatically closing. After explaining this to him, he continued to escalate by being confrontational with me, and ensuring me that he knew better about the vehicle than I do. Telling me that it was obviously open despite me telling him it was impossible for it to be. After continuing to rudely tell me that it was obviously my fault, he stated they cannot accept responsibility for the damage the car washed caused the vehicle and more or less told me to bug off.Accidents happen, and I was more than willing to have a civil conversation about it. Unfortunately the staff were not. If you value your time, and money I would avoid this place. There are numerous reviews on here detailing the lack of professionalism with this staff. Not that hard to show that you care when dealing with other humans, and by that metric, this business fails completely.
